"We go to the Saigon Alley by our house Natomas area ! Came here the food is just as good .Ambiance is great !Service was on point Will be back anytime in the downtown area"
"I've always wanted to try this place but was never really a priority because I hate pretentious semi 3rd world food.If I can go to a street taco guy for tacos and get them for $2, why would I consider paying more? That being said, this place is actually mostly worth it. Although a still on the pricier side, it could have been worse, but the food was actually delicious. The whole table got the taco combo, which is 4 tacos of two different types of meat for a little more than if you got 3 of the same tacos. Come with a nice sized side of rice and beans making the meal actually filling....even though the tacos are tiny. The aguachile was amazing. Although I wish they would cut up the shrimp into smaller pieces. When you're sharing and the entire thing had massive pieces of whole shrimp it kind of makes it difficult to share. Flavor was awesome though. So much so that we were scooping the juice into our tacos.Salsas were nice although I felt like none had any real heat to them.At Happy Hour prices, this place is amazing and would highly recommend to try. At regular price it's a nice place to dine with a good intimate ambiance, but without wrecking your wallet."

"Pretty solid brunch spot in Sac! I had the farmhouse scramble and it's an all-around great entree especially given the price. Fluffy scrambled eggs with the right portion of ham, bacon, and sausage pieces. Not overly greasy at all. I chose hash browns as my potato option; kinda wished the hash browns had more crisp to them but that's a nitpick. Highly recommend the rye bread option as it has a delicious slight spice taste from fennel seeds to complement the rye taste. Beautifully toasted.Social and energetic waitress was definitely carrying the cozy community vibes here. I arrived here on a weekday early afternoon and was seated promptly. I can see this place being wildly busy on weekends though (be mindful on limited parking lot space as well)!"
"Came here for a group dinner after work. Place is great for large parties as we had about 12. They were very understanding about separating the food on one bill and drinks on one bill. Our server knows his menu really well. I asked for a recommendation and he said, the meatloaf. I took his recommendation and it hit the spot! If waaay better than Cheesecake Factory. It was super moist and the mash was really good. Very smashed as it was smooth like butta'! Huge parking lot so parking isn't an issue! Server was great as he kept coming back asking how we were, how the food was and etc. definitely a go to if I'm ever in the area for work!!"
"Loved our first experience here! Upon entrance, we were originally told a 30 minute wait was what we would be waiting, which was expected for a Saturday night. We waited maybe 10 minutes, which our toddlers appreciated! We were sat and they brought waters and chips/dips for the table before our server Alex L made it over to greet us. Which he did right after the chips and waters were sat down. He asked us if we had been in before, had any allergies or things he should know before we ordered. Once ordered, our drinks were quickly delivered and then before we could even order anything for food the GM brought over a complimentary appetizer (chicken tinga tostadas were yum!) since we had never been in before. Our server was knowledgeable on the menu when we asked questions. We ordered our food, and before we could even ask he kindly split our kiddos food into two for them to share since we only needed one kid's menu item. The food arrived quickly and everything was correct! Steak tacos, Fresa Salad and Steak Quesadilla were all very good. We loved every item we ordered and one kiddo even cleared his entree (beans and rice were a huge serving too!). The service was super fast and impeccable in accommodation. We were pleasantly surprised with how attentive everyone was, not just our server. Highly recommend, especially if you want a somewhere they will sing happy birthday to you!"
"My friend and I went here for dessert after Mexican food at El Balcon. We sat at the bar, the bartender was very nice and helped us decide on which dessert to try. We split the Cream Brûlée and the flourless Chocolate Cake. They were both magnificent. The Brûlée was creamy with a fresh raspberry compote on top of the sugar shell. My friend had never had Cream Brûlée, needless to say, I got 2.5 bites of it. The flourless chocolate cake was just as divine as the Brûlée. It was dense, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was served with a healthy scoop of fresh whipped cream. Both of these desserts were decadent and masterfully delicious. I will be back to try dinner! Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the desserts. I did however, take a pic of their 1942 tequila This restaurant would be a perfect date night place, the ambiance was bougie and elegant. Quiet and tucked in the perfect spot in the middle of the center it is located."
