My sister-in-law and I brought our little ones (both under two) here after lunch and some shopping at the mall--such a great spot for them to get their wiggles out! The space felt very safe, clean, and well-maintained. All the kids were well-behaved, and the parents were considerate of others, which made for a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and safe play area for young kids!

A kids play area. My son liked it, he was having fun. As an adult I find " surprising " to say the least that they have a door with a sign for bathroom / changing baby's diaper but it is not open to the public... do they really expect young kids between 1 and 5 to not have any access to a bathroom while they play?!? It's not expensive, $14 for a child and an adult (supervising) but I'm not sure I'll take my kid again. They sell socks if you don't have any. Food and drink are authorized.

Nice indoor area to hangout with a toddler. Employees were nice. The best thing there was probably the ride-on carousel and the ball pit. Toys need to be collected and disinfected more often. This was our first time here and will probably be our last.

My toddler and i love this place. I can shop an let her play wen I'm finished. An she usually is exhausted by the time we get home. The staff is nice and very friendly. I gave it 4 stars because the furniture could be better. The couches are lumpy and the springs are coming out. Someone recently cut their finger on one of the springs. But over all this place is great.

What a fantastic place for littles to explore and make new friends! Our toddler had a great time going down the slides and playing with all of the hands-on trains, tiles and blocks. Everything is gently used but not in bad shape. There was only one gal working so it took a while to get set up as there was a long line. Also it's a very reasonable price - $12 for an hour and a half of play. We'll definitely be back on another rainy day!

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the hardworking young women employees. They're consistently courteous and clean every time my son and I visit. Otherwise, this place needs a lot of TLC:- Out of order restroom for months (surely the costs of a plumber can be offset by all the birthday parties @Folsom)- Same toys, books, and stuffed animals- Less balls in the ball pit, missing kitchen items- Unusual smells throughout- No chalk and chalkboard or separate space for coloring activities; paint isn't always available- Play areas and toys are not sanitized regularly; if they are then not a good jobDisappointing because the Folsom location is polar opposite. Rotating toys, very clean, several books, exciting food and beverage options, etc. Despite difference in space size, this location is overdue for some improvements or attention to detail. To a first time visitor, this place is great. Even a second comer. But if you're a monthly paying member, it can get stale for you and your child(ren) after the 3rd time...Hoping for more sooner than later

If you're going to enforce sock policy enforce it for everyone! I always see kids and adults not wearing them . Don't make people buy your socks if you can't enforce your policy!!!!!!!!!!! I also wish it would be cleanerOverall it's great but a few negatives

This facility should be inspected for safety and health issues. This place is so rundown. All the toys are so old and cluttered. There's hardly any toy set that can be used. The ball pit stinks and my kid always end up getting a pink eye after going to this place. Some staff are nice but you can sense the one that is running the place js lazy and having the rest be lazy like her. We asked for paint supplies and the staff gave us some paint that is junky. Once the lazy staff noticed that we asked for paint she looked at the other staff and you could tell that she rolled her eyes and the other staff had this look that she just got in trouble for giving us paint. Also, the restroom had been "out of order" for months now. The staff are just putting up the sign that the restroom is not working? With a busy holiday, its too difficult to run your kids to the other side of the mall just to use a restroom and a having to wait for a long line. Where clearly this place should have a working restroom especially for toddlers and kids

My son has had a membership to Busy Kids for a few months now and we go a few days a week. He absolutely loves it. Shanon the manager at the Roseville location is always helpful and hospitable when we come in. As is the rest of the staff, constantly looking to keep the place clean and safe for the kiddos. The coffee is pretty good too Definitely recommend to all mamas with young toddlers.
