Butcher’s Burger

9/23/24 - I came with my brother & his wife to celebrate her birthday. We were all undecided when we got to the food court, because there weren't as many offerings as we had hoped, but what they had was satisfying. I opted for a burger from Butcher's Burgers. My brother also got a burger & fries. That double burger did not disappoint!!!! I tell you that will always be my choice. I grabbed a few of my brother's fries and I was glad I didn't order because that was a huge basket of fries. I didn't care for the fries, but next time I might try the shake. I wish they would offer just a vanilla shake or ice-cream soda, that will make a great pairing with burgers. The cashier was very pleasant she is a people person; very personable. She helped my sister-in-law with questions she had about the pizza at the other concession. She told her which one was the best! I was thinking it was just a slice, but it's a whole pizza. While I was waiting for our burgers I got our drinks straws, napkins and I had to go back to get our condiments. Everything was well stocked, plenty of packaged mayo, mustard and relish. Also, salt and pepper for your fries.I was very hungry and could not wait to eat my burger. I wish I had one of those burgers right now!! The food court was displayed with lush plants and plenty chairs and tables for large or small parties. From where we sat we could see other diners and the beautiful lights from the slot machines.It was a different Monday evening for me because I am usually at home doing nothing. The burgers were inexpensive, mines was $14.00 + my Pepsi. My sister-in-law is Filipino so it is their custom that the birthday celebrant pays for the meal.

My friends and I stop by here, not for burgers, but for strawberry wafer shake!There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. The shake is pretty good. Sweet and not sour. A pretty big cup and it's a good size to share. Or not! I will be back for this!

Order a cheeseburger fries and chocolate milkshake. Fries were on point, burger was ok.Service was quick. Pirouette Cookies were missing from milkshake, saw on others order.Ambiance was good.

I recently tried the turkey burger, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The patty was incredibly juicy and flavorful, seasoned to perfection, and cooked just right. It was paired with fresh, crisp toppings and a soft, toasted bun that held everything together beautifully. I Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying burger option! Friendly service . Clean and well kept .

Butcher's Burger at Sky River Casino was a great experience! The burger was juicy and delicious, and the fries were packed with flavor. The service was good, and the ambience was excellent, with great lighting and a clean, welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend!

I thought casino food was going to be bad and overpriced since it's just an adult's indoor theme park. The burger here was actually decent. I had a double cheeseburger, keeping it simple. Unfortunately, the burger was a la carte, any fries are side add ons. This burger is huge! It was almost as big as my face. Luckily they have plenty of seats, you can hide in the corner to eat this because you don't want anyone seeing meat juice dripping down your chin. Decent smashburger, just a tad overcooked for my liking, but it wasn't too dry. For $12, this kept me full all night from 4pm. I was glad I didn't order any fries, my stomach might explode. This isn't a burger joint where you HAVE to come out of your way for, but if you happen to be at the casino, this might bring you some joy if you're losing money out there.

We came to the casino just for the burger. It's so far back into the food court that we couldn't even smell the cigarette smoke. Winning!Double cheeseburger was huge! I should've just got a regular cheeseburger. Soft buttery brioche bread. 1 fry order was good enough for 2 people to share. They were heavily seasoned, not my favorite. I'm fine with simple salt. The strawberry shake was very tasty! A custodian came by cleaning the tables. He was sooo friendly!!! I wish I could say the same for the Butcher staff working there. Not very welcoming and unfriendly faces.Customer service needs improvement.

This is such a solid food place. The workers seemed very efficient at taking orders and cooking the food in a timely manner. It was definitely the most popular restaurant in the food court. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! The shake was bigger than we expected and you get Oreo pieces with every sip. The burger was the perfect size for my partner and I to share. The fries were excellent, seasoned to perfection. Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. We ate here twice on our trip and would definitely come back next time we're in town!

So this Burger joint is inside Sky River CasinoThe menu is very simple of 6 types of Burgers/ chicken tenders/fries & shakes.We ventured in and triedThe double bbq bacon cheeseburger & turkey hamburger.Both were delicious especially with a basket of seasoned fries & Choco Oreo shake.Be prepared to stretch your mouth as my Double Burger was about 5" high So glad we are so close to the Casino!Bon appetite!

After having two stiff drinks at the River Bar, I was in need of some food to soak up the alcohol. If you read my review for the casino, you know by now that I was excited to check out Butcher's Burger. A few months ago I did a search for the best burger spots in Elk Grove and Butcher's arrived at the top of the results. However, I could not justify driving to the casino to solely have a burger; therefore, I was excited when an opportunity presented itself to hangout with friends at the casino.When I arrived at Butcher's Burger (located inside of the casino's food court) I was greeted by a decent-sized line. However, the employees were super-efficient and I quickly found myself at the front of the line. Since I was anticipating this visit, I had my order ready...the BBQ Bacon Burger (next time I will order the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger) and fries. Esa (the cashier/server) was extremely personable and made me feel like a friend whom she just happened to be serving. I can confirm that the establishment lives up to it's near-perfect Yelp reviews. The burger was bursting with flavor, did not have any dry spots, and was on a quality bun that held up as I devoured the burger. The fries were not only plentiful (I pray that they continue to be this generous), but well-seasoned. I already plan on bringing my wife, whom is what I like to call a burger enthusiast, here to experience this appetizing, delectable, yumminess (yes I'm using all of the descriptive words)!