"Our second time here. This dine-in was for Sacramento's Dine Downtown 2025. Street parking wasn't a challenge this Friday afternoon before 5 pm.The place was empty when we got seated around 4:30. Definitely lit for dinner in a bar vibe. Told our host and server that we were there for Sac's DD and requested for the cocktail & drinks menu with the event's sheet menu.I opted for the wine pairing while my wife got her usual espresso based libation (Bourbon Creme Espresso). Our server (Nikki) got the gist that we would be getting all the choices for the pre-fixe 3-course.Course 1: Smoked Oyster Green Salad and Ahi Tuna Tartare. Paired with Chardonnay Course 2: Pernil Pork Cheeks and Pistachio Crusted Lamb.Paired with ChiantiCourse 3: Fried Apple Pie and S'more's Lava Cake. Paired with Port wine. Food was good and wife liked the cocktail. I thought the pairing could've been better. Service was topnotch. Our server was friendly and engaging. The management also checked on us every now and then which was nice."
"We came here for a Birthday party. Each person ordered their food and drinks at the bar or at the front. I ordered my drinks and food at the bar. I had the Vampiro, a Paloma based beverage. It was delicious! I ordered the al pastor tacos, 2 tacos per order. They were very good. I also ordered 13 shots of the Donkey's Semen: I forgot what was in it, but it was yummy.I would return again to try the other tacos."
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESERVING THROUGH YELP AHEAD OF TIME. We had made our reservation about 45 min ahead of time and only had about a 5 min wait when we arrived. It's located in the beautiful Lincoln Center so if you do have to wait there's plenty to do nearby. Once seated we were quickly attended to. Not pictures is the delicious Pork Shoulder Torta, we ate it before any picture could be taken. However, everything was delicious. The French toast was extra sweet and the coffee was strong. Definitely will be returning with the rest of our kids as they have plenty of seating indoor and outdoor to accommodate all family sizes."
"Once again, I was able to attend another superb vegan/vegetarian UYE arranged by Bridget W.! The day was originally held a few weeks before on Sept. 26th, except attendees were not able to make it, so Bridget kindly rescheduled the event to Oct 9th instead. However, 9 Yelpers stated that they were "in" only to not show up again! https://www.yelp.com/events/sacramento-rescheduled-uye-eat-your-veggies-bambi-vegan-tacos?ytl_=68b741a81ba54ceca88561ae3070513d&utm_medium=email&utm_source=email_event_reminder&utm_campaign=Oct-08-2024Anyway, Bridget and I still enjoyed an amazing evening of delicious food that I'm still craving and dreaming about! When we entered the restaurant, I noticed it wasn't busy, and it had a nice, almost romantic atmosphere. There were two TV's on, but they only showed cartoons for some reason. But this place is all about their own creative versions of vegan tacos designed in various combinations of veggies and flavors! The menu and wall specials made deciding on what to get very hard for us both, but I eventually chose 2 tacos: The Al Pastor: Achiote marinated mushrooms, jalapeno crema, charred pickled pineapple, topped with onions and cilantro. And the special: Ensenada Squash Taco: beer battered zuchini, slaw, pico de gallo, parmesan cheese, and peach BBQ sauce. We also shared a Chori Queso Dip: Nacho Cheese, & House Made Chorizo, Served w/ homemade Chips. Every morsel and mouthful was excellent! Another enticing feature about this restaurant is that it serves alcohol! Since I don't have much of a night life anymore, it's been a very long time since I have had a specialty cocktail. I decided on the Watermelon Juicy Fruit Margarita served w/ a tajin rim. Another delicious and thirst quenching drink that really added to the whole dining experience! Despite missing out on meeting some new Yelp friends who were a no show, Bridget and I still had a very nice dining experience. The food, drink, and wait staff really made for a memorable evening! The prices were very reasonable too!"
