Posted on their page- "Maintaining the integrity of our guests hair is our #1 priority."Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles... Let's be honest. I didn't get what I wanted. At all. Oh and-**I'm literally a walking advertisement of their brand!!! These pictures show why certain stylists (SHAY) need to take a few more classes. Hair is so important to men and women. We put so much time into our looks and our hair can either compliment us... or make us look worn out. I picked a special day, my daughter's birthday, to take time out of my almost 90 hour week to treat her and myself to what was supposed to be a fun experience for us. First, I changed my appointment to make it convenient for SHAY at willo salon and ended up not getting my hair done with my daughter on her birthday. A small sacrifice to pay, but I figure if it would help the salon or someone out, why not... but SHAY didn't listen to a damn word I said. She requested I showed her a picture of what I wanted. So I showed her a picture of a brunette with peek-a-boo blonde. Simple, right? Well, not for SHAY! SHE MADE ME A BLONDE. NOT ONLY DID SHE NOT DO WHAT THE PICTURE SHOWED, AT ALL, SHE'S CREATED A LOT MORE WORK FOR ME WITH UPKEEP. I went home and tried to like it. It didn't look bad, but it was 100% not what I wanted. Everyday, I got up to get ready for work and hated it. It was not what I asked for. Not even a week passed when I was calling to speak with a manager. After going back and forth, they were wanting me to come in so they could put dark over the blonde... I told them I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO A SALON FOR HOURS, AGAIN! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR UPKEEP! I DIDN'T WANT UPKEEP!!!! BLONDE WILL LIGHTEN UP WITH DARKER COLOR PUT OVER IT! IT WILL NEED TO BE TOUCHED UP AND WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE? Plus, the hair wash station here is most uncomfortable I have ever been in (AND I WAS LEFT THERE FOR OVER A HALF AN HOUR) After going back and forth about my schedule, what I didn't have time for, I was finally refunded $283 for the color. Just wait. It gets better. While she hardly spoke a word to me during the color application... I honestly don't know if she was not feeling good or having a really bad day... but when she cut my hair, THE CUT SHE GAVE ME WAS SO UNEVEN, it's embarrassing to wear down. I've been wearing it up so much (because more of the dark shows) that when I finally wore it down 2 weeks later, SOMEONE ELSE POINTED IT OUT (HOW FREAKIN EMBARRASSING, RIGHT?)!I contacted the salon again. Sent pictures of the sh*t job and after 3 more days... they said:Sorry, it's been more than 2 weeks. We think it's best you go somewhere else... Money was no object on my daughter's birthday. After an almost $700 salon trip (including a tip, which I was not stingy on) the least you could do is fix the cut since SHAY f*cked up both my color and cut.So, not only did I move my appointment for the convenience of SHAY and the salon, end up with color I didn't want lots of breakage, a botched haircut... and they aren't going to fix what SHAY screwed up. That is called stealing. Providing the INTEGRITY OF MY HAIR seems like it's only through certain stylists... NOT WORTH SHAY.**Thank you for f*cking up my hair. Money is obviously more important to you than quality work from your stylists. It's considered stealing when you do a job like this and charge for it.WHERE THE FK IS THE INTEGRITY, NOW ?"

"Happy cuts to the rescue! Due to this horrible pandemic, I was struggling to find a hair salon that was open! Most barbers are booked and many hair salons are closed! I took a chance and called Happy cuts and They answered the phone which means they are OPEN! Helen is the one who was working she informed me she could take me in 15 minutes which was perfect because I work 10 minutes from the salon! When i arrived, she was cutting another gentleman's hair OUTSIDE. Yes, Helen set up a chair outside so she can cut clients hair! Now, it is not the same as a normal salon hair but it works! Helen sanitized all the hair tools and the Chair before she cut my hair! I requested for a medium skin fade with a 5 on top! Helen did a great job and I will return! Helen is working 7 days a week so big respect to her AND she's the only one working! Also, bring cash because they are not taking credit card which is a little weird to me! Regular hair cuts are $17 and a skin fade is $20! Not bad pricing....Overall, I was satisfied!"

"I don't want to brag, but my hair for my wedding was FLAWLESS. I've been having Rose do my hair for I don't even know how many years now, but when I got engaged I knew I needed her to do my hair for my wedding! She helped me to make sure that my hair length would be where I wanted it to be and made sure to cut it early enough that it would still look healthy but not super short or anything. She had me find references of not only styles I might like, but also color wise how I wanted it to be. Rose always makes you feel great about yourself and your hair and my wedding day felt no different. It was so nice to be able to relax and know that nothing was going to go wrong with my hair. It was absolutely beautiful. She taught my maid of honor how to put my veil in and take it out without wrecking anything, too. My husband and I had a first look out in a windy meadow before our ceremony, and Rose met me at our venue to fix my hair again before the ceremony that way it would be flawless. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my hair looked and how much people loved the way it was put back. Rose stayed on schedule with ease in getting all six of my bridesmaids done, my dad, our officiant, our flower girl and myself done on time. If you need bridal hair I would 110% recommend Rose. And if you don't need bridal hair, but just regular hair, I would still 110% recommend Rose!"

"I moved back to Sacramento over a year ago and have been trying to find that perfect salon for me. Once I found the best stylist, I'm loyal. I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair so I just wanted someone that listen to what I wanted and can recommend me on different devices that will make my hair healthy. Other places I have been interested in going to were hard to reach or not as much availability. So... finding a salon where their booking is super easy and there are plenty of stylists available within the week was extremely important to me since I never really know what my schedule looks like until a few days before I decide to book. This salon makes it super easy to do so. Luckily I also moved into the area a few months ago so Vault was one of the few choices that caught my eye. I originally booked with Meghan (level 2 stylist) and I was looking forward to an appt with her. She called me around 2:30p asking if she could reschedule my 4p to 7p which was fine with me. I just wanted me haircut to be fresh for my new drivers license lol I went to my appt and was greeted by Hannah (Level 1 stylist) who informed me that Meghan was not feeling well and went home. She ended up cutting my hair and recommending a moisture hair mask which she treated me with. Hannah is amazing and super sweet. I'm normally an introverted awkward person but she made me comfortable and I was gabbing away and laughing with her. I was thinking I was going to be there for an hour but it went by pretty fast. I don't think you can go wrong with any stylist here. I will be back here again for a trim with Hannah. Thank you for the best self care day I needed badly. My hair feels amazing. Will be back to buy some of the hair products that works wonders."

"I bought a Groupon to have my hair cut and dyed. No problem redeeming it or making a reservation on the same week. But my hair did not come out the way I asked at all. While Karina was easy to talk to and it was a comfortable session, my hair color came out completely black (more black than my original hair color), when I asked to match the hair color I had at the tip (dark brown). She assured me that it would not stay the same, but it did and still is. There were a few spots she missed to trim so there were some pieces of hair in the wrong length hanging off my head. I just cut them off myself when I noticed at home. I went to a different salon later and they told me the dye is so dark it almost look like something they use to dye gray hair, and that they cannot fix it even with bleach because they cannot expect how the color would come out. I'm sure whoever had great experiences and outcomes here are telling the truth. My stylist was probably not too familiar or skilled with the style and hair type of my kind (Asian), though I did not ask anything hard or complicated."
