"Hong Kong style cafe with authentic food and drinks.Prices look decent for the quality of food. The cafe is clean and organized. The place smells amazing with fresh prepared items.Highly recommended to come here!"
"I was craving orange chicken and didn't want to venture far, so I decided to give Peace Cuisine a try based on some recommendations. Was it the best I've ever had? No, but it definitely satisfied my craving, and the generous portions were enough for two to three meals. The service exceeded my expectations for a quick pickup spot, and my order was ready in no time. There's a decent amount of space for dining in, and a few people were enjoying their meals there when I stopped by. If I'm in the mood for a similar fix, I'll definitely be back!"

"One of the best Chinese food in North Sacramento! Although service was slow because there was a lot of take out orders, the food was worth it. My favorite was the perking pork - the flavor and tenderness of the meat was amazing! I always order the ying yang fried rice that's not on the menu and it hits the spot every-time. It's a small restaurant so seating is limited. The portion on the honey walnut shrimp is a bit skimp, but it's still delicious!"
"Best pho in Sacramento. We eat there regularly I am so surprised they are not more busy. The broth is out of this world and their service is super friendly and sweet."
"I had an amazing dinner at Fat's Asia Bistro on Eureka Road. When I visited for the first time, I was struck by how cozy andinviting. The interior is warm lighting, stylish decor, and a layout that makes it feel both intimate and lively at the same time. They have palm trees inside looks really real though. The customer service was top-notch as always. Thestaff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being annoying. It's refreshing to dine somewhere special like fats. Now, let's talk about the food, absolutely delicious! We tried the honey walnut Chicken, orange chicken , and the Imperial rice, and every dish was packed with flavor. The portions were generous, andeverything tasted fresh andwell-prepared. It is definitely most delicious Asian food I've ever tried. What surprised me most was thepricing-for the quality and portion sizes, it's a great deal compared to other places in the area. Overall, this place is one of a kind. Greatambiance, excellent service, andincredible food at reasonable prices. I have been coming back for about 13 years."
"Prime Wok gives the most generous servings and the food is absolutely delicious! The orange chicken with fried rice is my favorite and I always have enough leftovers for 1-2 other meals. The service is fast and staff always so friendly."
"Service & service has always been consistently excellent for each time I've had a meal at this restaurant."
"Great choice for pho Plenty of seating Friendly and attentive staff $13 or so for the small #1(huge portions)Generous portion and tasty brothTried the Thai tea (added boba) great flavor but the boba was a little firm"
"WOW! WOW! WOW! Yes, Fat's Asia Bistro is very "WOW" worthy! And after an incredible lunch with the Girl Friends, I feel compelled to sing its praises! It has definitely been a minute since my last visit to this beautiful restaurant! Before Covid, for sure. Why has it taken this long to return? I plead the Fifth:) On point customer service, fabulous food and drinks in such elegant surroundings. I arrived before my Sacramento girlfriends! They are actually the ones who selected Fat's for our much needed gettogether and food date. And I thank them for that. It was the reacquaintance I needed to put Fat's back on my dining and happy hour circuit.Greeted so warmly by Ben, who was the ultimate one-band man, welcoming committee! He patiently let me look around to decide upon the perfect place to conduct "girl" business over drinks and food! He even suggested the best of the best tables for that very important agenda:). After peeking outside at some nicely shaded tables and the main dining room, I decided upon a high top table in the bar where no patrons had yet landed. Such a show stopper of a bar! Gorgeous. As I sat, Whitney, the bartender, was there in a flash. The great customer service just keeps on coming! There is no need to look at the drink menu. When I am at any of the "Fat's" restaurant locations, one of the award winning Mai Tai's is always in order. Always! I enjoyed watching Whitney mix up her potion for me as she was the front and center entertainment. And it was wonderful! Exotically delicious! Thank you, Whitney! The Girls arrived ready for drinks and food! Again, our lovely bartender and server, Whitney, was table side and taking drink requests. A bottle of Sauvignon Blanc was ordered and in no time arrived on ice! The chicken pot stickers were chosen as an appetizer, and we were on our way!So, I have reviewed the 5-star ambiance and customer service. Let us talk food! Menu highlights include Chinese, Asian Fusion, and Seafood staples. There are so many items from which to choose! Those starter chicken and spring onion pot stickers were delicious. They hit the spot with the just perfect temperature, glass of SB. Our main meal order consisted of stir fry Garlic Green Beans, Mongolian Baby Back Ribs, and Hong Kong Special Chow Mein. All three dishes were superb! Hot! Fresh! Delicious! 5-plus stars! The ribs were mouth-watering. Wok-tossed with a Mongolian glaze. So meaty. We were licking the glaze off our fingers:). The presentation was beautiful. Without asking, Whitney brought us steamy, wet cloth napkins, which we gladly accepted and appreciated. The green beans were garlicky and cooked to perfection. The sauce was addictive. Yum! The HK Special chow mein consisted of shrimp, scallops, chicken, barbecued pork, and vegetables over soft pan-friend noodles . So satisfying! This is food I remember loving before Covid. My dining experience today reminded me of what I have been missing. There is a Happy Hour, which I look forward to returning to soon! My favorite Mai Tai is on HH list! Woohoo! And should you have room for dessert, we all know about the famous banana cream pie. This is a classy, upscale restaurant with first-class servers and spectacular inside architectural features. The food is simply not to be missed! While casual is the dress code, it just feels like you should be dressed to the nines as they say. Even the restrooms are lovely and so clean. Someone is doing a magnificent job managing Fat's Asia Bistro! Thanks, again, Ben and Whitney, for the wonderful customer service. See you soon!"
"I ordered 22 with no noodles. The egg roll was clear wrap and deliciously crunchy. The portions were huge. It was very filling. Hole in the wall place with great food and nice service."
"Came here just for the dumplings, and I wasn't disappointed. The woman at the counter who took my order was very friendly and smiling. I said we'd like to eat outside, and she said sure. (There was no one sitting outside at the time.) Another woman came to wipe down our table, and not too long after that, the woman who took my order brought it to our table. She apologized for the wait, which was actually only about 5 minutes. My understanding is that their dumplings are either boiled ("dumplings") or fried ("pot stickers"). The latter can be prepared either pan fried or deep fried (your choice). I had the veggie dumplings (so, boiled). They were super fresh (and hot!), and filled with small bits of veggies. I know there were carrots, and maybe celery, chives, ...? Honestly, I'm not sure what was in there, but it was a delicious mixture. The dipping sauce they gave was a delicious blend of sweet, salty, and spicy, with none of those three overwhelmingly strong. You might think 10 dumplings wouldn't be enough for a meal, but for me, it definitely was. They're quite filling, and a good deal for the price. And so tasty!"
"Looks like a nice place for dumplings. Fast service. Lots of chopping sounds. Not busy in the afternoon. Yummy food."