"Stopped in while in the area, and the service is really friendly. I loved their salsa selection, and I love when mexican restaurants offer whole jalapeños. I really enjoyed my food, and my total came out to be about $17-18. Another plus is that the parking situation is nice, even while busy there's plenty of places to park. Will definitely return when in the area!"
"My family and I checked out Bawk! last night for dinner for the first time! They offer happy hour from 4-6pm so we ordered the Chicken Wings, Cauli Bites, Loaded Mac and the Kids Chicken Tenders with Fries. The food took a bit longer than I anticipated to come out, but it was all hot when it arrived. I really liked the Cauli Bites -- the batter was nice and crispy and had a hint of spice as well. The Loaded Mac had some good flavors too, but the Chicken Wings were just okay. The Chicken Tenders were actually a pleasant surprise as well. I'm not sure if they make their own hot sauce in house or not, but it mostly just tasted like any bottled one you'd get at the store. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you - which is fine, but when our food was brought to our table, we asked if we could have some silverware and the guy said "yes, they are over there" and had us get our own. I just thought it was weird that they didn't give us some with our food and instead we had to get up and walk across the restaurant to get them ourselves -- water is also a self-serve thing too.Staff was fine, nothing stood out. They only come over and ask if they can clear your plates. The inside is split into 2 rooms with booths on one side and the bar area with shared tables on the other - it's definitely has a dive bar feel to it as well. The Roost speakeasy is also located inside as well - which I highly recommend! Not sure if I'll be back to Bawk! though as I wasn't too impressed, but maybe we just ordered the wrong items."

Delicious per usual! Saigon Alley is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants throughout the city. I can visit Lst the midtown location, Laguna Blvd Elk Grove location, or the Truxel Natomas locations; and be good at all three. The service today was good. But, the food was delicious! Hats off to the chef that worked in Midtown, L street today around 5pm. 02/05/2025! The Saigon chicken wings were fried to perfection! It was my first time trying the Taro Fries and they were delicious! I loved the extra $1 dipping sauce it was worth every bite! Cool, chill vibe. Really great music and a midweek happy hour environment!

My friend and I wanted to try this relatively new upscale Mexican (less than a year old) restaurant nearby the Roseville Galleria mall. The blurb I had read promised innovative and authentic cuisine. We ordered a variety of items and while everything was OK, nothing stood out as spectacular or crave-worthy. There were also some issues with temperature. 411 on the food: Our order:Salsa (four offerings) and chips $5Nachos ($10)Chicken Tacos ($16) -served with refried beans and rice) Steak with chimichuri sauce) $37; also with beans and rice MocktailChurros with caramel and Mexican chocolate sauce ($11) I was a little baffled with the salsa platter. Not sure why the pickled red onions were there (after reading the reviews it's also a salsa, but one you need a fork for...) One of the salsas was roaring hot, none were particularly enjoyable. The chips were stone cold and thick cut yellow corn, but despite these flaws were not bad. The nachos used the same chips with refried beans, the green salsa, and an unusual pinkish orange cheese sauce garnished with crema and Cotija cheese. We agreed the cheese sauce was strange in appearance and taste. It was also congealed and cold. If we ate around the cheese, the other elements were fine. But isn't the cheese sauce the main point of nachos? Entrees arrived and this aspect was my favorite. I tried to pick up my taco and the tortilla fell apart, so it is a knife and fork taco. Odd but it tasted good. However, be aware you are getting four tiny street tacos. The chicken was marinated with a delicious flavor (I'm guessing tequila and lime) but the total protein was probably one chicken tenderloin. The toppings- romaine, cilantro, red onion, pico served on the side- tasty. I make my own pico de gallo (Roma tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, line juice, and salt) and I've had people rave about it, and I'm just going to say...mine is better and I don't run a restaurant. That being said, I was a member of the clean plate club. My friend enjoyed her steak and