"My boyfriend and I recently moved super close to this spot, but didn't know it existed until a coworker recommended it to us. The staff were all super nice (I only got the name of Andria, but she was very kind! I'm Autistic and tend to ask a lot of questions in places I haven't tried before because I'm really curious about things, and she answered everything and even let me try one of the olives I had never seen before and told me how they were made! She also recommended stuff to us from the menu for next time. An older man was super sweet and took our sandwich order, and two other employees were making sandwiches while we were in and they both made sure we'd ordered and were helped. Everyone was just so nice, the atmosphere is very chill and comfortable, and the food was INCREDIBLE!We got the Reuben (my favorite kind, I order it everywhere I try new!), and my bf got the chicken parmesan (which was the sandwich the coworker mentioned) -- both super delicious, very large and filling! Also got a lemon bar and it was good, too!Very happy with our first visit and will absolutely be back to try more of the menu. I wish they had a stamp card or something so we could check off everything we try, haha!"
"I was lucky enough to come here on a beautiful sunny day. Sandwich was brought to my friend and I by Adrian, who hands down provided the best deli service I have ever received. He brought us house made jalapeño ranch on his own initiative and came back out to wrap up my sandwich to go. If you are in midtown and need a quick bite, and want some service that'll make your day, come here. Fuck you subway."

"Where to go when you find yourself in Stockton with no idea what to eat? I stumbled on this lil mom n pop donut shop that also serves some HEFTY eats. Big Worms sure feeds you like family. Their portions are huge, comforting and so satisfying. The BS (Breakfast Sandwich) 5/5*TWO sausage patties, bacon, eggs, and gooey cheddar cheese oozing out between each layer?! These are what breakfast dreams are made of. The toasted slices of bread were barely enough to hold in all this goodness. And what is this I taste? Slight hints of maple to seal the deal off with that perfect salty sweetness.Usomich 5/5*This bánh mì was as loaded as your MAC-10! It came stuffed with proteins and the meat packed a punch of flavor. The pickled papaya and carrots were a different take on your typical bánh mì, but paired well with the lemongrass in the meat, adding a sweet crunchiness that's so refreshing and contrasting against the savoriness of the crumbly meats.Thai Tea Donut 5/5*Donuts here are notoriously BIG! The Thai Tea glaze was spot on and the donut was light and fluffy. Great with a cup of coffee. It was nice to see that the actual owner was there putting in all his passionate love into the food. In talking to him, we found out they've been there for over 7 years! You can tell they support the community with the walls filled with local schools pics, flyers and art. And that mini claw machine game in the corner already won 5 stars in my book. So cool and cute!I was surpirsed to find such a range of delicious cafe food in a donut shop. The donut case was enticing enough already, with their pretty decorated donuts for St. Patty's Day, and the pics on the walls definitely didn't help with my cravings for comfort food. Can't wait to come back to try their loaded Uso Fries and burgers. Support small business!"
"I will fully admit to being a food snob, and I have to say that this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I got the turkey, but the halumi one also looked great. Truly delicious and the potatoes on the side were a nice touch"
"Decor: During my visit there was an art show in progress that added to the "cool" vibe this sandwich shop offers. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating, but on a beautiful day you are just a stone throw away from the best parks Sacramento has to offer. Food: Bring your appetite (or a friend who likes to share) because these sandwiches are huge! Your choice of bread and plenty of sandwich options. Both hot and cold sandwiches are available. There are many flavors-something for everyone. Parking: Limited parking is available in this area, but it is walkable on a pleasant day. Uber is an option as are electric scooters, and other public transportation modes. The Sandwich Spot is very close to Sac City College so you get that youthful coolness vibe the area offers. Service: The staff is pleasant and enthusiastic to help you make a decision. Food is served up promptly. Tip generously."
"This was a cute little shop with a sweet couple running it! The sandwich was a good size and delicious! If you're ever craving a pastrami sandwich please don't go for the usual chain sandwich spots - check this place out instead! It's worth it."
"Stopped by for something new during my lunch break and definitely was not disappointed. The service was fast and the food is really good. The prices are unbeatable too. I ordered a meal with two drinks and my order came to $18.80. The food tasted super fresh also. Definitely coming back!"
"Eh, the bagels here are just okay. Kinda bland (even regarding the all-in-one flavored bagel, which I assumed to be an everything bagel equivalent) but their interior is light and dinner-roll soft when heated. Cream cheese spread is very plain Jane.3 Stars for the food but I added a star because the gentleman at the counter was super nice. He (probably the owner?) seemed really appreciative that I stepped foot into the bagel shop.Best to go early in the morning especially on a Saturday. Slim pickings by 10 am."
"This review is long overdue but today I knew it had to be done! First of all, I've enjoyed every single time I've been here; the sandwiches are top tier and the service is consistently excellent and feels very personal. It's a family run business and feels that way the second you walk in or even call. Today I called in with a special request... I'm doing keto but craving their sandwiches so I asked for all the inside and no bread and they made me a beautiful bowl that was insanely good. I thought it couldn't get any better and somehow it did! Will always be a loyal customer here. Highly recommend."
"This delightful little place is located on the ground floor of a house near my hotel. The coffee was delicious, the service attentive and polite, the whole place was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The second day I went the owner was having coffee in front with a friend. The local dogs knew him personally and he brought them a treat. It was very clear the dogs also give 5 stars. This is clearly a beloved local business. My favorite was the little front and side patios. This is a great place and I highly recommend it!"
"This place is a great spot for tourists, as it's affordable, you get a lot of food, the staff give great service, and the inside ambiance is small, but exclusive. They have high backed tables so that you have your own private area to eat, and the portions here are surprisingly large for a sandwich place!"
"I love this place . Their pastrami sandwich is so good. The customer service is fantastic , everyone there is fast and efficient. Being there gives me a warm mom and pop family business feeling . The best thing is that they deliver. If you like sandwiches this is the spot to try ."

