"Pretty good chinese cuisine!Inside it is nicely decorated, nicely renovated with even a live waterfall. Tables and floor are clean. Chairs wrapped in gold colored cloths. Overall a nice interiorFood quality is pretty good. The beef steak tasted really tender, which means it was probably a high quality cut. The portions are also pretty big.Price is a bit on the high side, but it seems like that is the industry segment they are going for.Staff are pretty friendly. There are also Karaoke rooms in the back if you want to host a private party.Overall a good place to go for quality chinese food!"
"Omgsh this place is da bomb! I went here last week and ordered their combo plate....delish! Their pulled pork is to die for! I couldnt have enough of that Sriracha ranch dip either. Definitely coming for more!"

"This is the kind of precious, local, "hole-in-the-wall" place that gives you the most authentic and delicious food you can imagine. Value: 5 Taste: 5 Service: 5 Experience/Ambience: 4 It's cash-only, and the menu rotates a tiny bit depending on what's in stock (like they may only have pork ribs that day, or their sides might be different depending on the season). It's the opposite of fancy, but in a great way. The only real downside is that they don't sell their sauces to take home! Gentrifiers, stay away! All others welcome."
"WOWWWWW!!! Just freaking crazy how good they are! Definitely recommend. The works is the best thing on the menu! At a great value as well. Truly impressed. Great job yall!!"
"I went her because years ago we would go for lunch at work. But that was before "COVID". That was and is awful!!Anyway when i went for dinner it was all you could eat. You make your own food and its cooked for you. The restaurant is extremely clean and pleasant. I was assigned a table and given a bowl to make my selection of meat etc. it was just as tasty as I remembered! Will have to go once a month just to have a nice warm meal."
"Ordered from their menu instead of the AYCE, the spicy chicken, lamb stir fry and bulgogi were delicious. The staff was friendly and the food tasted great. Would come again"
"I found this on a whim looking for a keto friendly choice on the East side. Without reading the reviews too thoroughly I showed up and walked into the small deli. After some staring, I asked how to order some food. Specifically how do I get some of that beautiful charcoal grilled meats. Much to my dismay you have to call a few hours ahead to get any food prepared, though you can instantly receive food to grill for yourself. After learning my lesson, the next weekend I called in an order of 2lbs of pork belly and 2lbs of chicken thighs. The order came with a flat bread and raw onions. Both were really delicious and the chicken thighs, in particular, were incredibly tender with a touch of smoke. I was hoping that the pork belly was actually more fatty, but it was pretty lean. The 4lbs of cooked food and accompaniments cost me about ~$27 bucks. A really delicious value."
"Definitely hard to find. But this place is inside of "The Press Club". You might have to be 21 to simply eat there cause it is a bar/club.. You make your order with the bartender and they do have a section of like 3 tables where you can sit and eat your food but it's loud from the music. Otherwise super good!"
"Stopped by on a Tuesday evening and it was empty. Service was good. I was not impressed with the tofu soup (Mushroom Soon Tofu), but I enjoyed the other items: Dolsot Bibimbap, Mandoo, Yangnyeom Chicken, Japchae, TongSamGyub Salad and L.A. Galbi. Of these, my favorites were the Mandoo and Yangnyeom Chicken. The Mandoo was huge! Side dishes were good as well. I'd return! (I'd just skip the tofu soup in the future.)"
"We went to the Granite Bay Brewery for their Wednesday Trivia Night. This fabulous food truck was there for dinner orders. My husband and I ordered their Tri-tip dinner. We chose coleslaw and potato salad as our sides. Everything was so delicious. The BBQ sauce that was served on the side was perfect for the tri-tip. We look forward to finding this food truck again. I forgot to mention that the food was ready in less than 5 minutes!!! What a great find!!"
"poppy's Bar &Q is classic bbq in Folsom, CA, its the real deal! live music, non alcoholic beers and succulent BBQ meats! a bit pricey but very tasty."
