tl;dr: order ahead, easy/good/affordable.Not much to say other than this place is solid for a cheap sandwich or a hearty bowl. Be sure to order ahead, there seems to be a constant flow of online/door dash/etc orders so walk-in times can get lengthy, which sucks considering how minimal the lobby is. The sugar cane is pressed to order, it's sweet and crisp, I highly recommend it. If you' dislike earthy tastes, you will probably hate it.I go here a lot. It's cheap, it's filling, and it's as quick lunch.

My partner and I moved to Midtown and stopped by Buddah Bowls for our first meal out. We've been to Buddah Bowls before for sandwiches, and we were recently introduced to more of their menu at a Yelp event and received a coupon for BOGO drinks.My partner and I came on a weekday evening, and there was no wait. Inside is cozy, and next door is an indoor dining room but this spot is better for a grab and go meal. My partner and I had a couple questions about the menu, and the customer service was excellent. We decided to order a rice bowl, noodle bowl, and two sugarcane drinks. My partner and I both ordered the chargrilled pork for our entrees, and it's always been my go to protein. The sugarcane drinks were refreshing, and I highly recommend the mango dragon fruit. Buddah Bowls offers healthy options that are made fresh and taste great. I'll definitely be back!

My friends and I love this spot!! It's a small little to go spot, but they do have a shared seating area with buck horn next door. Quick and friendly service. From the vermicelli bowls, spring rolls, banh mis, drinks , and cookies, we've thoroughly enjoyed them all. Great variety, portions, and flavors. Always love coming back here :)

I came to try their drinks and both drinks were a 10/10! I had the BOG (blood orange and guava) and mango passionfruit cane sugar drink! I did ask for less sweet and it was a good choice for me! Highly recommend trying the drinks if you're in the neighborhood.We knew about this place but we're able to meet the staff at a local event! They are so nice and friendly!

Found this new spot downtown and it was very delicious, I had the tri tip vermicelli bowl and it had great ingredients and the portion size was perfect.

This place definitely lives up to its hype! The service was also so friendly and the young lady at the front was super helpful since it was my first time. There are no seatings inside so you have to order to go. Their new item, the brisket and fried rice bowl was super flavorful and the brisket had a nice smoky flavor. Definitely a 10/10. I had the lemon grass tri-tip rice bowl with sesame ginger carrot salad and it was my favorite! It tasted super fresh, filling, and just overall had a great flavor from every part of the dish. I wasn't expecting much from it tbh, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I added their OG spicy Buddha sauce, which wasn't spicy but had a mild sweet flavor but it was great. Now, if you're looking for a kick, get the spicy Asian sauce! Absolutely enjoyed it! I also had the calamansi drink, and as the description says, it tastes like and orange and lemon had a baby. It was on the sweeter almost sour side, but it was really refreshing and delicious. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of their items.

Food 5/5. Can't complain. Price point was amazing. This was my first time having brisket in a banh mi, who would've thought. Brisket was so tender and smokey, it paired perfect with the pickled veggies. The pork banh mi was also delicious with a subtle charred flavor. Sandwiches were huge and very filling.Drinks 5/5. Classic Vietnamese coffee was perfect, not overly sweet like many other restaurants make it. The 50/50 drink consisting of sugarcane, coconut water and coconut pulp was so refreshing, the only problem was that the cup wasn't big enough because I could easily have 3 cups of it. Sugarcane is juiced per order so you know it's fresh. Ambiance 5/5. We stopped in on a road trip and thought there would be tables and a dining area, our mistake as there wasn't any. It's grab-and-go, but very clean and pleasant! Service was quick and friendly too.
