"I had an amazing dinner at Fat's Asia Bistro on Eureka Road. When I visited for the first time, I was struck by how cozy andinviting. The interior is warm lighting, stylish decor, and a layout that makes it feel both intimate and lively at the same time. They have palm trees inside looks really real though. The customer service was top-notch as always. Thestaff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being annoying. It's refreshing to dine somewhere special like fats. Now, let's talk about the food, absolutely delicious! We tried the honey walnut Chicken, orange chicken , and the Imperial rice, and every dish was packed with flavor. The portions were generous, andeverything tasted fresh andwell-prepared. It is definitely most delicious Asian food I've ever tried. What surprised me most was thepricing-for the quality and portion sizes, it's a great deal compared to other places in the area. Overall, this place is one of a kind. Greatambiance, excellent service, andincredible food at reasonable prices. I have been coming back for about 13 years."

Driving up, it's a smaller parking lot, but I haven't had a problem finding parking yet. They just expanded their restaurant so there's a lot more seating! "Food: I think most people come here thinking Thai, but this is very much also a Lao spot. For as many greasy Thai spots there are here, this place is super delicious, and why I have it the 5 star. For lack of a better word, the food feels super clean and tasty. They have a great assortment of spices and sauces to adjust the heat level and taste of your food. I've had the pad thai, drunken noodles, and some curries here and I've always enjoyed them. This last time, I tried a Laotian dish - Mee Kati. This was super tasty dish where you had hot broth do this delicious concoction of noodles, veggies, herbs, and meat, and then mix. The fresh rolls were killer. I was pretty meh on the chicken wings. A little too much breading without a lot of flavor. Service: Super friendly and attentive. No concerns here at all. Ambiance - I think this place is super cute. It has great lighting and is has a very gentle/serene vibe. It's 100% a nice date spot (minus the fact that there aren't too many spots in walking distance and in questionable area)"

"WOW! WOW! WOW! Yes, Fat's Asia Bistro is very "WOW" worthy! And after an incredible lunch with the Girl Friends, I feel compelled to sing its praises! It has definitely been a minute since my last visit to this beautiful restaurant! Before Covid, for sure. Why has it taken this long to return? I plead the Fifth:) On point customer service, fabulous food and drinks in such elegant surroundings. I arrived before my Sacramento girlfriends! They are actually the ones who selected Fat's for our much needed gettogether and food date. And I thank them for that. It was the reacquaintance I needed to put Fat's back on my dining and happy hour circuit.Greeted so warmly by Ben, who was the ultimate one-band man, welcoming committee! He patiently let me look around to decide upon the perfect place to conduct "girl" business over drinks and food! He even suggested the best of the best tables for that very important agenda:). After peeking outside at some nicely shaded tables and the main dining room, I decided upon a high top table in the bar where no patrons had yet landed. Such a show stopper of a bar! Gorgeous. As I sat, Whitney, the bartender, was there in a flash. The great customer service just keeps on coming! There is no need to look at the drink menu. When I am at any of the "Fat's" restaurant locations, one of the award winning Mai Tai's is always in order. Always! I enjoyed watching Whitney mix up her potion for me as she was the front and center entertainment. And it was wonderful! Exotically delicious! Thank you, Whitney!The Girls arrived ready for drinks and food! Again, our lovely bartender and server, Whitney, was table side and taking drink requests. A bottle of Sauvignon Blanc was ordered and in no time arrived on ice! The chicken pot stickers were chosen as an appetizer, and we were on our way!So, I have reviewed the 5-star ambiance and customer service. Let us talk food! Menu highlights include Chinese, Asian Fusion, and Seafood staples. There are so many items from which to choose! Those starter chicken and spring onion pot stickers were delicious. They hit the spot with the just perfect temperature, glass of SB. Our main meal order consisted of stir fry Garlic Green Beans, Mongolian Baby Back Ribs, and Hong Kong Special Chow Mein. All three dishes were superb! Hot! Fresh! Delicious! 5-plus stars! The ribs were mouth-watering. Wok-tossed with a Mongolian glaze. So meaty. We were licking the glaze off our fingers:). The presentation was beautiful. Without asking, Whitney brought us steamy, wet cloth napkins, which we gladly accepted and appreciated. The green beans were garlicky and cooked to perfection. The sauce was addictive. Yum! The HK Special chow mein consisted of shrimp, scallops, chicken, barbecued pork, and vegetables over soft pan-friend noodles . So satisfying! This is food I remember loving before Covid. My dining experience today reminded me of what I have been missing. There is a Happy Hour, which I look forward to returning to soon! My favorite Mai Tai is on HH list! Woohoo! And should you have room for dessert, we all know about the famous banana cream pie.This is a classy, upscale restaurant with first-class servers and spectacular inside architectural features. The food is simply not to be missed! While casual is the dress code, it just feels like you should be dressed to the nines as they say. Even the restrooms are lovely and so clean. "This little local spot is the best place in the Rocklin/Roseville area to get poke in my opinion. They are nicely priced, the fish always appears to be fresh and the facility itself is clean. When I walk into any place that's selling raw fish and it doesn't smell like fish, that's a win for me, that tells me two things. 1. The fish is fresh and hasn't been sitting out. 2. They are on top of their cleaning system. If you're going in to dine-in I wouldn't expect anything spectacular. As a matter of fact they have limited seating because it appears that most people take it to go. Nevertheless the quality is still there. One of the only things that I will say negatively about this location has nothing to do with the location itself actually. They have so much great business that you have to make sure you get there early, or your fish of choice (salmon and shrimp in my case) may likely be out. This has happened to me a couple of times, but I can't really be mad if everybody loves what I love."

