"I had an amazing dinner at Fat's Asia Bistro on Eureka Road. When I visited for the first time, I was struck by how cozy andinviting. The interior is warm lighting, stylish decor, and a layout that makes it feel both intimate and lively at the same time. They have palm trees inside looks really real though. The customer service was top-notch as always. Thestaff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being annoying. It's refreshing to dine somewhere special like fats. Now, let's talk about the food, absolutely delicious! We tried the honey walnut Chicken, orange chicken , and the Imperial rice, and every dish was packed with flavor. The portions were generous, andeverything tasted fresh andwell-prepared. It is definitely most delicious Asian food I've ever tried. What surprised me most was thepricing-for the quality and portion sizes, it's a great deal compared to other places in the area. Overall, this place is one of a kind. Greatambiance, excellent service, andincredible food at reasonable prices. I have been coming back for about 13 years."
"This might be my new favorite sushi spot! The rolls are more affordable than other places & their food is sooo good! Driving up, it's a smaller parking lot, but I haven't had a problem finding parking yet. They just expanded their restaurant so there's a lot more seating! The staff is super friendly and will check in on you every so often. On to the important part. The food.My favorites:Linet rollMikey rollHousewife special Other rolls I tried that are good but not crazy to my taste buds. Haha Alex roll - good but extra garlic which I do love ShogunGodzilla The bento box with chicken teriyaki was also good! & it had big portions! Come check this place out!"

"I ordered a pad thai. They were able to accommodate my requests for no peanuts due to allergies which was nice. The restaurant is calm and relaxing inside. I will go again!"
"Five of us had a wonderful dinner here. You might have to wait to get in and you will smell delicious when you leave, but it was was a wonderful meal. Once you're seated service is quick and attentive. We did Course A, worth every penny!! Can't wait to go back!!"
"Food: I think most people come here thinking Thai, but this is very much also a Lao spot. For as many greasy Thai spots there are here, this place is super delicious, and why I have it the 5 star. For lack of a better word, the food feels super clean and tasty. They have a great assortment of spices and sauces to adjust the heat level and taste of your food. I've had the pad thai, drunken noodles, and some curries here and I've always enjoyed them. This last time, I tried a Laotian dish - Mee Kati. This was super tasty dish where you had hot broth do this delicious concoction of noodles, veggies, herbs, and meat, and then mix. The fresh rolls were killer. I was pretty meh on the chicken wings. A little too much breading without a lot of flavor. Service: Super friendly and attentive. No concerns here at all. Ambiance - I think this place is super cute. It has great lighting and is has a very gentle/serene vibe. It's 100% a nice date spot (minus the fact that there aren't too many spots in walking distance and in questionable area)"
"Had a quick dinner out with my parents. Our servers were really nice and polite. Food was pretty good"
"WOW! WOW! WOW! Yes, Fat's Asia Bistro is very "WOW" worthy! And after an incredible lunch with the Girl Friends, I feel compelled to sing its praises! It has definitely been a minute since my last visit to this beautiful restaurant! Before Covid, for sure. Why has it taken this long to return? I plead the Fifth:) On point customer service, fabulous food and drinks in such elegant surroundings. I arrived before my Sacramento girlfriends! They are actually the ones who selected Fat's for our much needed gettogether and food date. And I thank them for that. It was the reacquaintance I needed to put Fat's back on my dining and happy hour circuit.Greeted so warmly by Ben, who was the ultimate one-band man, welcoming committee! He patiently let me look around to decide upon the perfect place to conduct "girl" business over drinks and food! He even suggested the best of the best tables for that very important agenda:). After peeking outside at some nicely shaded tables and the main dining room, I decided upon a high top table in the bar where no patrons had yet landed. Such a show stopper of a bar! Gorgeous. As I sat, Whitney, the bartender, was there in a flash. The great customer service just keeps on coming! There is no need to look at the drink menu. When I am at any of the "Fat's" restaurant locations, one of the award winning Mai Tai's is always in order. Always! I enjoyed watching Whitney mix up her potion for me as she was the front and center entertainment. And it was wonderful! Exotically delicious! Thank you, Whitney! The Girls arrived ready for drinks and food! Again, our lovely bartender and server, Whitney, was table side and taking drink requests. A bottle of Sauvignon Blanc was ordered and in no time arrived on ice! The chicken pot stickers were chosen as an appetizer, and we were on our way!So, I have reviewed the 5-star ambiance and customer service. Let us talk food! Menu highlights include Chinese, Asian Fusion, and Seafood staples. There are so many items from which to choose! Those starter chicken and spring onion pot stickers were delicious. They hit the spot with the just perfect temperature, glass of SB. Our main meal order consisted of stir fry Garlic Green Beans, Mongolian Baby Back Ribs, and Hong Kong Special Chow Mein. All three dishes were superb! Hot! Fresh! Delicious! 5-plus stars! The ribs were mouth-watering. Wok-tossed with a Mongolian glaze. So meaty. We were licking the glaze off our fingers:). The presentation was beautiful. Without asking, Whitney brought us steamy, wet cloth napkins, which we gladly accepted and appreciated. The green beans were garlicky and cooked to perfection. The sauce was addictive. Yum! The HK Special chow mein consisted of shrimp, scallops, chicken, barbecued pork, and vegetables over soft pan-friend noodles . So satisfying! This is food I remember loving before Covid. My dining experience today reminded me of what I have been missing. There is a Happy Hour, which I look forward to returning to soon! My favorite Mai Tai is on HH list! Woohoo! And should you have room for dessert, we all know about the famous banana cream pie. This is a classy, upscale restaurant with first-class servers and spectacular inside architectural features. The food is simply not to be missed! While casual is the dress code, it just feels like you should be dressed to the nines as they say. Even the restrooms are lovely and so clean. Someone is doing a magnificent job managing Fat's Asia Bistro! Thanks, again, Ben and Whitney, for the wonderful customer service. See you soon!"