Love this Italian deli. They have great sandwiches made to order that are legit east coast style. I have even gotten a cheese sammy there which seems to confuse people when I ask. But it's an east coast thing and has always been my favorite deli sandwich. The cheese was sliced perfectly thin and the roll was super fresh. My hubby likes the meatball and chicken parm sandwiches too. We also get raviolis bc they are perfect for dinner. And we've tried some of their other take away items like eggplant parm, cannolis, and tiramisu. It's all good. Can't go wrong. Order at the counter or preorder for pick up. Service is friendly. You can even eat at a table inside or outside if you don't want to do take away.

I love The Sandwich Spot so much! Best place for a sando. The Dutch crunch is perfect and fresh. This small location in an old midtown house turned store front that has hardwood flooring, plenty of inside seating and a restroom. I always add on the chocolate chip cookies and jalapeño potato chips which compliment every Sando in my opinion. The workers are fast and friendly. Ample street parking. Closes quite early so be sure to come before 3pm (LUNCH HOURS)Today I ordered 3 sandos. My mom and son both got the Kings Court with pepper jack on a French roll. I ordered the Sac Bee on Dutch crunch with pepper jack. Comes with marinated hot chicken, bacon, avocado, and choice of cheese. Be sure to add on all the fresh veggies for an elite sando experience.10/10 highly recommend yum!

Love love love their Ube donuts! I stopped by with the hubby while we were in the neighborhood and decided to give their breakfast burritos a try. Although their breakfast items fell a bit short of my expectations, their donuts did not disappoint. Highly recommend this mom n pop shop. I will be a frequent customer every time I'm in the area.

The BEST Panko Crusted Eggplant Sandwich ever! I cannot rave enough about this sandwich from Juno's. They serve really high quality sandwiches and everything is made in house including the bread. The basil aioli on this sandwich is delicious. They do not skimp and I think there was two long pieces of smashed eggplant with a cheese skirt on it.There was roasted bell peppers too and this is my favorite kind of sandwich. Forget meatless Monday, I would take this sandwich over another any day. I was sent to a happy place with each bite and back to earth. Please do yourself a favor and order this sando, you won't be disappointed. I was lucky that I got there on a slow Friday afternoon. There are no tables or plates for dine in, but local coffee shops in East Sacramento are pretty nice.