My first time trying the Flame cafe. Was excited to try it since my family has been there without me. The server was very nice and attentive. The restaurant is in front of 99 Ranch on Florin road, literally connected to 99 ranch. It was clean with a simple L shape layout. Seems to be family owned. At least that was my impression. We ordred the baked black pepper chicken, with rice. You have an option to get it with rice or with spaghetti noodles. Flavor was on point! Reminds me of the days of one of my favorite HK style restaurants in Sacramento, Leegacy. They are no longer around, but this place is really good as well. For our appetizer we opted for the fried tofu. It was really delicious, especially with the popcorn chicked batter! Yum We also ordered the baked pork chop with spaghetti! One of our favorite dishes. Was cooked perfectly with a sweet red tomato sauce. I'm sure glad we came, and I cannot wait to come back next time! If you are in the Sacramento area, do not hesitate to try Flame cafe! Cheers!!

Ehh I personally didn't think it was worth the money despite the big portions. I've had better tasting Chinese fast food restaurants that give you options for a two item combo, including your choice of chow mein or fried rice (or both). I ordered the orange chicken dinner special that comes with an egg drop soup and a cream cheese wonton, plus I ordered a side of eggrolls. The only thing that was good was the chow mein. The orange chicken wasn't anything special and had that rough, overcooked texture. Not sure if I'm willing to try again.

CF or PF? They sounded alike. I don't know anything about the Chinese food in Sacramento, but, I gave them a try on a recent business trip. They didn't disappoint. I ordered a seafood pan fried noodle and a hand sheared chicken with jellyfish by phone. The seafood pan fried noodles came with shrimp, squid and bok choy. It had plenty of sauce. The hand sheared chicken came with juicy chicken pieces atop a bed of jellyfish and garnished with green onions. Both dishes made for a good dinner. Service was good. The guy taking my order on the phone spoke both Chinese and English. They food was ready when I arrived. It was a good place. I think they were better than the other PF place for my taste buds.

First time go-er! And did not disappoint. I'm still new to Vietnamese food but I have the plates pictured. Shrimp plate was really good and also got a soup dish. Serving portions are good as well, enough for 2-3 people. Price wasn't bad with the amount of food they give you. Inside looked busy, which is always a good thing. Definitely coming back.