"Good portions, Fair pricesSince I made a special trip here for Blend I looked for a place to grab lunch while I was in the area. I found this counter-service restaurant serving Hawaiian food right next to Raley's. I placed my order for a Loco Moco and Spam Musubi. I love Loco Moco... perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a breakfast. Took some time since it was made to order. The Loco Moco was okay except the fried egg was overcooked. No, no, no... it is supposed to be cooked sunny-side-up! The traditional Loco Moco should always feature runny sunny-side-up eggs! The idea behind it is to pop the egg yolk so it pours all over the rice. Anyway, the beef patty was placed on a bed of cabbage with not enough brown gravy (in my opinion)... the gravy makes all the difference! but they did give a generous scoop of rice. I split this plate lunch with the hubby. I liked the Mac salad. The Spam Musubi was huge (so much rice!). The order came with two pieces and my daughter ate the other piece.I'll be back to try the other BBQ lunch plates... for now 3-1/2 Stars.Review #2671"

Tried dim sum here for the first time today. Gold Coast Cuisine is located right next to SF Supermarket. We arrived ~12:30p on a Thursday and there were maybe 3 other tables occupied so it was not too busy. There was 3 or 4 servers/staff on the floor. They were pleasant and attentive when interacting with them though I had to wave them down when we needed something. The restaurant was well kept and clean with pleasant decor. Apparently they have karaoke rooms available as well. The dim sum menu is a bit limited and selections are made off a paper list. The server said they prep things as they are ordered in the back. We got ha gow, siu mai, chicken feet, duck/taro pastry, meatballs, and shrimp tempura cheong fun. The presentation of the dishes were very nice. They put in a bit more effort than the traditional local dim sum places in the area decorating the dishes with a bit of broccoli, fish roe and peanuts which was a pleasant surprise. Taste wise, the cheong fun and chicken feet were the best of the bunch. The shrimp was battered with super fluffy crunchy coating and noodle had good texture. The chicken feet was very nicely prepared and tasty presented on some peanuts. The ha gow, siu mai were good but a little bit bland. The meatballs were light on meat flavor and had a more glutinous texture than normal. The duck/taro pastry was intriguing to try. It was presented like taro or daikon cake in slices and fried. There was a taro shreds with a bit of duck mixed in. It was okay in taste. I think it needed a dip or sauce to go with it. Overall not too bad. I would try this place again to try other dishes.

It's been a loooong time since my hot husband has been bragging about this place and asking to take our family to taste and confirm. Well...last week we got our chance! We visited Crooked Lane Brewery just to sample this family owned and operated food truck superstar. The sandwich board menu had some delish options so I'm thankful our party of 6 was able to order the perfect cross section of food. I chose the chicken philly, hubs got the ribs, kids were cheeseburgers all the way. My 75 years young aunt dared to try the jalapeño poppers. We all shared a bit to get a taste of everything. Chicken Philly was pretty darn tatsy. The bread was soft and fresh. I'm usually only a fan of the cole slaw I make but i had to try this bacon cole slaw. It was simply perfect! I would have never thought I would ever utter those words about cole slaw...pigs must be flying somewhere. Cheeseburgers were solid. Definitely a crowd pleaser. Poppers were good. Not the best ever but creamy and just enough kick. Ribs were "off the hook" said my grill master husband. He bbq's about 4 times a week and he can make anything on the grill taste fire!! No pun intended..so if he likes the bbq...I'm in! Great job you guys. Can't wait until next time.

I ordered the name sake special and it had sliced pork, Tri tip, ribs, chicken, and hot links. It was $30 but it was a lot of food. I made a small dent in it. Other than it had too much BBQ sauce for my taste it was amazing. The sauce was good just more than I prefer. People were polite and food came pretty fast considering. I'm glad I had cash because that's all they take. I highly recommend giving it a try. No seating so you have to take it to go.

Sizzling Mongolian bbq has been a part of my childhood since middle school, and for a reason. This place serves delicious and fresh Mongolian bbq items that are affordable for the family ($15 lunch). The only bad thing is that the bowls are so small you can't even fit sauces in it sometimes. I wish they would let us put sauce in after ! They're pretty nice when it comes to it but to ask every time and get that look... I'd rather not. Good place to eat ! Recommend

We went here once pre-pandemic and the tableside kabob grilling was a cool experience, but somehow we never made our way back until now. Our friend picked this spot so we were expecting the kabobs. Much to our surprise it's actually an AYCE KBBQ spot now! They have two menu options at $34.99 or $39.99 so it's definitely on the pricier end compared to the other AYCE places in Sacramento. They do have quite a few non-BBQ options as a part of the menu, like cold noodles, cheesy ramen, tofu soups, rice cake, and more, so I think that does help justify the price range. The beef was all pretty good. We went with the B Menu because of the LA galbi but I'm glad we were also able to get the spicy rice cake. The ramen was also super yummy, and had a kick to it, I wish I knew what brand it was! I liked their meat dipping sauce as well. I wasn't a big fan of their banchan selection, it was pretty weak compared to other restaurants, but at least they had radish wrap. Service was okay, we were the only table in the restaurant but it still took some time for them to come back to take our order. There were two ladies but they were going around to tables looking or fixing something so it was hard to flag them down. I liked that they have dry erase markers for the menu so you can just mark what you want, but she kept taking our menus so we weren't able to mark stuff ahead of time. I think it was a tasty meal but I would rather go somewhere closer for cheaper price and for more meat selection. The extra food items are nice but I don't need to get those at an AYCE place.