sauce, which looked delicious, so I was happy for her. We both agreed the sides - refried beans were tasty but also not warm when arrived- and the rice tasted like just rice. After one bite- not worth the carbs. We indulged in the churros for dessert and agreed the Mexican chocolate sauce for dipping was incredible. The churros were tasty, but I thought a bit too greasy. There was an ample ring of oil on the churro perimeter which indicates the oil temp for frying was too low. But, they were freshly made and we enjoyed the sweet end to our meal. The atmosphere: I had made a reservation and was able to choose patio seating or indoors. The indoor seating is rather dark and has loud music. There were lights added as it got dark lending a disco vibe. I went with the patio even though it was 92 degrees F in Roseville in the evening. 10 degrees higher than my 'hood in S. Sac...the asphalt and no trees thing definitely hits here. Since we were a party of two we were placed way at the edge, very far from the fans outdoors....and it didn't really cool us down. However, I definitely preferred the outdoors as my friend and I wanted to catch up and we can talk a LOT...and the music was lower volume outdoors. The space is dominated by a huge bar which I'm sure offers the 60 plus tequilas they specialize in. The front staff was very cordial. Our waitress was phenomenal and made our dining experience stellar. So the service aspect is definitely there. Our complaint (and my friend and I agreed) is that the food was not outstanding. There were issues with temperature and the taste profiles were not what we expected, particularly with the appetizers. The service was great, the restaurant was run well, the restrooms were spotless. The environment is not conducive for quiet conversation but seems perfect for a convivial group enjoying lots of drinks with a side of food. The voices definitely got loud as the night went on. I know my Mexican brother in law would be laughing at what we paid for dinner, but we had an overall good experience but it's not likely we would come back for dinner. Looks like a perfect place for Happy Hour and the patio is a great asset to this location.

I stopped into Toasted Rooster Cafe around 1pm on a Friday with a friend and we were excited to try it out after hearing so many great things. It is pretty unassuming from the outside, but has a decent sized designated parking lot for the area. We were greeted immediately and got a booth by the window. I ordered the Hen's Party Combo ($12.50) that comes with farm style gravy over crisp biscuits, eggs and potatoes- I chose poached eggs and hashbrowns. I also added a side of Jumbo Sausages ($5.25 for three links). My friend ordered the Veggie Omelette ($15.75) and chose tater tots and wheat toast to go with it.They do note on the menu that everything is made to order in their tiny kitchen, so wait times can be longer. We were there at a less busy time, so it didn't take too long and we felt well taken care of by the server.Once the food arrived we took some photos and were happy to see a variety of condiments already on the table like ketchup, hot sauce, jam, syrup and more. The food was flavorful and fresh and we both took leftovers home with us.On our walk in we did notice they use Yelp Waitlist and I'm sure it comes in handy during busy breakfast and brunch rushes.I would definitely go back again.

The service was exceptional. Our waiter was friendly and professional with a great sense of humor.I loved sitting on the screened in porch. Even if it's a view of the parking lot it's still a very pleasant experienceThe chicken salad was perfect. They use rotisserie chicken which made it so much better. The dates and goat cheese made it even better.

We frequently dine here and it never disappoints but yesterday was fantastic. We arrived for Brunch shortly after they opened and just minutes ahead of the heavy rain. We were very warmly greeted and quickly seated by a charming hostess. Chips, salsa and yummy hot puréed black bean dip was immediately served by a cheerful young man. Seconds later, Jennifer, our fantastic server arrived. She remembered us and asked about our recent trip to Tennessee. Jennifer was fantastic throughout the entire meal as was the nice kitchen lady that delivered our food. She was very thoughtful including a spoon for my entree (I usually have to ask for one), also bringing additional fresh tortillas.Flautas, Cochina Pibil and Tacos Cazuela were all piping hot and delicious!Big kudos to Jennifer for making us feel like family and our meal special!

