"Great place to eat, great food, great service. I prefer to eat local and support local businesses and I can get behind and support this business. Definitely going back."
"Florez came well recommended by folks on Nextdoor and local Facebook groups and they did not lie. Easy parking, great service, and delicious food! Fantastic portions as well for a fair price. I usually get the three items option and split one with my husband. I've tried and have enjoyed the tamale, flauta, and quesadilla. My husband usually gets the menudo. Restaurant has been decently busy each time we've visited, but never long enough where we'd have to wait for a table. There's also a heated outdoor patio available."

"I was so excited for a new restaurant in Elk Grove! Station 16 has a very cool vibe and great atmosphere. I absolutely loved the decor especially the bar. Food and service was excellent although we did come super early on a Saturday eve. Our waiter said the place gets super busy Saturday nights and unless you have a reservation, waits are usually one and a half to two hours so good to know. We started off with the shrimp ceviche which I highly recommend! It was fresh and so good. Passion fruit lemon drops were chefs kiss so kudos to the bartender. For our main course, the Cajun Pasta was amazing. The creamy slightly spicy tomato sauce paired nicely with the prawns, sausage and linguine. I ordered the clam chowder with lobster and omg it was worth the extra cost! We even had leftovers so could enjoy it for lunch the next day. I will definitely return here!"
"We tried the Cornerstone Cafe & Bar (J Street) for lunch yesterday. This was our first experience eating there. It was lunch time but not busy ... maybe 8 other folks having lunch. My hunch is business picks up significantly in the evening. Nice, but low key, bar atmosphere. Service was very good. Our order consisted of their soup of the day and two salads. The soup was Beef Vegetable. A little short on beef but hardy and good ... house made. I also enjoyed my Shrimp Louie - Bed of fresh greens topped with bay shrimp, avocado, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber slices and paprika. Generous amount of tasty shrimp. The other salad was Tuna. It too included a bed of fresh greens with hardboiled egg, tomato and cucumber slices and topped with homemade tuna salad.Very reasonable prices. This was a good experience"
"I haven't been here for awhile. (I gave up coffee) But why did I!? This place is amazing! I wish I got the girl's name that made my pumpkin cream cold brew! It was made to perfection. She made it just like I like I love my coffee. This place is clean, smells amazing & has some of the cutest mugs! I will be returning, especially due to the customer service!"
"I loved this place! Stopped here to get snack. The service was great, fast, and the food was good! It is in downtown Sacramento so it was a lively, and fun place. Also got a chai latte and loved that! I usually get a cold latte but would definitely recommend this place!"
"Cute place. Coffee is amazing, girls inside are kind and friendly. Plant lovers would admire the shop. Simple and comfortable. Pastry's are fresh. -That's all."
"Posole is really good. We get it often Salsa is great!I like the self serve chips and salsa"
"Food was delicious! Service was amazing (despite being short staffed). My dad accidentally spilt my wine & our server got me a replacement, no questions asked, & it was topped off the ambiance reminds me of a repurposed home, it was cozy, but very open in the dining area."
"Went on a random Thursday morning. There were only about 3 tables with people, then slowly it started to fill in. I got the fruity pebbles French toast and caramel macchiato. My husband got the hangover Benedict and vanilla latte. My French toast was very delicious. I've never had French toast that had crunchy bits because of the fruit pebble, it also wasn't terribly sweet as you would think. I didn't need to use the syrup at all as well. I loved that there was fresh fruit all over the plate and I ordered a side of bacon and eggs to go with it. My husband said his food was meh... wasn't flavorful. But I'll Totally come back For that perfect caramel macchiato in French toast! Giving it 4 stars since hubby wasnt thrilled with his food. Also Food didn't take too long to come out"
"A classic diner with a friendly staff that provides exceptional service and delectable dishes. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable considering the amount of food provided."
"Great breakfast! Nice hot meals! Plenty of meat! Served hot and very delicious! Fresh meat and vegetables! Nice hot coffee! Yum yum!!"

Greenhouse Cafe embodies all the best things that a local neighborhood cafe offers... tasty food served by the nicest staff. The signature menu items that I absolutely find to be the best around is the turkey club sandwich and eggs benedict. For the sandwich they use real fresh roasted turkey. Ohh that makes a huge taste difference. The bacon is cooked to a perfect crispness, no rare edges and not burnt either. The egg benedict's hollandaise sauce is fantastic. Smooth with a just right consistency and emulsification. Flavorful, buttery with oh so slight lemon taste. The eggs are poached to treat you to a show of egg ooziness when pierced. On days they are short staffed, they tape a sign on the front door indicating that and apologizing for the possible longer service times. In any given day, you'll probably see Claudia, the owner, working. She has a great friendly demeanor.Another thing to note is the bathroom situation. It's located around the corner of the cafe. To access it, you'll need to ask for the key. It's kept clean.