Found this great place on Yelp searching for prepared meat to grill. So happy to finally come in! Took home some marinated chicken and ground beef. Perfect for meal prep- so tasty, flavorful and fresh. Easy to grill, made some rice and veggies and we are ready for the week ahead!

"Lots of parking. Lots of seating options. We were immediately greeted and asked if we've been there before or it's our first time. She proceeded to tell us how it works. After putting on plastic gloves and filling our bowls, we added the sauces and handed it off t for it to get cooked. We sat down and were served rice, soup and soda! Our food was absolutely delish!!!! Can't wait to go again!"
"Yerevan in Sacramento/ Carmichael offers an exquisite Armenian cuisine experience. The dishes are top tier. Paired with an elegant and inviting ambiance, great service, occasional live music, and a solid bar selection. Anthonyxibarrax"
"KP International Market Food Court is many things, GREAT BEING ONE OF THEM! I feel like everytime I come to KP, I know I'm gonna eat good. I've tried a variety of the menu items and loved them all. My sister and I frequently visit just for the food court. There's just so much they offer! The tteokbokki is always so yummy, their pho is delicious. Their bento boxes are always super tasty as well. My sister always chooses their sushi or poke bowls, and always leaves satisfied. My most recent visit I tried the combination fried rice and it was SO YUMMY! and so much food. You really get a bang for your buck. There's always plenty of seating, and the staff answers any questions with the best of their abilities. and i can never get over just how many options you have !!! Their potato twists are too yummy, I have tried their garlic parmesan potato twist and enjoyed it (see picture). KP international food court will never do me wrong . I love u Kp food court. #yummerz"
"In all honesty I had avoided this restaurant previously because of the poor reviews, but decided to give it a try today! I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but only because the restaurant could use a little updating like painting the worn down wood to hide the discoloration to make it a nicer spot for dates, etc. but it was still such a cute and quaint spot to find!I went within the first 2 hours of opening so that may be the difference in my experience from others, but I didn't see any of the cleanliness concerns others had and the buffet bar was well stocked all the way around with clean utensils and a wide variety of quality ingredients. They also have alternative soda options which is GREAT! They have glass bottle coke with actual sugar instead of corn syrup which was a treat and they give you white rice & egg drop soup along with your lunch bowl.if you have allergies make sure you ask them to clean the grill/range before cooking yours or try to be the first customers upon them opening.I'm allergic to wheat so I called ahead to confirm they have white rice rather than noodles and Nellie answered my question very politely. After arriving Nellie continued to provide wonderful service and cleaned up the tables around us promptly after each party left. She was the only waitress and by the time I left there had been 6 other tables including a large family come in. she even checked to see if we would like water after our sodas were gone, so I'd say her service was great."
"Always kind I love the rewards program and the BBQ MIX PLATE, my daughter loved the masubi !!! Clean establishment !!"
"We were in mood for barbeque, and found this place through Yelp. It wasn't far from our hotel, which was a bonus. It was quiet when we came in, people playing or watching a chess game, a person having their meal in the corner but we did go early, so I imagine it would be busier as the evening went on.We decided on the two item combo, so that we could have a taste of their menu. The wait wasn't long and we asked about the pie, since we didn't see any displayed but apparently they were kept in the back. There was a choice of two pies, I forgot what the other one was but refrigerator pie was mentioned. Never having this before and hubby loves pie, we ordered a slice as I figured I would get a taste of his. He was so nice (sorry I didn't get his name) gave us two slices so I could have my own. When we got back to the hotel and I lifted my box out of the bag, it was pretty hefty and opened it to a full box of food. I got the ribs and tri-tip, and hubby got the ribs and links. I love a wet barbecue and this certainly fit the bill. The sauce was tangy and yummy. We had the beans and potato salad sides. Hubby inhaled his entire box except for the potato salad (normally doesn't eat this, so more for me!) I did taste the link and I love it! Perfectly spiced! The ribs were great as was the tri-tip. Absolutely tender. I could not finish my meal and saved the balance for our lunch on the way home. Yes, we'll be back on our next trip up that way, hopefully in April."