Getting caught up on my reviews and Fats is a place we enjoy coming to. Love that their Happy Hour goes on during the weekends when it's difficult to get everyone to meet before it ends. The food, drinks, and service has always been great. Love their garlic noodles and their dumplings are also a hit . I love their Har Gow. Also Love their outdoor patio when it gets too crowded inside. I don't know why we seem to forget to include Fats in our rotation but I highly recommend..

I ordered via Door Dash for me and my grandson. We were both pleasantly surprised by the size of the dishes - enough for two+ meals. He had orange chicken with chow mein and I had Kung Pao tofu with chow mein and we both agreed they were delicious. I also had the veggie spring rolls and crab cheese wontons - they were just ok.

Wok of Fame: Best in Davis, Ca. We had a wonderful lunch that included: Mongolian Beef , Kung Pao Chicken, & some of the absolute best Honey Walnut Shrimp, perfectly cooked, served with hot & sour soup. Reasonable price, friendly service, comfortable boot or table seating. Lunch specials and combination meal served with choice of sides and soup.

Love this place. Can't go wrong with the pho, spring rolls, or anything else. No frills, just solid food. Great for cold days or when you're hungover. Can't wait to go back.

"We ordered take out and it was pretty fast from the moment we called to arriving for pick up 12 minutes. We got the dinner combo with a side order of wontons and egg rolls. The wontons are so crispy and filled really well. They give you a good amount of egg rolls and they are even more delicious leftover if you pop them in the air fryer. The two combos itself was good. My chow mein had too much vegetables not noodles the general Taos had a good kick to it just a little off after taste. Our fried rice was fluffy and the meal just seemed less greasy (in a goood way). We would come back but wouldn't be our first choice for Chinese."
"Our go to Chinese restaurant either dine in or DoorDash. Beef Broccoli, Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Almond Chicken, Sweet and Sour pork, etc. etc. Everything is delicious !!!"
"I could probably eat here everyday and be very happy- I always order their chicken pho with bok choy, and I LOVE that they add grilled onions to this one! It adds such a smokey and delicious flavor that I don't find anywhere else. If you like chicken pho, I definitely recommend checking this out"
"The location and ambience:The Resturant is easy to locate and has plenty of parking. The atmosphere is average, nothing fancy. There are an ample number of booths and tables for patrons. Large group seating would probably be fine if the restaurant is not overly busy. We went before the dinner crowd, around 3:30 on a Friday and we were the only ones there, so we had our pick of booth or table. There were a couple of people that came in to pick up orders while we waited for our dinner. The Food:We ordered several entrees: two different plates: (1) Sweet and Sour Pork Plate and Egg Drop soup(2) Chicken with garlic sauce over rice; fried chicken appetizer; and a to go meal, Tofu with two types of mushrooms. The portions were large and the food was excellent. Waiting time was reasonable given what we ordered, also we were the only ones there. Our food was served hot, not lukewarm. Like I said the portions were large and we ended up with leftovers in addition to the To-Go Meal. I had my tofu and mushroom for dinner the next day and it was very tasty over rice.Service:Sever was friendly and refilled our drinks regularly throughout the course of eating. She answered questions we had about the menu items which helped us with choosing our meals. Our To Go Meal was ready when we were ready to leave and that was a nice surprise that we did not have to wait for it after we finished.Pricing:Individual and combination meal items are reasonably priced, but can add up quickly if you are hungry. There are a plethora of tasty choices on the menu, something for everyone. I plan to eat here again, or do take out.Recommendation:I definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner."
"It just reminds me of my family's restaurant we use to have in Florida. It's the 3.5 stars that's is the best! Food portions are good and always happy with their food!"
"I am not vegan nor vegetarian so for me to give five stars, this place impressed me.Great service and for me, their chicken chow mein is a must have. Slight texture variation on the tufo chicken but all in all a great dish. I've had a few more but this is my go to, I highly recommended it. The sesame balls are great way to wrap up a meal here. Oh yeah.... the broccoli beef is one for you non-vegans, very yummy!Street parking only but always available, its worth a stop in for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters."
"Till this day, I still enjoy dinning at Yummy Cafe. There are numerous quality menu items to select from. On this visit, I elected for Mongolian beef. The beef was very tender and flavorful. I love eating this dish with a bowl of steamed white rice. I am already looking forward to my next visit!"