"Service was great & I loved my kapoon. It was a little too hot for me so I asked for extra limes which they gave me. Others ordered the loaded fries and they were tasty but not really my thing. Two people ordered the laab but didn't care for it. I think that's the way it was supposed to be - just not what they were expecting. One person ordered the SEA box and he loved it and it looked delicious."
"I've tasted at least three things on the menu and they are consistently prepared, presented and taste delicious! A favorite place to pick up lunch! I get their lemongrass chicken, tamarind wings, or the mango and shrimp salad. Incredible! Would recommend a visit to this gem!"
"Food was good. I thought having overcooked beef in the ramen was kinda odd, but I enjoyed the broth and ate most the noodles. Oysters were good as well, although I wished I had read that it was topped with pickled wasabi...I would've asked it to be put on the side. Daughter enjoyed the sashimi. Gave it 4 stars because I didn't see on the table that there was a 4% card fee."
"This little local spot is the best place in the Rocklin/Roseville area to get poke in my opinion. They are nicely priced, the fish always appears to be fresh and the facility itself is clean. When I walk into any place that's selling raw fish and it doesn't smell like fish, that's a win for me, that tells me two things. 1. The fish is fresh and hasn't been sitting out. 2. They are on top of their cleaning system. If you're going in to dine-in I wouldn't expect anything spectacular. As a matter of fact they have limited seating because it appears that most people take it to go. Nevertheless the quality is still there. One of the only things that I will say negatively about this location has nothing to do with the location itself actually. They have so much great business that you have to make sure you get there early, or your fish of choice (salmon and shrimp in my case) may likely be out. This has happened to me a couple of times, but I can't really be mad if everybody loves what I love."

Getting caught up on my reviews and Fats is a place we enjoy coming to. Love that their Happy Hour goes on during the weekends when it's difficult to get everyone to meet before it ends. The food, drinks, and service has always been great. Love their garlic noodles and their dumplings are also a hit . I love their Har Gow. Also Love their outdoor patio when it gets too crowded inside. I don't know why we seem to forget to include Fats in our rotation but I highly recommend..

Shogun Sushi was a find, and it made our party unforgettable! Big group and a few sushi boats-the perfect choice. The boats were an impressive spread of fresh rolls, beautifully presented and full of vibrant colors. Each piece was incredibly fresh, of top-quality fish, melting in your mouth.Service is top of the line. The owner Alex, made sure the order was exactly what we wanted. The service was great, very attentive!!! They went out of their way to make our party perfect. If you want to have any kind of special gathering or just have an amazing sushi experience, or order a few sushi boats for your next party, Shogun Sushi is the place to go.

We stop by when we get back into town on Sundays. Tired. Hungry. Want to go home. The gentleman who owns and runs this place is very friendly, cooperative and the food comes out pretty quickly. We're usually sitting outside in the car with our dog. If he's not busy he'll come out with the food. Sometimes I don't know exactly what I want. I'll describe what I'm hankering for and he suggests something or alter a dish to fit. Two of his best suggestions was the bah mi sandwich. I wanted double the filling and said I'd pay for the extra. He made it and it's great! Next dish I love is an eggplant dish. I'm not a huge tofu fan and he suggested all eggplant. YES! One of my favorite dishes. We haven't eaten in I don't think. We usually get everything to go. It has lots of indoor seating. No outdoor seating.