The owner Mary is absolutely phenomenal. I walked in the door and she greeted me and I told her it was my first time she asked all of my preferences and created a sandwich for me! Amazing customer service, the sandwich is enormous, and the price is perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. We just moved in the neighborhood and this will be my families sandwich spot.

Came here with my dad and brother, been eyeing it for a while. I love sandwiches, so we gave it a shot. The pastrami they make there, the bread not sure if they make it, but it's amazing. The sandwiches were fantastic! Loaded with meat and full of flavor. For a full sandwich it's around $15 to $18 dollars, BUT, you get your moneys worth.Last, the couple that own it are amazing, super friendly and love to support locally owned businesses.Definitely recommend this spot!!!

Omg! The bread is freshly made! This family owned deli is a sando spot that I will go out of my way to go to. My order is always hot pastrami royal with pepperchini on Dutch crust with a side of macaroni salad. What are you waiting for they are only open until like 3. Go now!

"" Heck yeah I would refer this spot!! "Super cute spot and all their sandwiches are named after Vegas casinos and Hotels. I highly recommend the #16 the Palms Delicious, reasonably priced and a tasty bang for your buck! I sincerely recommend getting the Ghost pepper cheese added to you sandwich if you are a spicy person like myself! It's literally the best. There are other Sandwich Spots In the 916 area, but this location has the same menu as the others and they don't jack up their prices like the others do!! Very reasonable for the amount of deliciousness your getting. Great ingredients- baked bread options - and fresh daily baked bomb ass cookies!!! The chocolate chip is just about pure perfection. Definitely recommend stopping here"
"I left a review for JM before. Of course it has disappeared. Thanks Yelp! I came in for a free regular sub. I got the big kahuna cheesesteak. It was tasty. I signed up for their loyalty program. Sucks their big coupons are only for $1 off. Kinda cheap I'd say. Place was clean and only 1 in line when I waa there around 4pm. Overall, I like their cold subs I tried with free or coupons in the past but I don't come here without a deal as their prices are high. At least Subway has weekly Bogo/other deals."
"Man what a fresh amazing sub sandwich. I sometimes forget how much better tasting a sandwich is from a place like this over the big franchise places. Had the Big Papa Al sandwich. Ham, prosciutto, salami, provolone & Italian dressing. Add some banana peppers and the secret sauce and I have a hell of a slammin' sandwich. Grab an RC to wash it down!"
"Outstanding deli sandwich! Service was friendly and professional. Ambiance was serene and warm. Just delicious!"
"We popped in on a whim, and we were blown away by how delicious the sandwiches were! The bread is super soft, ingredients are super fresh and I really liked the selection they offered on their menu. Will definitely be back!"
"I got a carne Asada, Super burrito and it was fantastic! The ladies were courteous and the service was fairly quick. Excellent food and excellent service."
"I don't think people know about this place because it's so good!!!! It's a deli so order the food to go. It's packed wall to wall with Persian food staples! We got gyro sandwiches and they were huge! One could have fed the two of us. The flavors were delicious as well.We shopped a bit while waiting and got tabbueh and tazziki sauce, and Turkish baklava. Seriously the best."
"Our absolute favorite vegan sandwich spot in Sacramento. Big vegan menu, tasty sandwiches, vegan cookies (Sunflower Bakery), good tap selections, chips, great vibes and a great location."
"Homemade ham and cheese croissants are amazing. Nice in house specialty coffees. My favorite place for Saturday morning meals."
"Very delicious lamb tikka kabob! Service was ok Will be definitely coming back On the way to Tahoe this is for sure the spot to go if you are looking for good Afghan food. The price was very reasonable as well"