I dined at Glorez Bar & Grill this afternoon, for my girlfriends sister birthday lunch with friends amd family. We had a party of about 30 people, so our entire party was given the outdoor patio area to dine in. Being that it was Winter I wasn't sure how cold it would be outside, but the outdoor patio was fine. Especially with the portable heaters that they provided and bit by our tables. Most guests were there when we arrived but a few more trickled in after. Which gave us time to look over the menus before orders started being taken. Once our waiter arrived our orders started being quickly taken for meals and drinks. And it wasn't long before everything started arriving with a team of people.Drinks:POM Margarita PalomaFood:Empanadas CarnitasAbondigasSuper BurritoThere must've been at least 5 people in total, brings food and drinks to each table which was done so smoothly. And the food was de-lic-ious!I haven't had Abondogas in so long, but it smelled so good just from it being set at our table. So I knew it would be good; and the same was true for the Carnitas Empanadas. The smokieness and light spice of the sauce, put them over the top.SPECIAL NOTE: Sometimes after eating and socializing, someone dressed as the Grinch came in a Santa suit and hat to pay us a visit. He made his way to the birthday girl and greeted her, and took pictures with her and her friends. He garnered so much attention while with our party, that some other guests came our to see and take pictures of him. My gf's sister's friends we so excited to see him and greet him and take pictures with him, which was so nice to see. After leaving we all wondered who he was as they left in the same way they he came. After some minutes our waiter came back to check in on us, and I remembered the Christmas hat. And soon realized our waiter was the one who snuck off to play the Grinch for our party.Overall:Absolutely delicious food, and amazing staff. Thank you to all of them, especially our waiter for going above and beyond for our visit and my girlfriends sister and her birthday lunch. It was more than we could've asked for or expected.

We had our Valentine's dinner on Sunday night to avoid the crowds, but even then, the restaurant was packed. Thankfully, we had a reservation, so we were seated without any issues. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful lighting and charming decorations. We'll definitely be back for another date night! Being food lovers, we couldn't resist ordering a little extra from the menu. For starters, we had steamed clams and calamari--both were delicious. My husband enjoyed his shrimp scampi, while I went all in with a steak and lobster combo. We also ordered a bottle of red wine to go with our meal. ( Justin Cab is very good). Everything was fantastic, and the live music made the experience even better!

Was in Old Sac with the family, we walked by this place and they wanted to stop in for lunch. Since I have Celiac, I was disappointed because I assumed they wouldn't have any options for me. But I was pleasantly surprised. :) You can get any sandwich on gluten-free bread. I got the chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Also, their sweet potato fries were very good. I will definitely come back.

Love The Excellent Seasonal Coffees!SITREPTiferet by the Park ("Tiferet") has become a new favorite of mine since discovering it earlier this year in my new hood.Located only 5 blocks away - brisk walking - down H Street - from where I live @ 26th Street to where Tiferet is @ Alhambra, the convenience of proximity is a really big factor here!DELICIOUS SPECIALTIESAlthough I prefer the regular drip brew coffees, every now and then it's nice to spruce up the trip and get their delicious tea blends or their outrageous coffee lattes and mochas. The more hearty, or spicy, the better. Most recently, their Chagaccino is what whets my whistle - tasty! Tasty!I say it TWICE because most of the time I would get the HOT version to put in my coffee tumbler, but would also get the cold version to enjoy while sitting on the sidewalk cafe for a few minutes and then carry on with my walk.THE LOWDOWNCome for the regular coffees, stay and enjoy their specialties. There's a LOT to enjoy with this coffee haus!

Visited this place after an event an Old Elk Grove. They were about an hour away from closing so not very busy. This place seemed pretty chill and relaxed and wasn't sure if it was because of the time but didn't have any issue with it.Ordered the super burrito and the lovely wife went for the Quesadillas. Food came out quick and didn't have any issues with the quality. Staff were great and didn't have issues with ordering. They have seating on the inside and outside.Worth checking if you are looking for a decent Taqueria in old EG.