First impressions on our first visit: -location looks tiny from the exterior-first smell to hit us upon entering was not the delicious smell of food, but... very strong cleaning products...-the interior was cute and clean-hostess greeted and seated us quickly As far as the food goes:-I love me some fresh shrimp rolls with pb sauce so we placed an order for those. The ingredients were fresh and crispy, but there was too much fluff (greens) and not enough shrimp. Maybe adding just 1 more shrimp per roll would take it up a notch. -I ordered my curry mild, but it was still very spicy and overpowering to my palate. -My husband enjoyed his pho. Would I come back? Probably not. This location is too far from where I live to go out of the way for. However, if YOU happen to be in the area - go for it! Perhaps we just visited on an off night (a Tuesday, to be exact).

Wow! I was impressed to find this great of a sushi place in Folsom. We came for a birthday and was not disappointed. We arrived in the afternoon right before their buffet was able to end. We were hoping to opt in their sushi buffet, but didn't want to rush ourselves so we ordered a few rolls to share. We wanted a sale to go along with our meal and our server recommended one that we all fell in love with. I wish I remembered the rolls, but to be honest everything we tried was delicious. The service was on point, and our server made sure she answered all our questions. We definitely will be back.

This is the only place I like my kapoon from. However, everything at Sea Hut will hit the spot.Kapoon 5/5*When they had their old sister location, Sea Bowl, their kapoon was by far my favorite out of all the places that I've ever ate kapoon. Kapoon is curry based, and most places make it too salty or too much curry flavor. This one was perfectly balanced and on the sweeter, creamier side, with more coconut milk. After they closed their sister location and only kept Sea Hut open, which only served sandwiches at the time, I was so bummed. But post pandemic, I was thrilled to find they now serve all the soups from the other location again. The kapoon slightly changed..spicier and with different noodle options and add ons such as bamboo, gizzards, or pork blood. I tried it with gizzards and it added a different texture to the soup. Overall, still my all-time favorite spot for kapoon.Nam Khao 5/5*Perfectly crunchy, perfectly seasoned with a sweet and salty fish sauce flavor that isn't too pungent or overwhelming. Nice large chunks of Nam that you can actually taste.Beef Stew 5/5*Comfort food at its best. Cambodian beef stew is almost identical to Vietnamese Bo Kho, and this one reminds me of the flavors of childhood. The broth is rich with beefy flavor from the tender chunks of meat, balanced out with sweet carrots and onions.Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich 5/5*I'm hard to please when it comes to bánh mì. Chicken, pickled papaya, spicy mayo? I was skeptical at first with the deviations from original banh mi, but this combination works so well. The lemongrass really shines through, the grilled chicken was juicy, pickled veggies are tart and abundant, and the most important part, the bread, was soft with a thin toasted crispy outer layer.I've come here countless times and have tried a variety of their menu and so far everything here is delicious. Also, don't miss out on the chef's creative special dish, which rotates around holidays or so and is posted on Instagram. Their food definitely is comforting and tastes like home cooking.

"Some of the best Cajun Customer Service in Sacramento. The food was delicious. Great portions. They accommodated myself as an extravagant eater who needs extra limes and things like that. It was very clean and they were on top of their serving management. There was only two servers and about 10 tables were full and not once that I have to wait or gather their attention. Although it was a bit pricey, I would say it was worth it."
"I was originally planning to hit In-N-Out when I stumbled upon this wing joint, and I'm so glad I did. I don't usually go for wings, but this place caught my eye, and it didn't disappoint. We ordered a 20-piece with peanut butter, Thai chili, and Louisiana rub flavors--each one was FANTASTIC. These three flavors paired surprisingly well, but I doubt you could go wrong with any of their sauces. I got a side of tater tots, but I don't recommend those... more fried dough than potato. Skip those and stick with the wings! The vibe inside is chill, with plenty of TVs to catch a game. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend to everyone."
"Cute little spot, but parking is pretty limited. Since it's near a residential area, you might be able to find street parking in the neighborhood. Prices for ramen, udon, and donburi are reasonable, but the tacos are on the pricey side. Service was quick.I tried the Taco Unagi, and it was pretty solid. The unagi sauce was a bit more tart than I'm used to, but the eel itself was melt in your mouth soft. The veggies added a nice crunch, and the taco shell (which I think was fried seaweed) was crispy but bland on its own. Also got the Classic Ramen (no bamboo, no ginger), and it was alright. They gave a lot of noodles. The broth had good flavor without being too heavy. My friend loved the noodles and thought they were super bouncy with a nice chew. They ordered the taco crab mix, curry udon, and shoyu ramen, and they seemed to enjoy their food too!"
