Always A Spot For that Quick Lunch!SITREPWe have a CCLD Regional Office close by in a Natomas business park and Burger Hub is only a quick skip & hop away. So when I'm visiting Natomas, I love to be able to stop by Burger Hub.THE SETUP I love the burger prep for the Burger Hub burgers. They use the Halil preparation process and I love these burgers are on the more well-done side and not grossly pink like other independent places I've been. The French fries are crisp and tasty and I can't get enough of them. The same for the Onion Rings, just sayin! My Smash Burger & fry combo came out to about $15. Not inexpensive, but definitely tasty and kept me nearby to my office visit.Oh yeah: FREE PARKING.THE LOWDOWNGreat place to grab a burger and fries.

Burger Hub is a nice surprise and I haven't been impressed with a hamburger or chicken restaurant in awhile. We ordered a bunch of different items from their menu and their chicken is just as good as their beef hamburgers. We found all the food tasted crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The prices are within reason and comparable with equal restaurants.A huge plus is that Burger Hub's food is Halal, meaning higher quality; there are extra steps taken to assure the food is prepared and served pure and hygienic. The restaurant is taken care of with neon lights and TVs working. Parking is ample and we felt safe. The hours of operation are wide and they're open later than other places.

My partner and I kept coming back to one statement as we ate at Burger Hub: "These smash burgers are like In-N-Out burgers if they were actually good and not incredibly overrated." The single cheese burger we tried had classic ketchup and mustard with extremely fresh produce, including white onions. The single smash burger resembled an "animal style" In-N-Out burger with grilled onions, pickles, cheese, and special sauce. Both of these smash burgers, while reminiscent of the mediocrity people fawn over at In-N-Out, were leagues better in flavor, texture, and seasoning. As if pounding the final nail into the In-N-Out coffin, the hand cut fries here were also dramatically better! We also tried an absolutely delicious mango milkshake. It was lighter and less sweet than what you would expect from a burger place, which really made it stand out. Finally, I tried their "mint-booster refresher," which was essentially an excellent mojito but without the rum. I might bring my own rum next time to add, because it was that good.Service was friendly and fast, and there's plenty of seating inside with a couple TVs playing sports shows. Oh and I don't normally comment on music, but we were jamming to whatever playlist they had on. This place is going onto my short list of burger joints in SacTown!NOTE: These are REAL smash burgers. The meat is supposed to be thin and crispy, not thick and juicy!

The Burger Hub is an excellent choice if you're looking for a satisfying burger for your lunch or dinner. I found the food to be fresh, with many choices on the menu. For burger lovers, you can choose between their smash burgers or their standard patties. That's unique as most burger places are either one or the other. The Burger Hub offers a wide variety of burgers, but ultimately I gave their Texas style burger a try. This burger had two patties, onion rings, and a generous amount of BBQ sauce. All the flavors in the burger came together very well with a blend of sweetness and savoryness that I was looking for. It was perfect! The fries also came out very hot. These fries are a little larger then most, but have a nice crisp outside and soft inner portion. They are like a bigger version of your standard fry. I totally dug them.To top things off I gave their chicken wings a try as well. This is where I thought things could have been better. The chicken wings were sauced nicely, but I felt that the actually chicken could have been better. They had the feel of frozen products. Maybe chicken tenders would be better for a place like this.In terms of service, things were adequate. The atmosphere was good, but not outstanding in any way.The Burger Hub is solid and if you're in the area it's not a bad place to stop by for a nice bite to eat!

Ordered lunch for work here and was pleasantly surprised. My Big Boss burger was surprisingly good who knew a fried egg and grilled pineapple could work together? The patties look like 3 ounces so don't feel bad about getting a double. The onion rings were very crispy but lacked in quantity for $4.99. The Fuzzy Navel refresher was bright and definitely refreshing. Burger Hub does a solid job.

I was in the area and saw this new burger spot that had great reviews and photos of their food. I don't make too many great choices in life, but this sir, was not one of those times.Walking in, there was a lot of space, booth seating, and a right wall covered in decor. The menu seems to have a little for everyone. The crispy chicken sandwich was speaking softly to me, but since it was my first time here, I decided to try the signature Single Smash burger. It looked like a mom and pop kinda shop, so I wasn't expecting much.Single Smash Burger 5/5*Wow was I surprised! The meat was smashed to a thin patty, so spread out it that it was peeking out at all sides from under the bun. The patty was grilled to perfection with crispy, charred edges and well seasoned. Ooey gooey cheddar cheese, tangy slices of pickles, crisp beef bacon, and sweet grilled onions, all tucked in between buns so round and shiny you'd wanna spank them. This combination of flavors makes for the perfect bite, even without any veggies.Fries 3.5/5*I'm not a fan of fat cut fries, but at least these were very crispy. Not one single fry was limp. They didn't really season them, so you can add salt to your liking.Mint-Booster Refresher 4/5*This refresher was minty, bubbly, and yup, refreshing. It was slightly on the sweeter side, but the carbonation definitely pairs well with the burger.Solid place for a delicious burger. They rival smashburger chains any day.