We came here with a large party for brunch, and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Short Rib Benedict (eggs poached hard) and it was SO delicious. Spectacular hollandaise sauce, yummy short ribs, pepperonata (sautéed peppers and onions), and the BEST roasted potatoes i've ever had!!!!! The yukon gold potatoes were soft on the interior, wonderfully crispy on the outside, and encrusted with the best flavors and spices. Wow. The mimosas were tasty too. All in all, a great time.

Need To Pre-Game Before An Event Or A Movie? Come To BnB!SITREPAnd when I say BnB I DO mean Butcher & Barrel (not that OTHER BnB) ;)Located on "The Kay" (the ol' hometown term for the K Street Mall between 7th and 13th Streets), right around the corner from St. Rose of Lima Park (where the Downtown Ice Skating rink is setup during the Winter months across from 24 HR fitness on 7th St), BnB is a wonderful Bar and Steak House.THE SETUPBeing centrally located in Downtown SacTown, it becomes the perfect meetup spot for people coming from different directions into town. And if you come for the delicious drinks, chances are you'll also partake of their scrumptious food!LE MENUI'm always measuring an establishment I find myself at by my own personal litmus test: how well do they prepare an Old Fashioned w/Bourbon? I have to say that BnB did a very good job in this endeavor! My partner-in-crime got a "Snowy White Cosmo" and she was very happy with her choice. We also got a yummy "Winter Bruschetta" which was wonderful - full of various delicious elements: just enough *crunch & yum*! I only wish we had had the time before the movie to try some of their other dishes since they look wonderful as our servers were carrying them past our table towards other customers.THE LOWDOWNCome for the drinks! Stay for the food!

"Came at 930am on a Saturday and were seated right away. The food was amazing as always. The light the beam Bellini was so good! We had a great time and will be back again"
"Love this local neighborhood joint! My boyfriend and I went here for a date night and we weren't disappointed. We loved that it was in walking distance and it had a nice patio for outdoor seating to enjoy the weather! I really enjoyed the tacos because I thought they were really authentic. The Vampiro taco was Al pastor with bits of pineapple, which I found refreshing to balance out the flavor. The carne asada taco was good but I think it needed something else on it like guacamole or salsa. I really liked the chips and salsa appetizer that we got because the salsa trio was well thought out: fried jalapeño, chili verde, and red salsa. All of them were homemade, which homemade, which is why I enjoyed them so much! Overall, we will be coming back over the summer!"
"The Koja is like a burger, but better [Sacramento CA]Can't remember when I had a Koja burger last. Our Koja Kitchen in Rocklin closed down. This was my first time at the Sacramento location. I am familiar with the menu and ordered the classic "Original Koja" that's like a burger except with the lightly fried garlic rice buns. In between those rice buns is a very tasty combination of Korean BBQ short rib, sesame vinaigrette lettuce, katsu aioli, and sesame seeds. It was a bit messy to eat... needed lots of napkins ツ I paired it with a Strawberry Mango Mint Lemonade... tart and refreshing!Daughter ordered a couple of side dishes: Chicken Gyoza (5pcs) and Kimchi.Great customer service... she was friendly and helpful. Smaller dining area than what we had in Rocklin.Instagram: @kojasactownReview #3545"
"Absolutely beautiful and charming Italian spot! I walked past this restaurant multiple times and every single time it is busy and then I got FOMO. We arrive around 7pm on a Saturday night without a reservation (maybe a rookie mistake). Only bar seating was available as they were sold out for dining the rest of the night. Luckily we grabbed seats and were able to eat at the bar. Definitely recommend reservations. I ordered the penne vodka which was tasty and satisfying. I also ordered a strawberry martini. It came with a refill for one price which was great! It was delicious and complimented the meal perfectly."
