"Taj Supermarket, Elk Grove's International Grocery Haven! We always stop by Taj Supermarket when we visit family in Elk Grove. They have a large inventory of international goods that may not be available in other supermarkets. Many of these items come from various corners of the world. For example, you can find Indian, Pakistani, or Afghani goods and Samoan, Tongan, or Fijian products. The supermarket is spacious and well-organized. The staff are very helpful if you're having trouble finding an item or have a question.I have been mostly interested in some candies or spices that are hard to come by elsewhere, but there is a lot more there, be it edibles or other household items like pots and pans.Their prices are very reasonable, certainly more reasonable than any place I have found in San Francisco! And they are very well stocked as mentioned before. Visit them if you are in the area. They are in the same mall as Costco."
"Convenient market that sells marinated meat, pork rinds by the pound, and many other essential ingredients to help prepare a hearty homecooked meal. There are spices, canned goods, and fresh produce to support whatever thats on your lunch or dinner menu.Prices are very reasonable compared to the giant retailers. Stop in to support a local family owned small business!"
"The store had so many things. Vanilla from Mexico, canned nopales without chiles. Lots of things to choose from. We will be back real soon."
"Truly pains me to do this because I have been coming here since I can remember, but I hope this opens someone's eyes as to the downward spiral the deli is under. Literally I am 0-3 when it comes to getting something as simple as cheese on my burger. When I politely ask for it to be corrected I am met with attitude and blame, as if it were my fault they got the order in incorrect. The cups of sauce are only filled a quarter of the way, which creates for more plastic waste because you have to ask for extra. I gave them an additional star because of what this place means to me nostalgia wise. Prices have gone up and service has gone down which makes for the worst recipe possible in this economic climate. Flavors are good but nothing like what it used to be in the 90's and early 2000's ALWAYS check your order before leaving the parking lot to assure your order is complete. Note this is not a review on the grocery side or the catering area."

A nice little grocery store in the heart of Rosemont. I've been to this store many times. Since it's a smaller store they might not have every thing you are looking for. But on the other side their deli is great. Many different cuts of meat and seafood. I've ordered hot food many times and I'd recommend the adobada quesodilla meal. It's awesome. We ordered a dozen tamales for Christmas and we would do it again. The chicken tamales have great flavor. There are a few different cooks throughout the week and sometimes it can be hit or miss but for the most part the food is very good.

Wow!! What a find!! Was driving through the parking lot and saw the eyebrow threading sign. Hidden inside the India market! Walked in in the sweet Aroma was just heavenly. All the way in the back of the store there's a quaint little spot to sit and get your eyebrows done. She's absolutely amazing my puppy and my boyfriend will actually recognize me now! Only $6 and she's well worth the extra tip.

I went to this market to get a serving of kabob. I asked what was one order of kabob kubideh? He said it was two skewers when I opened it afterward it there was only one skewer cut up in three pieces. I'm never going back. These people are dishonest. These men have to stop thinking that women are so stupid that they can't figure out the difference between one skewer or two even if it's chopped up.

"This is a tiny little market that has everything you could possibly need to cook Indian food as well as some other types of cuisines. There are many hard to find ingredients packed into every little corner of this store. I couldn't help but fill my basket with lots of little goodies. They have samosas which are addicting. The store owner let me know that anytime I want they have threading in the back for only $5 and no appointment needed. Wow like a salon and market in one."
"This restaurant is a hidden JEWEL in Sacramento! The food tasted like it was made in heaven. Humbling people, great portions, and affordable prices...It does NOT get better than this. Seriously, every Sacramento foodie must try this place!"
"Delicious food, friendly staff and all the groceries! A must visit. Will recommend to all family and friends"