"Filipino BBQ Skewers 10/10!!! Their lumpia is not dry, huge and delicious! Affordable combo meals available daily. Different entrée everyday! Service is excellent! They also a mini grocery on the side with variety of Filipino snacks and goodies! We don't have to drive all the way to Sacramento just to get some legit lumpia and filipino food!"
"Happy to get some traditional American food every now and again. Great for pick up on a night when you don't want to cook as well. Kids are happy to eat the burgers. Fries are bit too salty but can't complain cause it's easy food for far out here."
"As soon as you step through those doors, there is a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts a smile on your face. And if it doesn't, Julio, the resident jokester behind the register, will make sure to crack a few jokes!- the nugget ice is why I come here! Just give them a heads up, and they'll have those 20-pound bags of icy goodness waiting for you at the counter.- their house-made michelada mix is an absolute game-changer. Pair it with their mango chamoy, and thank me later.- they have all kinds of pre-gaming snacks and tri-tip sandwiches!Stop by this little gem of a market asap!"
"One of the friendliest GM I've visited greeted right when walked in, Grill master was really polite. Everyone that worked this shift of my visit. I ally the hospitality! Keep it up, I will definitely return. Food was good and cool music playlist. Clean location as well.only small recommendation for one of the staff members, would be to take their personal phone call as outside or back of the location away from customers ears shot. Thank you!"
"My favorite thing about the seafood city market is Grill City! It's the reason that we visit the market- to buy meals for lunch or dinner. Grill City has such a wide array of different Filipino foods from, pancit, langka, lumpia, bbq, fish, pinakbet, bopis, and now they have the Fresh Lumpia (one of my faves)! The prices are decent too! You can get different entree items separately or you can do a combo. The service is great, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Another cool thing is that they have a variety of desserts from sapin-sapin (the different sticky rice desserts) to buko pandan and ube flavored champorado. I haven't seen a Filipino eatery that had this wide of a variety. So I thank the folks at Grill City for serving a kaleidoscope of choices!"
"We've ordered this barbecue for several parties (graduation, birthdays etc.) The brisket is where it's at and we've never gone wrong with baked beans and coleslaw as sides. We've always gotten massive compliments from family and guests about how good the food is. When we do throw a party, we hit Grocery Outlet or Smart and Final for Hawaiian and Kaiser rolls so folks can make sandwiches (don't forget to serve sweet, sliced onion to go on the sandwich, trust me). The owner is so nice and accommodating. It's been a pleasure supporting this business! Yes, it's a little hole in the wall and nothing fancy as far as decor is concerned. But we're in Auburn, CA and that suits us just fine."
"Corina and I ate here recently for the first time and were impressed. We had the child's plates of tri-tip and brought 1/2 the meat home for lunch the next day! She had the green bean side and I had the mac & cheese. The beans were pretty average and just a touch spicy. The mac & cheese was incredible! We would like to know how they make it so good? Our tri-tips were above average for sure, but I think what they serve at Horn's in Oakland are a little better. We will be back soon."
"Ordered and picked up deep fried turkey and cornbread muffins for Thanksgiving dinner. As always great food and service. If eating turkey for Thanksgiving it will always from Ron at Sims BBQ. Super friendly and people. Oh don't forget about the ribs! Legit, smokey and great bbq sauce."
"I am glad I found this place. I have roots with BBQ that stem from Oklahoma and Texas. I've had some life changing experiences when it comes to BBQ. The service was absolutely fantastic. My drink never went below halfway. The atmosphere was filled with folks smiling and plenty of full bellies. I ended up going with a 3 meat special and chose the following: tri tip/brisket/pulled pork! Trip tip was new to me here being in NorCal only for last three years! I absolutely loved the Tri tip. That was the star of the show!!! The sweet potato fries were fried to a perfection! The corn bread muffin was cooked to a perfect crisp for the muffin top! Who doesn't love muffin tops???? The smoke flavor in the meat was a bit light for my liking however all of it was super tender!"