"I was excited to try the soup flight! I drove up from Stockton to meet up with my amiga. We both got the same soup flight which was carne en su jugo, chicken pozole and albondigas. We ordered surf and turf tacos as well. Overall the soups are tasty, but we were served at least ten if not 15 minutes apart and we ordered the same exact thing! My soups were all at different temperatures, with one of them tasting almost cold... it was VERY lukewarm. We did have some great pinwheels to enjoy during our wait but sheez! Then the taco.... well I could taste no surf with the turf. It was tasty but where they hid the shrimp... I couldn't tell. I should have taken a picture but believe me they can do better. Then we didn't ask for an itemized check. Please review your check! I had overheard another table telling someone about a $3 overcharge. I should have been nosier. What we found out was that they charged us $3 more for each soup flight than what is advertised on their menu. The waitress apologized and said they will change the menus "soon". She knew of the error but didn't bring an itemized check and didn't say anything until after my friend paid. I know it was just $6 but ... if you know it's an issue (that was what the other table was warning the others about I bet) then why wasn't anything said? The wait, the cold soup and the upcharge took a star off. The flavors were great and could have been better. That taco would have tasted great if it had visible shrimp. Maybe next time."
"This is an interesting review to write. I want to start by saying our server was amazing. The food was delicious. Ambience, cool! Why 2 stars then?? SAFETY. I live close by so I'm quite used to looking over my shoulder as a woman walking downtown but when I enter a nice establishment I want to be able to let my guard down. And felt fine until I needed to use the restroom. Shared restrooms? I'm sorry, what? I absolutely do not feel comfortable knowing men are in the same closed area as me during a very private and vulnerable time. There are doors, walls so you're in your own toilet box but you walk out and share the sinks. Do you know how easy it would be for a man to walk into the restroom behind a woman and force her into a stall? Or worse, a child. I'd bet money that a man came up with the this idea. My date (a man) was even more bothered by this because he was worried he would scare a woman or young girl. He's the father of a teenage girl so the whole situation didn't sit well with him and he said he absolutely didn't feel comfortable with me going into that restroom again without him. This is a place with a full bar, adults enjoying alcohol but all ages getting food. Weird weird weird. We both agreed that we loved the food and service but the restroom situation was unsettling. And the door to the restaurant has a huge pole in front of it so if you're a wheelchair, scooter, walker user....enter through the hotel area. I wonder how many people have exited through that door and bonked their heads lol."
"I was on my way home from Tahoe last Sunday and wanted to get some lunch. First, I thought In N Out here in Auburn ... think again ... whoa way crowded with cars and people. That's what you get on a weekend summer afternoon with all the travelers on the road. So, it's up the hill of the parking lot to Max's located inside the Holiday Inn. This is gonna cost way more, but Max's has always been one of my fave places to stop for food, just not a cheap or fast stop. There's a good amount of cars parked up here too, but we get seated without a wait. Service is fast and we have water right away. I know what I want, cause Max's has always had probably the best Patty Melt I've had in my life. Cooked med rare and served with fries! My friend gets a Cobb Salad. The wait isn't long before our food arrived. My patty Melt looked great, cooked as ordered with lots of melty cheese flowing over the grilled onions and big 1/2 pound patty. My friend's Cobb Salad looked expertly arranged and tasty.OK, this Patty Melt is gonna cost me 3 times what eating at In N Out would have, but OMG, is it worth it! Plus, no waiting in long burger lines! The first bite was one of the best things to eat in my life, I remember how this tasted years ago. I think my friend is gonna have to do the driving after lunch .... I'm in food heaven! I have to remember to come here to Max's Cafe more often when I'm passing through to and from Tahoe."
"Food *****Pizza order - all meat ****& garlic Italian *****Service ***** food and drink delivered to our table perfect timing. Cold mug & steamy hot pizza. *****Heads up!Raiders and A's bar. No Giants or 49er swag anywhere * I'm thinking this is the place for the 49er vrs. Raiders game 2025. Price ***** - good deal,"
"I went here on a date night and it was all good vibes, music was playing, a nice amount of TV's with different events going on. The waitress was great, she continued to check on us and make sure we were good. I ordered the Cobb salad which was delicious and filling and my friend ordered a pizza, which was hot fresh and delicious. This is a great establishment you should try."