The place was clean, and the service was polite and attentive. The staff took their time answering my questions. I tried the lunch special--a single burger with fries and a drink. The burger was well-made and tasty, but the fries were disappointing.

Wow! Yummy Yummy!Okay, so first off, this place is Halal! That's cool! The ambiance is upbeat with the neon lights, and graffiti pictures next to the menu.Next is what I had. I had a Coke Zero (diet and zero are both available for my fellow diabetics). I also tried the Crunchy Zinger. The Crunchy Zinger is the best chicken sandwich I've had! If you can recall the 80's and early 90's, KFC's chicken was crispy, the meat was juicy, tender, and flavorful. This chicken sandwich has that same crispy and flavorful quality! There is an actual crunch where I couldn't hear what people were saying because the crunch was that loud! There is no skin, the white chicken breast meat was tender, flavorful and juicy, wow! There are pickles. These pickles are not the tiny skinny pickles, these are like 2 mm slices and they had 3 good sized slices on this sandwich, so if you don't like pickles, let them know). And the lettuce was real leaf lettuce. Not shredded. This may be my new favorite chicken sandwich!(The Classic Crispy is a chicken sandwich more geared towards kids as the chicken is ground chicken, so this is not the same as the Crunchy Zinger)Onto the onion rings that came with the sandwich! There were 5 rings that were each crisp, well balanced, not too salty, and the batter was tasty. The best part was that they were not super oily! They use canola and they switch it out every 3 days. Hence the lighter colored rings and lighter colored fries. So delicious! Again, some of the best onion rings I have ever had! Definitely high end restaurant quality, possibly better.Chicken wings were crispy even after a 30 minute drive home! So you would think that the chicken would be dried out and hard. On the contrary, chicken was crispy and meat was tender and flavorful and amazingly not cold. For every 6 wings, you can get 1 sauce option. My personal fave was the honey garlic. My son really liked the lemon pepper sauce.Although these guys are 30 minutes away, I will be back!

I came to burger hub with my hub and baby to try their burgers and fries!Inside felt like a burger diner/joint. It had a casual vibe. Bathroom in the back of the place. No changing table for my infant in the bathroom, not that I was expecting the bathrooms to always have a changing table. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. I also ordered fries but the kind employee let me now that ordering Fries itself was 4 and making it a combo was only a dollar more. So why not I made it a combo. Drink choices were more than just typical sodas but carbonated fruit juices. According to the employee the juices are real juices but did not ask whether it was made in house. There was no option to make it just plain juices as they were all carbonated. Ordered the mint booster juice which was pretty tasty. I think on average this is a nice alternative to classic sodas available in other restaurants. Classic chicken sandwich was pretty good. The patty was perfectly round so guessing this was a ground chicken patty. The patty didn't taste like a premade patty. The patty felt pretty hearty. I'd rate this sandwich a 3.8/5. There was the crispy zinger sandwich which seems to mirror more of a chicken sandwich I was thinking, like popeye's.Fries on the other hand was bomb 5/5. If you like in n out fries, this is like in n out fries except it's thicker and tastes yummier and crispier! They cut potatoes fresh every morning and fry them to order. Hubs got the smash burger which seems to be their popular items. He seemed to really enjoy it. Next time I'll try this item, just today I didn't feel like eating beef. Overall this is a yummy burger joint. I'd come back again to try other items. But I'd definitely get the fries!

Not quite sure why this place has such a "high star rating", unfortunately the food here is not good...very questionable. As a matter of fact, I felt sick after eating here and therefore didn't finish my food and ended up just throwing it away. I ordered the most expensiveee lemon pepper wings, soggyyyyy Hub Fries and no-flavor Crispy Chicken sandwich. Out the door I can't believe I paid almost $40 for less than mediocre food. To start, I swear I saw the worker pull out frozen wings from a bag and just dump them in the fryer. My fries were drenched in questionable "cheese", which had the strangest after taste and the fries were so soggy it was practically mush. No my chicken sandwich might have looked appetizing but the chicken had absolutely NO seasonings on it so it was very bland. My overall impression of my entire visit: disappointing. Food is way overpriced, and not worth the quality. the Melt in Arden is so much better and worth every penny.