"The No a lox Bagel, added tomato:). Soooo delicious! My hubby had Bacon Sunrise no tomatoes! lol. I had the most yum salted Carmel hot chocolate. The hubby had iced mocha. Quick breakfast. Delicious. Friendly service. Cute and relaxed ambiance. Indoor and outdoor dinning. Give it a try."
"First off. Hopping atmosphere and friendly staff (Maria was our server). Second, when ordering extra crispy hash browns, she said they now can deep fry them... um, yes please! They came out super crispy and almost buttery in the middle. The chicken fried steak was traditional, with pounded meat and a GREAT crust. It was a bit tough, but very good. The gravy, however, is incredible. Definitely will be ordering biscuits and gravy next time. My husband got chile verde omelette and loved it. I will be back for sure. I need to try the Monte Cristo..."
"A friend and I planned to catch up and have lunch after a professional meeting in Granite Bay. I had done a little searching on Yelp the day before and this had a great central location and wouldn't require a down payment . The reviews scared me a little bit, though! Lowdown: You order at the front counter or drive-through. They have a to-go case also with salads and premade sandwiches if you are really in a rush (ps they all looked good). There's a bakery case adjacent to the cashier station showcasing delicious treats (more about that later!). There's a wide array of choices of sandwiches, salads, and soups. There were two very helpful and patient cashiers taking our orders and handling payments. Also making hot drinks. These ladies were very busy but super nice and efficient. You'll get a receipt and a number on it which will identify your order. There's a drinks station where you get your own flatware and napkins and a nice chilled water dispenser. Then you take a seat and wait for a server to call your number. I ordered a Chinese chicken salad and my friend ordered a Caesar salad. They didn't sell the Caesar as a half with chicken on the menu but made a nice accommodation for my friend as a plain Caesar half and add chicken. They give you bread on the side and I noticed later that there are bread options listed but default is the baguette. I wasn't wild about the bread, it was pretty basic, but it was improved with butter, which I requested. You have to pay extra but it's worth it. Next time I would order a different variety of bread to compare. Our orders came out quickly while we were enjoying our coffee which was delicious- I got a small latte. I forgot to ask what my friend ordered, but she liked hers. We both were members of the clean plate club! We really enjoyed our salads and it was the perfect amount without the hassle of leftovers. Dressing is served on the side in individual containers. My friend's Caesar had a generous amount of grilled chicken strips and Parmesan cheese on a bed of leafy greens. She loved it. My Chinese chicken salad experience is colored by Judi's Deli in LA which IMO is the gold standard. However, I liked this chicken salad even though the shredded chicken was kind of lacking in flavor, there was no cilantro or crunchy noodles, and there were peanuts instead of cashews. The dressing was fantastic, though and might even be better than Judi's. Overall it was a 6 if Judi's is a 10, and I'm not complaining as it was really delicious. As we kept on chatting, I needed reinforcements so I returned to the counter and ordered a pumpkin raisin walnut muffin and apricot scone. Full stop, both were 5 star baked goods and I wanted to know why I had never been here before! Scones are so hard to get in stores (Starbucks are inedible, for example) and this was the perfect blend of buttery/crumbly with a lovely apricot flavor. The pumpkin muffin was perfectly cooked (not gummy which I hate), moist, and richly flavored with pumpkin and spices and chock full of plump raisins and crowned with walnuts. No pictures...because they were so good! The dining room was very pleasant with lots of light and plenty of tables. Both solo and group diners enjoyed the ambience with some low volume classical music in the background. A great place to have a nice conversation along with your meal, which my friend and I definitely had. I was so pleased with the value, convenience, service, and atmosphere here. If I lived nearby I'd be a regular. As it is, I will be checking out the La Bou locations closer to me. And if I'm ever in Granite Bay, I know where to get a great lunch."
"First: Our server, Aura, was servicing 2 large parties including another table. She was still attentive to us. She provided great feedback on the menu and provided personal preferences. We had an individual with allergies and she was able to provide alternative options on the spot. Second: Our food was absolutely amazing. Seriously.. amazing.. Also, something that's very very random, but even the cherry is my Old Fashioned was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend the Ribeye too.. this place is a MUST!!"
"Decided to stop by this little cafe after checking out the casino with a relative. We were there on a late Friday morning and they sat us immediately. The speed and service were really good in my opinion. Got their CA omelet which wasn't bad but nothing to rave about. Also found it strange that they charged $2 extra if you wanted toast with your breakfast meal. Not a bad place at all though if you're hungry and want a quick but fresh bite to eat within the casino."