"Ordered some take out and it was amazing. The restaurant is nice if you decide to sit and enjoy but I was entertaining guests and this time for we got delivery. We ordered the Family Dinner Option B and added a Pork Fried Rice. The food is always delicious and plentiful. I will definitely be working my way through the other dinner options but the ones we had were on point. The Mongolian Beef was especially tasty, the Mandarin Chicken was sweet and had just a perfect hint of spice, the chicken chow mien was decent and fresh. The soup was really good. Perfect for then cold rainy day we ordered it."
"I found the secret to happiness in the most unexpected place using 3 simple steps. (1) Order Happy Takeout (2) Eat your Takeout Food (3) Be Happy. Had a bad day? Order some Salt and Pepper Chicken. Want to let your partner know you care? Bring them some cream cheese wontons.Want to make a happy birthday even more happy? Order party platters.I don't know about you, but some days I crave some solid American Chinese food. I don't need anything fancy. This craving will surpass soup dumplings, a ten course Chinese banquet, or even dim sum. Walking by some Chinese food chains will make my irrational panda brain tell me I need sweet and sour pork, fried rice, chow mein, and some egg rolls. I am usually disappointed and unsatisfied with most places, until I encountered Happy Takeout and their authentic American Chinese food.If you want a personal meal, you can't go wrong with the lunch/dinner specials. It comes with fried rice, chow mein, an eggroll and a cheese wonton (dinner special only). The portion is large enough to spread it across two meals or share with a friend. If you are feeding several people I suggest grabbing a carb such as the beef chow fun or chicken chow mein, then pick a few entries that your heart desires. If you have a party, Happy Takeout got your back. I call in a day ahead to schedule my pick up. Each party tray is around $45+/- and is equivalent to 5 entrees. Four to five party trays will easily feed a party of 30. We have catered our last few parties with Happy Takeout and everyone has been satisfied. Even my family members who are picky with their Chinese food love the chow mein and have been using them for catering.Their menu is extensive so here are my go-to entrees:Salt and Pepper Chicken - Crispy crunch morsels of protein tossed with garlic, onions, and jalapenos. I don't know what they do but their fried battered meat always stays crispy even when I have gotten my order door dashed. Their fish version is also great.Hot Garlic Fish - This is a dish that surprised me. The fish is fried then coated in their hot garlic sauce and tossed with veggies. My favorite of the "hot garlic" entrees and my wife's overall favorite.Broccoli Beef/Green Bean Beef - Gotta have some veggies and these are Chinese takeout staples. The other sauced fried meat dishes such as general chicken and sweet and sour pork hold up decently and is what my father in law usually gets. When it comes down to it, you do you. If something calls out to you, just order it and let yourself be happy."
"Best Chinese food in all of Roseville and Rocklin area. I searched far and wide and this is my spot. There's a few other spots but this place is consistently the best! Wonton soup, all their bbq pork fried rice dishes and bbq pork chowmein are my go to entrees. You'll seeeeee!"
"Food is always great here. Quick friendly service. Full bar and very clean. You have choice to order off the menu or to create your own bowl."
"02/25/2025: More photos added due to whatever restrictions in place . . . The APP was incessantly refusing uploading my photos!!!!"
"Nathan's has been a long standing staple in Elk Grove and they recently upgraded with Dim Sum on their menu. It's pretty decent as there are a select few dim sum options in our area. The sticky rice, pork dumplings, chicken feet, pork riblets, and bbq pork buns are great in size and flavor. I ordered to go and didn't dine in but when I went to pick up, it was pretty busy on a Sunday morning. It could get a little noisy the don't expect for a quiet eating experience lol. Large families and good food. Always a good combo."
"This is a hidden gem. We loved everything they served and the server brought me a cup of hot and sour soup when I mentioned I love it although I had my won ton soup already. They are in the Safeway center on Pleasant Grove and Roseville parkway."
"Nice clean and quiet establishment. Customer service is always with a smile. They have patience and will nicely explain anything on the menu. My niece has to go here at minimum twice a week. A small family owned restaurant and definitely a staple in our community. The food is Always fresh, hot and Delicious!!!"