"If you want authentic Southeast Asian food... then this is the place to go. We went here for the first time and our service was great! The owner was friendly and gave us a little history and background of his traveling days. The ambiance was pretty chill and the place was clean. Like they say, don't judge a book by it's cover. The best foods are always the hole in the wall places. We will be coming back to try the famous papaya salad!"
"Ordered take out several times over the holidays. The food was amazing each time. The folks working here are so friendly. They even explain the level of spice so there are no surprises. We ordered 2-3 various rolls each time, soup, and edamame. Inside the atmosphere is also nice. The Koi pond immediately inside when you enter is beautiful. We will repeat, dine in soon, and bring our kiddo."
"First time to restaurant. Ordered chicken chow mien, barbecue pork buns and gyoza. All the dishes were very good. Lots of chicken in the dish. The steamed buns and gyoza very very tasty. The sauces that went with the dishes were excellent. Very busy traffic area and not too much parking available. I will definitely be going to this restaurant again."
"We have only gotten our food to go but it never disappoints. The BBQ Albacore is absolutely delish! I crave it often!!!! My boys love the Chicken Teriyaki. 10 out of 10 would recommend (well at least my family of 5 would)."
"I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The seafood curry was very flavorful and had many different types of veggies, even yams! The dinner ended with a ginger ice cream with light caramel sauce. The combination was amazing!"
"We came here after hubby won a nice chunk of money and we dinner is on the house so to speak lolMy daughter and her hilarious hubby joined in on the celebration.Originally they had crammed us in a table literally wedged in between two tables too tight so I asked to be moved to a larger table with a bit of room and they happily obliged and we were seated in the main dining room smack dab in the middle perfect a big beautiful round table which is best for conversation and room to be comfortable. After reading the reviews my daughter and I were shocked to see some terrible reviews, all I can say is we had a delicious dinner and the service was on point, we ordered champagne we ordered the Peking duck with bao buns and the orange chicken, pork chow mien so delicious and we will be back again soon too yummy not to Cheers ALL SYOY 12/04/23Review #327"
"My friend recommended Everest Chili Pepper and OOOOMMMGEEEEE EVEREST CHILI PEPPER did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted with a smile. The dining area spotless. My friend ordered as she was familiar with the menu. each dish was fresh, flavorful with just the right amount of spices and each bite mouth watering. I'll definitely be back. Thank you."
"In short- really great experience. Recommended dishes were great. Best thing we thought about this place is the food and the service. The cashier and server were kind and attentive. Food was really done well for limited menu items. We'll definitely come again.Restaurant: Food: 5/5Cleanliness: 5/5Service: 5+/5Price: 5/5Great job Koshi- thanks for a nice evening"
"Family friendly sushi bar since 1999. Food was fresh tastingI recommend this place for sure, i'll be coming back!"
"Ordered takeout for a lunch first my husband and I to split. Ordered the Korean beef with the garlic rice, and a 10 piece pork lumpia on the side. It was a wonderful lunch to split...the beef was very flavorful and lean and the rice was very good! We enjoyed the lumpia and it was the first time my husband tried lumpia, so I decided to go with the pork. They gave us the perfect amount of chile sauce for them as well. Fit the price of 35-36 with tax, it was worth it in today's economy where an awful fast food meal for two costs the same and it isn't nearly as delicious and unique. I'm so happy this little gem is in our neighborhood! We are severely lacking anything remotely considered to be the same! Not everyone wants to spend hard earned money on franchised, nasty fast food!"
"I love supporting local restaurants in my area. Of course when it comes dinner time, like always I never know where to go grab a bite. Yelp is always so helpful to find good eats. That's exactly what I did. I went on yelp and picked good eats and thats when I stumbled upon Umai Savory Hot Dogs. Upon entering the restaurant I was quite surprised that it wasn't busy at all. It's a pretty cool spot to hang out at. The menu items all looked pretty interesting. I ordered the honolulu bang bang, truffle fries, and baga sliders. I have to say wow these did not disappoint. I love the sliders! The sauce was so delicious. I could not stop eating the truffle fries! So hot and crispy! I love pineapple so the honolulu bang bang was the perfect choice for me. I can't wait to go back and try the wings. I also have to mention about how nice the cashier was. She took the time to explain about some of the menu items. I also see her working very hard and multitasking. I will definitely go back to try more delicious food."
"Found this place on Yelp and discovered it's a short walk from my office. The food is good, friendly service, and very affordable. The profits are for a great cause!"