"My daughter and I had an excellent time! Violet was our server and was efficient, kind and answered all our questions. The food was superb! Thank you Violet! And to the BOH, you all are artists! And to the lovely hosts, you ladies did an incredible job!"
"Slays! Absolutely loved the food. Still dream about it, tbh. My partner had the lox bagel; the salmon was very delicious and full of flavor. I had the Dream Sandwich (on a bagel with bacon). Service was excellent and fast. The restaurant was clean and filled with natural light. Definitely recommend!"
"Amazing French dip and amazing people! Matty B is great behind the bar and the card room people are very kind. Austin and Jen were very nice! Definitely will come back in the future."
"This place is it. The tucked in the back, hard to find place that is truly everything you wanted and needed it to be. In a time where everything is thrown together and slopped up and overcharged, this is a refreshing change of pace. This place in my mind is authentic, genuine, and homey. Food: home made salsa with so many delicious selections at the salsa bar. Not to mention freshly made tortilla chips too. We got the wet burrito and I got the Michoacan enchiladas and we shared the birria tacos. The enchiladas were so flavorful and tender and everything I expected it to be. I got lengua and al pastor for my choices of meat and it was perfect! She said she burrito was so tender and flavorful as well. And this place was our first place to try the birria tacos and it was amazing! So tender and juicy and paired perfectly with the consume. The service was kind and fast. I could hear the chefs singing in the kitchen, which to me is always a good sign. They also had a huge selection of agua fesca drinks. The ambiance is cute and quaint and just very homey and genuine. This place opened not too long ago, but the quality of food, the pricing of the menu, and the selection of everything really impressed me. This is my Mexican food spot now and I'll won't be going back anywhere else. This place is it. Whether it be for a date, a normal dinner, or just something to satisfy your craving, this place does it all."
"Customer service was a 10, the place was pretty clean the food was delicious. They had free chips and salsa bar that was stocked and super clean. Next time I'm in Galt I will for sure come back. The breakfast bacon and egg burrito was . Mu daughter tore up the grilled chicken and beans kids burrito. My nephew got the asada burrito and my niece ordered the chorizo plate. We all loved our meal, the horchata was super good and free refills. Check them out."
"I'm obviously late to the party, but I'm just now realizing the blessing of coffee shop meet ups. Yes meeting over drinks can be fun, but there is nothing like having a clear mind and chatting over a nice cup of Jane with a good playlist in the background. That is the exact experience that I had when meeting up with a friend/colleague to discuss career options. For years I have heard great things about and wanted to visit Old Soul Company; therefore, I was elated when she suggested that we meet at this location.Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by the sounds of 90's-early 2000's R&B and Hip Hop (my favorite), the sounds of laughter, and a barista waiting to take our order. Since I had a caffeinated coffee earlier that day, I elected to order a decaffeinated cappuccino with brown sugar. Five minutes later our orders were ready. I'm not a coffee enthusiasts by any standards; however, I will say that this cappuccino tasted like it was made with love (flavorful)! My wife swears by their food and was slightly disappointed that I did not try it. However, being that the establishment is in close proximity to my office, I will definitely make a return visit in the near future!"
"Convenient place to grab something quick and light before walking around town. Everything was very reasonably priced in my opinion. The bathroom is for customers only. It's outside and up the stairs or the elevator and you get the key from the workers. Drink came out right away, food took about 10 minutes. It was pretty busy when I got there, about 9:50am on a Sunday. Plenty of parking this early in Downtown Lodi. The breakfast food selection is nice bc it's not over whelming. Burrito with egg and bacon or egg and sausage. A few paninis, avocado toast you can add meat or eggs to & then a good assortment of pastries!"
"Nester is an excellent employee. Highly recommend the bat omelette, eggs Benedict and the breakfast tostada."
"We love the pocket deli. Everything we have tried is delicious. My husband loves the lean pastrami and I love the Italian sandwich. The pocket bread is unique and so tasty."
"We used to come here all the time like 15 years ago just for the burgers but had since forgotten about it over the years. Me and my husband have picked the hobby of playing pool back up and have been frequenting bars with pool tables which can be hit or miss in getting a table or finding a pool stick that isn't broken. One day my husband said what about Jointed Cue and I was immediately flooded with memories of this place we drove over and not much has changed. Still servicing tasty dive bar type of food and lots of pool tables. They also have a back room for tournaments as well. We paid $15 an hour which is a little steep considering we can play 3 games for $5 at several different bars but again, Jointed Cues tables are in much better condition. For a Saturday around 5pm they several open tables so no wait times. They do serve beers as well. Glad my husband remembered this spot, now we don't have to venture all the way to midtown for a few games of pool."