"Revival is always such a fun vibe - love the cute aesthetics. Have been here several times for cocktails before a night out/concert and recently checked out the wreath making series. Recommend doing valet for sure!"
"Food was served nice and hot, the burger buns were burned to a perfection. The asadero fries were great. The service was spot on. The bartender was courteous and quick. The kitchen crew went out of their way to make us some fresh pico de gallo.......these folks really have a great vibe with the entire place. Plenty of TV and games to watch with music."
"Love this neighborhood sports bar/pizza place. Service is always friendly, and when really busy I still don't feel ignored. Tasty pizzas, unique flavor options as well as traditional. Thin crust and regular, but no gluten free option. Family owned.Correction! They DO have gluten free option in size small"
"This spot is TOO good for us LOL. Thank you fellow yelpers. Dont let the out-of-the-ordinary items fool you. (Poke nachos, bbq, etc) This spot shows theyre doing a lot but they also do it well. Green Flags: They make their own tortillas. They make their own chips. Making those in house shows a spot pays close attention to details. We all know that homemade items make HUGE differences in taste. What caught my eye was the Chicharon taco...Typically pork belly items at restaurants are priced higher than the rest. But not this one. This was included in their Choose 3 Tacos for $17. And it was AMAZING. Its crunchy. airy. Paired with a simple salsa. This taco alone is worth $15 or maybe even more. My other 2 tacos were the carne asada and the fish taco. This whole platter is easily a $30 priced tray or even more. The quality is just top notch. This is more like some fancy/bistro type of mexican food. Just wow. Even the Carne Asada was grilled medium rare steak. I am shocked because this spot is almost "too cool" for elk grove LOLOL. But no, our options in this area are really basic and bland. Im so glad this place is here. Please dont go anywhere. Coming back for that brisket taco and more Chicharon tacos too."
"One of the best experiences in a restaurant we've had since moving from the bay about 6-7 yrs ago. Dominic was a perfect host/server for my wifes bday. Thanks and will definitely be back!"
"Date night with the wife. I've heard that this restaurant was recently renovated. Indeed it looks very nice, they even added valet parking. Our server, Victoria was so informative and patient since I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up ordering the almond-crusted halibut. It was cooked to perfection, flaky and tasteful. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of this topped by a creamy sauce to complete the dish. My wife ordered the prime rib which she enjoyed very much. The meat was tender, juicy and no gristle found. At the end of the meal, we had no room for dessert since we also had the clam chowder soup as an appetizer. Overall this is a great restaurant for a date night or a special occasion. Nice job on the remodel Papapavlo's !"
"Amazing ambience with a soft grunge and earthy feel. The service is incredible and the drinks even more so. Alejandro, the lead bartender, makes a balanced and smooth drink and excels at customer service. While a comfortable and chill experience close toOpening it does ramp up the later it gets soYou're free to choose your own adventure based on the time you get here. Not to mention all the regulars love to rant and rave about the food pairings. I encourage all to try and give my experience a solid 10/10 with no foreseeable room for improvement."
"What a happy place to relax and have a good meal at.The staff is great and the ambience is joyful !"
"Super delicious food with a great environment and great service!!We have been here so many times trying various items and EVERYTHING is ON POINT!Favorite go to is the pan thick noodles with chicken. The chicken is super juicy and flavorful. Sooo much food and sooo delicious!!! We've also loved the sushi. Super fresh! And the rolls and awesome!!The patio is GORGEOUS!! With a wind breaker screen so you can enjoy the view but not be blasted by the wind. We've loved every roll we have tasted. This time we had the Folsom Ranch - so refreshing with the lemon and just a really great flavor!Lexi - we love this roll!
