Byers Gymnastics Center

My 5 year old daughter, after two years, has gained confidence, can do cartwheels, can climb a 15 foot rope and ring a bell. My 2 year old son, burns out a ton of energy and is excited for every class.The staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Where do I start?Everyone that works there is incredibly welcoming and the director Miss T, is exceptional! They know the kids by name and are very good at helping students within the class work on individual skills and pushing them to be their best. My daughter looks forward to her classes every week and we are even trying to Attend more classes. Her teacher, miss Leilani is patient & kind. This is not just a place to get your kids active, but also a place they can grow, make friends & get competitive!!

Since starting at Byers Citrus Heights, I've seen my daughter's gymnastics abilities grow. Her teachers and classmates are very supportive. My daughter's confidence is growing with each lesson. I'm very happy at this gym.

My 9 year old daughter simply wanted to learn how to do backflips, and it opened her to want to try gymnastics. This gym is great for kids. It keeps them active, gets them to strive for goals, and the coaches are really good with kids. It's a good place to introduce your kids to gymnastics, something I could never teach my kid.

My 5 year old daughter loves Byers. She's been coming here since she was 3 years old. We drive all the way from the Arden area & it's worth it. The staff are great with kids. They have a parent's night out event every month. They have toddler time (free play) every Friday. Highly recommend.

My son and daughter both go to Byers and they LOVE it! The instructors are so nice and helpful. They look forward to gymnastics every week.

I would rate higher if I could! 10/10We recently stumbled across this absolute gem of a facility, and I hope many more parents have the chance to as well.Especially ones with kids with higher support needs, like ours.My son is autistic and has an *extremely* hard time in new places.We have tried other gymnastic and activity places and it was far from a good experience.But Let me tell you.When I say this kid LIT up and enjoyed every moment!We were SO taken back!Huge smiles, giggles and non stop enjoyment!Both of our boys enjoyed themselves sooo much.All of the coaches and front desk staff were so effortlessly amazing, encouraging and patient with both of them.Our family is *so* grateful for Beyers & their incredibly welcoming and inclusive staff.We are beyond blessed to have found our forever gym!Thank you for everything you do, Beyers Staff!Always above and beyond!

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience meeting friends while beginning gymnastics at Byers. The instructors have the perfect combination of direction and fun personalities.

Byers is amazing my girls have been coming here have only blossomed learned so many new skills - we really love this place and Coaches Ella and Leilani are great!

Great gymnastics center for my daughter. They have a lot other children in her age (3) range which makes her feel right at home. Miss T is amazing and always makes the classes fun for the children.