"Good food and caring staff makes this a place that me and my friends visit frequently.I would definitely recommend this place"
"It has been a while! Two trips later and I was elated to see the Manager that has been there for years and so glad to see my new friends Jocelyn, Dante, Juan, and Kye! I have been going to Bobs for over 20 years and there has been a drastic improvement in the scenery, the staff, the menu, and the beautiful friendly customer service provided by the group of our younger generation. The diversity was well received and the food is still awesome! The juiciness of the burger and the availability of options. See you soon!"
"Dine in experience [Roseville CA]I met with a couple of friends from Hawaii and chose this place to take them. We had a super early Sunday breakfast... early like 6:30a! LoL! We were the first customers. They opened at 6:00aI had hoped to have a better experience than my first two previous takeout orders (read my original review)... and it was indeed good. I chose a savory crepe -- the Granite Bay Crepe (no onions and bell pepper though) everything else I approved: bacon, ham, sausage links, jack and cheddar cheese, and tomatoes. It was topped with sour cream and chives. I chose hashbrowns as my side. It was a generous serving. My friends ordered the Breakfast Rice Skillet and The Perfect Two Combo w/ Pancakes. Everything was delicious. I had a taste of the rice skillet and liked it. I would order it less the hot sauce though. Good customer service. The restaurant got busy as we left.Instagram: @marios_earlytoastReview #2918 updated"
"*First time review* Absolutely love this place! I guess I had a sandwich here quite a few years ago, but I don't recall so I'll be calling this a new review. My gosh absolutely fantastic! Ambience is redone, nice bar, attentive staff and big sandwiches! Loved my soup as well.BLAST - bacon lettuce avocado swiss turkey. I ordered mine on sourdough toasted with no Swiss. Absolutely fantastic and they made it as I wanted. Do note it does not come with mayo, you'll need to ask for that if you want it. Tuna Avocado - my mom said it was delicious and it was super loaded nicely with tuna. Pictures speak for itself!"
"Located in the business building lobby, the owner George is always so friendly. Open from 0700-3pm, it's definitely a great option if you're looking for coffee, blended drink or lunch! I ordered the Mediterranean Wrap and it was perfect! The spinach wrap was perfectly toasted on the outside, and the combination of the hummus and chicken was a delight! He was having system problem with payment, but luckily he takes Venmo! Might have to forget to bring my lunch again to try the other menu options!"
"So we have been coming here for many years the food is amazing and I love that they ground the coffee beans on site for fresh coffee when there open an the staff is always so amazing and so happy and nice and helpful and friendly the service is always amazing and the food is always super fresh and the restaurant just got freshly painted inside and on the outside it is still so amazing just like before, I would highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch or lunch an the ambience is great the restaurant is always clean and same with the bathrooms. We love this place and will continue to come here and recommend it to everyone we know and everything"
"Love this local neighborhood joint! My boyfriend and I went here for a date night and we weren't disappointed. We loved that it was in walking distance and it had a nice patio for outdoor seating to enjoy the weather! I really enjoyed the tacos because I thought they were really authentic. The Vampiro taco was Al pastor with bits of pineapple, which I found refreshing to balance out the flavor. The carne asada taco was good but I think it needed something else on it like guacamole or salsa. I really liked the chips and salsa appetizer that we got because the salsa trio was well thought out: fried jalapeño, chili verde, and red salsa. All of them were homemade, which homemade, which is why I enjoyed them so much! Overall, we will be coming back over the summer!"
"I love the food here & the prices are still pretty fair compared to most but they really need to be careful w/ their meats. I have had multiple & sometimes very sharp bone pieces that are concealed by the other ingredients, cheese, & wrapped in tortillas. When I pointed this out, I was told by one guy that the meat is marinated & this just happens while the lady working apologized & seemed to understand this is highly unacceptable. What if a little kid were to take a bite & not only choke on a bone but potentially cut up their mouth & insides. I'm sure they would pay attention to their parents when they slapped em w/ a hefty 6-7 figure lawsuit. Hope they read this & take note b4 anyone really gets hurt or worse. I'll still eat here though cause everything else about here is really great!! Just be careful!!"
