Folks! We've struck GOLD!I love this spot! It's still new to some here in Lincoln, but I believe they've been here a year already. They've have done really good reviews. Honestly, it's hard to filter through the picture with the business photos. I like seeing customer photos more than business photos. It shows the experience of someone coming here so a lot of those photos are not necessary... The salon inside is one of the biggest I have ever seen! Many chairs on the center for nails and many big massage chairs along the walls for pedicures! I love the floral decorations on the walls. It pops! This salon is very photogenic!My girlfriend and I called to see if they had time for us to walk in. It was about 3:45, and they didn't close until 6. My girlfriend needed a gel manicure ($30), and I was getting my nails filled ($40). As we walked in, it was gorgeous. Their check-in system is to type in your phone number and select done. Lani was my mail technician. She suggested a new full set ($50) because if I'm being honest, it had been longer than 2 weeks. She started by removing the acrylic and got on with a new set. She had me pick a color before we started, and I ended up changing my mind from a modern boring color to neon pink and neon orange. They didn't have the orange I wanted, but this one did great. I was charged an extra $5 for the length/coffin shape that I love. Lani is very particular and did AMAZING! She's fast, and not once did she knick my cuticles. That's such a major thing for me. She's very friendly and loved talking with her. I love my nails! Lani is most definitely stuck with me as long as she is there. My nails didn't get caught in my hair at all while they were growing out.THAT'S A HUGE BONUS!THANK YOU, BUI Nail Longe, for a phenomenal job! **Be sure to tip your nail technicians. Please!! They **so work very hard, and everyone here does such **an amazing job!

Madison did a wonderful job with my cat eye nails today. She is very friendly and ensures I am happy as she progresses with the appointment. I highly recommend this salon for nails and pedicures. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

I am way long overdue for a review here! I've been seeing Vivian for almost two years now and it has been consistent every time. I chose my top four styles and each time I've gone to her, the shape is exactly how I wanted and she listens to exactly what I am asking for. Vivian is super friendly and I will continue driving 45 minutes to go see her. She is definitely the reason why I am a loyal customer here. As for scheduling my appointments, I usually book my appointment online and haven't had a problem at all.

This place is so hit or miss. I end up going because it's close but then regret it a few days later. One of the girls there gave me the worst manicure I've seen in 20 years (I won't post her name but if anyone's asks I will definitely share). I have so much dead skin just poking off my cuticles right now it's ridiculous. I went a week ago. It's like she made it worse. Not only that but she tried to give me a French manicure and not one of them looked decent enough to keep so I had her take it off. I still have remnants of the first color and she just put clear over it. The only reason I am giving three stars is for Maddie. I would give her five stars but this place hasn't earned it yet. I will be going back to schedule time with Maddie going forward, I will never just make an appointment with a random person anymore.

I went to Bui nails after the whole shi&@ show at @Sutter Nails. It took Maddie 1 hour to get all the gel off of my nails. It was awful. Maddie re did my nails and they are AMAZING! Super thin, super beautiful! I will probably never go anywhere else!

I've been to Bui Nails four times and each time the customer service is consistent with the previous visits 5 star. As soon as I walk in I'm immediately greeted with a smile. All guests are carrying smiles and either relaxing or engaged with their manicurist. There's flat screen televisions and complementary beverages. I would suggest making an appointment or be patient while waiting for an opening. My manicurist is Sue. Sue is friendly and great in her profession. I would recommend the Lavender scrub with your pedi and mani! Treat your feet and hands to a refreshing time. Thanks Bui Nails. I'll be back in two weeks! Thanks for my mimosa too :)

I checked in at 3:39 PM and I did not leave until 6:30 PM. This was for a basic pedicure with gel and a fill. There was no reason for it to last this long especially for a fill. A fill was $50 so I might as well have started my nails fresh. The guy working my nails named phi argued with me when I told him that my nails were not all the same length, he proceeded with the nails and told me that they were fine and when he applied the acrylic, for some reason, my nail bed started to burn, and this has never happened to me before at any salon I let him know and he said it was OK and sprayed alcohol on my nails to cool them.

Lisa and Henry were very sweet and inviting. I think $35 for a 15 minute kid pedicure is OUTRAGEOUS. Tina was told to give me cat eye for wedding and she gave me "chrome" and told me multiple times "no no don't worry..." after I was done, my nails look like crap and i wasted the only time I had to get my nails done before the wedding at this place. First and last time I'll go. $150 for 1/3 of it to look like trash. They offered a gift card to return to get the color changed but I'll never waste my time and money one a salon who has staff that doesn't listen multiple times over and over charge me for their pushy behavior. I'm outdone.

I've been to this place twice already and both occasions the quality of nails you are getting here is poor. I do not recommend this place at all, your money is better spent elsewhere. Do not get Henry unless you want your natural nails ruined and rushed.