"We were greeted immediately and seated quickly. They were about 1/4 full, not too busy. It's clean and what you expect from the average Chinese food restaurant. we ordered the Dan dan noodles, bbq pork fried rice and chicken with green beans. we asked the the chili oil on the side of the noodles. food came out one dish at a time, which was fine. Noodles first with chili oil in the side. it was great. I love the simplicity of DanDan noodles when I can find it. peanuts, chili spice, green onion. Love! the chicken with green beans was next and close to perfection. green beans were not over cooked but perfectly blistered and tender. chicken was not dry and had great flavor. bbq pork fried rice was good. simple, not overwhelming sweetness on the pork. the veg in it left a bit to be desired but i would likely order it again. overall, fantastic food that really hit the spot. There was a bit of a delay on getting the check and boxes for leftovers but i will definitely return."
"Everything was super yummy? Packed so well not even a drop of hot and sour soup was spilled. They even reinforce the delivery bag with pieces of cardboard. We had 4 entrees, soup and egg rolls. Everything was cooked to perfection. Thank you,"
"This is for the Elk Grove location in Old Elk Grove on Elk Grove Blvd, which everyone confuses with the Grantline location. Both are good, but we love the Old EG location because there is ample parking, the bar is always lively, the staff are all amazing, and the food is consistently superb! They also do take out. Portions are huge, so we always enjoy leftovers afterwards."
"Came here after finding Rice Theory was sold out and Tealicious was located in the same parking lot. We walked in and it was busy but the wait wasn't too bad before we were seated. Yelp said they were know for their roasted duck and roasted pork. We got the beef chow fun, roasted duck rice place, thin egg noodles with soy sauce, mango fruit tea, and taro milk tea. Took a while for all the dishes to come out. The duck came out first and the flavor was spot on! It was a little sweet but had a that nice roasted taste. Some of the pieces were more bone than meat which was disappointing. The chow fun came next and rice noodles were thick and soft. The thin egg noodles came last and was a little too greasy for me. The tea drinks were good but tasted like any other boba spot. Service was like your standard busy restaurant, a little messy and chaotic. The staff did their best to bring out the drinks and food quickly. It's nice to know a good roasted duck spot and we hope to be back!"
"Came in for the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge and it did not disappoint!! I was very excited to see that they have a large vegan menu that's offered year-round, not just for the SVCC. No boring avocado-cucumber rolls here! They have creative sushi rolls with vegan "tuna", crab, caviar, shrimp, beef, and sauces. We tried the M.A.T.T.H.E.W tartare ($22.37) and H.O.S.E.A dessert ($4.60) from the SVCC menu, and the jalapeño poppers ($9.45) and Meteor Garden roll ($13.45) from the regular vegan menu. Everything was delicious! The tartare was very impressive and fun to eat! The roll was amazing & the tempura onions added so much flavor. The dessert was very good also, and reminded me of a vegan cheesecake, so don't be afraid of the avocado and edamame ingredients and give it a try! The ambience is good for a casual date night as it's not too busy or loud, at least when we went in. They informed me when we came in that it would be a bit of a wait, but we didn't end up waiting too long for our food. Service was friendly and a free refill on hot tea was provided.Definitely recommend you checking this place out, especially for vegan sushi!"
"Mongolian beef 2/5: lots of gravy and basically a broccoli beef and joy truly a Mongolian beef which I like more crispy beef and Less sauceBlack bean fish was good 4/5"
"Casual spot that's great for families. Our 4 year old loves this place. Sometimes service at the table can be a little slow for getting drink refills and your bill. Food typically comes out pretty fast. We like to come here when the revolving conveyor belt is running to try different rolls. I think it only runs in the evenings now unfortunately. Quality is pretty good. Some favorites are Spicy Dragon, King Kong, Fujiyama, Lucky, Ninja, Dynamite, Snow storm, Godfather, Sasa, and Cherry blossom. If you don't like fish get the Spicy Korean Chicken. It is so good!"
"Enjoyed a bowl of a 10piece beef dumpling soup. I opted for self service ordering since the gent at the register was taking a call in order. Service was quick and I was already sipping on soup and snapping these photos in a couple of minutes. Even on a warm day, I enjoyed having the soup. Requested chopsticks but soup spoon, fork, and napkins come when the tray is served. Would have loved to have tried some garlic chili oil but could not tell if any were any available, as there were no condiments on the tables. Fair pricing, the wrapper was a little thicker than I'm used to, and the meats were all uniform in taste, size, and texture. The soup was flavorful and beautifully garnished with tasty green and white onions. Very good soup, I almost finished it all. If you like noodles, you can order some on the side, but to me, the dumpling wrapper was all the extra noodle I would want. Was able to finish the bowl, but could have easily saved half for later. Looks like they would have lids and baggies readily available for to go. Satisfying, good taste, fast, would definitely go again. Not many places still open in this part of downtown, so the good ratings here are well deserved."