"Ono Hawaiian BBQ is located behind Sac City in the Crocker Village Plaza, with plenty of parking, and both indoor and outdoor seating. I've been to this location several times, and each visit has been delicious. It's the perfect spot for a post-gym meal, especially when you're craving chicken and rice. One of my favorites is the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Aloha Plate, which comes with BBQ chicken, three scoops of rice, and fresh mixed salad. It's a healthy, filling, and satisfying meal. The salad is always crisp and flavorful, while the BBQ chicken is tender and juicy. There is also a station to the side for soda, teriyaki sauce, katsu sauce, and utensils. The staff at this location are friendly and quick at preparing orders. Be sure to sign up and download their app to stay updated on their latest promotions.I will be back to try the Kalua Pork!"
"Ordered takeout...soooo good. Ordered the chicken plate special and a side of greens. Will definitely return to try other meats and sides."
"Ordered delivery, food was good but a little costly for the amount received. The beef brisket was good, but there were only three thin slices. The tri-tip sandwich was okay, but the au jus was tasteless.Pulled pork sliders are great. Lots of flavor, meat was nice and tender.Garlic fries had way too much garlic. If you're obsessed with garlic, these are for you. If you don't want more garlic than fries, you should order something else."
"We were in town for a wedding. Loomis is a smaller town and we were looking for dinner on a Sunday evening. LBB popped up and we were able to head there and get a table outside. They have a mister outside which is nice. My only complaint is that the service was a tad slow. It was often hard to track our server down. Not sure if he had a lot of tables or if I get anxious with a toddler. We got her the hot dog. She ate it all and fries. We did panic order some pickles but that was not smart cause they're like very adult. Very acidic (yummy for old people) not for kids. Our whole table had beers and drinks they were good. My drink was cute but you could not taste the alcohol at all. And for 15 bucks... Overall meat quality was yummy Server was nice when we saw him Kid ate all her food Next to a splash pad"
"I've eaten here many times over the years, and the last few I've been disappointed. I love BBQ ribs, so we went here last Wednesday for my birthday. The ribs were tough and just not great. I had left overs and didn't even eat them because of how disappointed I was when they were fresh. Lol Our bill was so high and we barely ordered anything. Definitely will be going to a different BBQ place next time. The drinks are what makes this place appealing. Lol"
"We're at SacYard Tap room in east sac and they were here to deliver! We had the 51/50 fries to go with our beers - fries, cheese, bbq chicken and their famous patrol sauce. One word: delicious! Normally bbq chicken can be dry but I swear, it was moist and so delicious on top of some melted cheese fries. So friendly and quick too!"
"Okay this place has me PISSED that they're so dang freaking good. I talked my fiancé into stopping by their pop-up on a rainy day because I had been following them for a while and the hyped seemed real. But what I wasn't prepared for was how hard this food SMACKS. We took our food home to escape the rain and just sat there in dead silence absolutely CHOMPING on the delectable gift in front of us. I've had bbq from all across the US. I've had bbq from quite a few places who claim to have good bbq and they disappoint. But this place? So humbly dominates the BBQ game. For a rainy day, the whole Oakhouse team was in great, kind, friendly spirits and happy to dish up their well-rounded menu. Their mac and cheese had me doing that chewing-while-aggressively-pointing-at the-dish kind of thing and their brisket is the kind that doesn't need to hide behind a sauce and HALLELUJAH for that. If you're blessed enough to find one of their pop-ups, DO IT. bring yo camping chair, bring yo wife, bring an appetite. Thank you Oakhouse team for raising the bar!"
"Such a unique and fun new spot! I love K-bbq and typically stick to my regular spots but decided to give this place a try and I was so happy I did! 1st I love that the grills ventilate the smoke below and not with vents above the table. There are 3 different tiers for the all you can eat depending on what meat options you want. Upon ordering there is a self-serve cafeteria style appetizer bar and a build your own ramen bar (if you get that option) I love the self-serve to eliminate wasting food you won't eat and it gives you the opportunity to try diff food! They offer sushi, soups, hot sides and cold sides. Your meat and drinks are ordered through your server and delivered using bots. I like the atmosphere and the full-bar option for mixed drinks. They play k-pop music so expect for a louder environment. We will definitely be back!"