"Great experience here for my first time. The food was great and full of flavor. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I have never felt so welcomed at a restaurant."
"This is the gem we've been seeking since relocating to the area. I love the ambiance, it's incredibly clean, the service is delightful, and the food was my favorite Chinese food I've ever eaten. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this establishment. It was spicy, light, and incredibly fresh. This is our new go-to date spot. The chili-garlic noodles were phenomenal, and my husband LOVED the Szechuan chicken. I am already looking forward to going back. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot- they will not disappoint."
"This place is beyondddddd delicious. Go try different sushi places in Roseville and antelope. Even the high end ones !!! Still the quality you find here is unmatched. We ordered ( SF roll, 49ers, hot summer , garlic edamame, spicy edamame and baked mussels ) The sushi tastes fresh. The shrimp tempura is soft and crunchy not dry and cold. The Garlic edamame is out of this world (cooked to perfection) Everything we ordered was spot on. Specially the mussels The owner is always around and that speaks volumes about the quality of service. Definitely recommend this place and it will always be my number 1 choice when it comes to sushi in the area."
"This place is probably more take out than eat in and I get it. Kinda dated, off the beaten path and a bit weird. BUT~ the food is 10 of 10 and prices are affordable. Healthy clean options without all the fat. Service is a bit too fast but I guess all the 1 hour lunch workers want efficiency and quality in lunch. Try it~ you will probably come back."
"Food: Went on a hot weekday and ordered a mango smoothie with boba. Their menu is quite extensive, so it took us a while to choose, but the employee very patiently waited for us to finally decide. The drink itself was very refreshing and delicious, but the price was quite steep for us. Boba/toppings is an extra $0.75, and even with the 10% off with a yelp check-in, it still came out to be $8.07 before tip.Ambiance: There were three to four tables and a few outlets, with music that was faintly playing in the background. WiFi was pretty spotty though so I wouldn't recommend it as a work spot; during my time here, it seemed like most people just picked up their order and left. I imagine more people would come to hang out on the weekends though! It was clean and the bathroom was also well maintained. The parking lot was a littleeeeee sketchy, like other reviews have mentioned. Tip: Saw a sign on the door indicating happy hour M-Th 12-3pm; order a bento box and get a drink 50% off!"
"Simply put, this place is DELISH! Located in the same parking lot as KP Market, near their Kareoke Bar. It's a small shop but the food packs a lot of flavor and the best part is it's super reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and patient. We got the Kimchi Fried Rice, Crispy 'Yang-Nyum', fries, and Man Doo (beef & veggie potstickers). The chicken in the Crispy 'Yang-Nyum' was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were tasty but you should definitely eat them fresh and the KimChi Fried Rice was yummy! Oh and don't forget about the Man Doo, it was good. It was crispy and packed with flavor. PARKING: There's a shared parking lot and not a lot of parking super close to the restaurant but you won't have any issues finding a spot. Overall, this place is great and worth trying!"
"Food was pretty good. Staff needs some work. They were friendly but unable to keep up with the customers. The guy refilling the veggies needs to learn how to package to-go orders so that it's not one person cashiering, taking to-go/door dash orders, packaging up all the things, trying to serve water, etc. Our food was done but we couldn't sit down and eat it because we couldn't pay. Then when we did sit, we couldn't eat it because there's no utensils. Finally got chopsticks from the chef but still had no drinks, napkins. Then another employee showed up and served water and egg rolls - the little sides that go with the Mongolian bbq. I will return though. The food was good and I think with time, they'll get organized and staff will have it down. I especially like that it stays open late. Sometimes work school sports practices don't allow for eating before 8/9 pm."
"Holy Cluck! Get down to Cluckin Good and place your orders for the Crispy Chicken. I've never had anything like it before. Think fried chicken a with a Thai twist on it. The cashier here told me it's dipped in two different batters before being fried. He also informed me there's a closer location for this restaurant located downtown. It's a ghost kitchen (no indoor dining) thanks for the alley oop man!The ambiance was pretty chill as there was Jazz music playing while I waited for my order. People in and out as most orders were takeout. My food was prepared fresh and it came out steaming, piping hot! I really enjoyed the dish as a whole; the cucumbers were fresh and had a nice crunch. The white rice was good but next time I'll probably do the a la carte crispy chicken ($22) and make my own at home. The consomé was so good it was like a chicken broth with green onions and I ended up drinking it at the end of my meal because I wasn't going to just throw it away lol. Finally be sure to try their Thai tea. It's a nice way to end the meal. Everything was not just good, it was Cluckin 'Good!"