We ordered a 20-piece with peanut butter, Thai chili, and Louisiana rub flavors--each one was FANTASTIC. These three flavors paired surprisingly well, but I doubt you could go wrong with any of their sauces. I got a side of tater tots, but I don't recommend those... more fried dough than potato. Skip those and stick with the wings! The vibe inside is chill, with plenty of TVs to catch a game. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend to everyone."

Prices for ramen, udon, and donburi are reasonable, but the tacos are on the pricey side. Service was quick.I tried the Taco Unagi, and it was pretty solid. The unagi sauce was a bit more tart than I'm used to, but the eel itself was melt in your mouth soft. The veggies added a nice crunch, and the taco shell (which I think was fried seaweed) was crispy but bland on its own. Also got the Classic Ramen (no bamboo, no ginger), and it was alright. They gave a lot of noodles. The broth had good flavor without being too heavy. My friend loved the noodles and thought they were super bouncy with a nice chew. They ordered the taco crab mix, curry udon, and shoyu ramen, and they seemed to enjoy their food too!"

"I love supporting local restaurants in my area. Of course when it comes dinner time, like always I never know where to go grab a bite. Yelp is always so helpful to find good eats. That's exactly what I did. I went on yelp and picked good eats and thats when I stumbled upon Umai Savory Hot Dogs. Upon entering the restaurant I was quite surprised that it wasn't busy at all. It's a pretty cool spot to hang out at. The menu items all looked pretty interesting. I ordered the honolulu bang bang, truffle fries, and baga sliders. I have to say wow these did not disappoint. I love the sliders! The sauce was so delicious. I could not stop eating the truffle fries! So hot and crispy! I love pineapple so the honolulu bang bang was the perfect choice for me. I can't wait to go back and try the wings. I also have to mention about how nice the cashier was. She took the time to explain about some of the menu items. We got the Kimchi Fried Rice, Crispy 'Yang-Nyum', fries, and Man Doo (beef & veggie potstickers). The chicken in the Crispy 'Yang-Nyum' was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were tasty but you should definitely eat them fresh and the KimChi Fried Rice was yummy! Oh and don't forget about the Man Doo, it was good. It was crispy and packed with flavor. PARKING: There's a shared parking lot and not a lot of parking super close to the restaurant but you won't have any issues finding a spot. Overall, this place is great and worth trying!"

Then when we did sit, we couldn't eat it because there's no utensils. Finally got chopsticks from the chef but still had no drinks, napkins. The food was good and I think with time, they'll get organized and staff will have it down. I especially like that it stays open late. The cashier here told me it's dipped in two different batters before being fried. He also informed me there's a closer location for this restaurant located downtown. It's a ghost kitchen (no indoor dining) thanks for the alley oop man!The ambiance was pretty chill as there was Jazz music playing while I waited for my order. People in and out as most orders were takeout. My food was prepared fresh and it came out steaming, piping hot! I really enjoyed the dish as a whole; the cucumbers were fresh and had a nice crunch. The white rice was good but next time I'll probably do the a la carte crispy chicken ($22) and make my own at home. The consomé was so good it was like a chicken broth with green onions and I ended up drinking it at the end of my meal because I wasn't going to just throw it away lol. Finally be sure to try their Thai tea. It's a nice way to end the meal. Everything was not just good, it was Cluckin 'Good!"
