Burgess Brothers' Barbeque & Burgers

Burgess Brothers' BBQ and Burgers was great to work with. They were highly recommended and did not disappoint. We catered a Black History Month luncheon for my organization and they showed out! The customer service was beyond anything I expected. The personalization with the menu selection, the follow up calls and emails all made the experience just wonderful. One of the brothers "Matt" did the delivery himself and even brought cutlery and plates when we forgot to ask. That is the over the top service that I have never gotten from any other caterer, especially chain restaurant. If you have catering needs I honestly can not say enough positive things about the catering. I am pretty had on my reviews, so for me to give the Burgess Brothers' BBQ and Burgers a 5 Star says a lot for me. Thanks Burgess Brothers!

1st to review? Wish I saw this before I wasted my time standing in line... Went to their food truck for lunch and waited a painful 45 minutes to order and receive my food. Patrons kept dropping out but I kept resilient and wanted to finish my experience for Yelp! They were training someone on the job which brought the total workers down to ONE.Here's my additional beef:- Their front looks basic and not up to par with the visual appeal of other food trucks.- I couldn't hear the guy I ordered from.- Some of my co-workers had their orders lost.- They couldn't run my bank card as credit.- They had NO ketchup for my fries.- I took 2 bites and didn't finish my ribs. The meat tasted old and awful. I'm hoping I don't get sick later.Best was the fries which was edible.Avoid like the plague.

Guilty pleasure - the meat was tender and lean, Bbq sauce delicious and great fries! The pulled pork( friend had it) looked amazing and was said to be delicious. They wouldn't share...Nicest owner - Looking forward to another taste soon!

So this truck comes to AMAZON a big a$$ warehouse and don't even bring enough food when they do we only get 30 min and wait n line for 15 to 20 to get to the line to find out they only have 1 item left but yet they did not yell it out to the other 20 people in line waiting wasting the last minutes in line to pay for your service you guys need to get it together get more food different cooks something I'll never eat off this truck hope other trucks come prepared

We ordered food from burgess brothers for a local fundraiser and when we picked up the food it was cold. The only thing that tasted good was the pork...after you heated it up. We were also told we would get corn bread and we received regular rolls, like those you would purchase at Costco or something. Truly disappointed.

We're at SacYard Tap room in east sac and they were here to deliver! We had the 51/50 fries to go with our beers - fries, cheese, bbq chicken and their famous patrol sauce. One word: delicious! Normally bbq chicken can be dry but I swear, it was moist and so delicious on top of some melted cheese fries. So friendly and quick too!

Disappointed. Was looking forward to good BBQ. Tri-tip sandwich is great if love you love fat. Once I pulled the cooked fat out there was barely any meat. Found a hair in my food and a shrimp shell. I did not have any shrimp. Not a good first impression for me. Won't be ordering Burgess BBQ again. Damn, I was hungry, too!

Big portions of delicious pulled-pork sliders and spicy fries!! Super good and friendly service!!