"Ok - so i have been to Jimmy's many times, more in the 80's then recent, but it's Jimmy's, right?Things can't be that different, can they? YES, they can! It is now ran by Hmong folks and I never knew they cooked soul food, but in DPH (Del Paso Heights) they do! Here is the lowdown:You order at the front counter, but you have to first go to the back and figure out what you want.Menu: Meats:Fried chicken- looked like yesterday's Smothered chicken - looked light skinned and under cooked Smothered Ox Tails - in a reddish sauce?Turkey legs/Wings - looked very good and almost done- needed to cook longerMeat Loaf (individuals) - looked great!!Fried Fish (fried fresh to order)- wasn't on ice, but was in a cooler?Spaghetti - looked very good- chunky with meat and bell peppers etcChitlins- well, just plain nasty to meSides: Greens- look goodBeans- Red, black-eyed, pinto , green Dressing- not done at all, soupyCabbage- goodMac n cheese- looked goodRice- can't mess that upThe place is a neighborhood market and they are in the back.It is in the MIDST of the heights, so yeah- nuff said.I checked in and left because the food just did not LOOKED cooked a bit longer.just didn't want to be sick tonight! Oh yeah- they used to have the bomb breakfast sandwiches so I will go back and try again...one day!"
"Market and deli in Newcastle I underestimated how bit of a drive this market and deli was from Roseville, it was a good thing I didn't go during my 30-min lunch during the week because there was quite a bit of traffic on I-80 too both ways.I arrived at the location in Newcastle. It's a small town country convenience store and deli selling a variety of local favorite goods. I visited twice to try their sandwiches. The first time I was here I chose a turkey, cheddar, avocado cold sandwich and picked up a Hawaiian fruit salad type of dessert to go with it. Today I came back to try a hot sandwich and got the Tri tip garlic. Both sandwiches were fresh, good and tasty. There is no seating inside so you basically just grab and go and eat your lunch somewhere. There are benches just outside the store. The owner is friendly and helpful especially during my first visit. I've seen many locals drop by, and truckers too (w/o the load on their trucks). This is not a truck stop. The parking is small. If you want something quick to munch on on your way to Reno this is a good place to stop by. Very close to Interstate 80. They do catering service too. Located on Taylor Road in Newcastle. Review #1668"
"clam chowder trashthe brother should run the restaurant he has better customer service skillssalad, pizza and sandwiches are cool though.I left 4 stars cause everyone but the young woman owner are really hospitable but the brother with glasses should be the boss"
"Was hungry and saw this in my search. First time here. The place looks nice. There was ample parking when I went. I got a spot up front. There was one lady in front of me. The guy took my order right after her and another worker started my steak right on the griddle. I had seen reviews on the big Kahuna steak sandwich so I ordered it . I know the foot long was a lot at almost 20 bucks. It was so worth it. So tender and juicy with a lot of meat. I enjoyed it and couldn't finish it. So much flavor. I would come here again to try something else."
"Great cheese steak, exceeds expectations. Also, I appreciate their (2) cashiers keeping the line from forming. Many places look to save $$ and screw the cash paying customer. Makes you want to return to buy gas here at GHM."
"This shop was amazing! As you walked in you seen the Jersey Mike mural in the back of the register. I liked how they tried to make like an old fashioned sandwich shop. I like the music they were playing 70s music in the background. I felt like I was at a back east sandwich shop. The Original Italian sub sandwich was amazing! It tasted fresh. I like the combination of meat they used. The spicy dill pickle chips were good not bad for the price. The place was cleaned! If you want to go to a good sandwich shop/restaurant! You should check this place out!"
"We went in everyone was so friendly helped us with our questions looked very clean the sandwiches were great will definitely go back again"
"Atmosphere was wonderful. The sandwich was amazing. David cooked it as ordered. #17 is our favorite. There was a woman mopping and keeping the place great."
"They sure keep this place clean. Inside and out. Every morning they have a guy meticulously sweeping couple leaves in the parking lot outside the store. It shows me they care. And the family working there is always nice and friendly.Don't know how good their food is since I only stop for beer. In the evening time, you are always guaranteed to see some entertainment, whether it is a cracked up lady dancing by herself in the parking lot like Snooki or some homeless guy running around like crazy, rolling in the dirt. This place is where the action is at."
"So excited for this location. They have delicious sandwiches I love the chipotle turkey on rosemary Parmesan bread. I might be addicted a little See you soon"
"Great customer service! Fresh meats and cheeses. Very clean establishment. Definitely my go to spot for a better sandwich than Subway."
