I love stopping in here, when I am out doing some errands. Very versatile menu and I like they will adjust the sugar for my tea. They also have some fun coin machines and some bags of snacks to purchase. Parking is no problem,

I've been craving boba lately and decided to try the closest shop. My first visit was about a week ago; I ordered the Thai milk boba. It was okay but had a slightly chemical taste.Yesterday, I walked in again, and since I was the only customer, I thought ordering would be easy. However, the cashier insisted I use the self-kiosk to place my order. I just wanted a regular Thai milk boba and asked if he could take my order directly, but he refused. After struggling with the kiosk, I finally placed my order. When I got my drink, the cup wasn't filled to the top and still had that off taste.Between the poor customer service and the chemical flavor, I won't be returning.

Ordered two Taro with regular Ice. Drinks came with maybe 5 small cubes. Gentleman working could not have been more dismissive. All good, there many other places.

I have tried their Roseville location a few times and was never a fan of their drinks. But I decided to give them another shot at this new Rocklin location. I ordered 3 drinks and the only solid one was their brown milk tea. Even then, their boba was definitely undercooked and hard. I did like the store being clean and the customer service was good.

Good 2nd Location in RocklinI don't come to this shopping plaza often unless I have some banking transactions to do. I just noticed this Bubble University at this location. I've tried their drinks at their first shop in Roseville so I'm no stranger. I did a banking transaction that day so I decided to get my favorite drink and placed an order online for pick up. I ordered the Oreo Cookies Smoothie with black pearl boba. The drink was delicious and the boba had a nice consistency... my only issue was the straw, it wasn't long enough to reach all the way to the bottom. I leave no boba behind LoL!The shop was small with a few seating inside. It wasn't busy so my drink was ready as soon as I walked in. The employee was nice and friendly. Well, now that I know about this location I'll be coming here more often. Review #3270

I visited the store about a week ago: the drink was the same quality and was still very sweet. I am lactose intolerant and that day I forgot to take supplements for the boba, but it was 10/10. If you assumed that I was sponsored by this business, I wish I was because I am broke. But I am not sponsored. May you live long, bubble university.

This is by far my favorite milk tea place. The quality and flavors are unmatched. I wish they opened earlier though so I could get a milk tea instead of my morning coffee.

We like bubble university the best for outside the Bay Area.All our friends who visit enjoy this place for boba. My favorite is the burn burn tea - only 25% sugar, regular ice, and add topping like brown sugar crystal boba or honey boba. My boys enjoy the milk brown sugar boba and blended drinks like the cookie smoothie. Some times service is slow...but I guess you can't rush good stuff. I'm glad this is one of my closest options to my house.

I think this may end up being my favorite boba tea restaurant in the area, but I should go a few more times.Bubble University is located in the Safeway plaza on the corner of Sunset Blvd and Park Dr in Rocklin. Easy parking. Restaurant closes relatively early at 7 pm according Yelp hours edited in 10/2022 (or 7:30 pm according to my 7/2022 photo and Google).I went near closing time, so the restaurant was out of black pearl boba. I ordered Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Golden Boba, which was delicious. I could taste the tea flavor. The pretty yellow-colored boba was yummy and chewy. I think I ordered 50% sweetness.Here are the boba descriptions: - Golden Boba: Chewier, Bigger, and Black Sugar Flavored - Pearl Boba: Medium Sized and Honey FlavoredDrink comes in a cup and a lid made of a sturdier, thicker plastic. I poked the straw into the lid, which caused a piece of plastic to go into the cup. I would recommend pulling off the straw opening by hand, instead of poking it inside the cup. I did compare the size of the straw opening plastic piece and the straw. The straw opening plastic piece is bigger in width than the straw, so I don't think you can slurp hard enough to force and bend the thick plastic piece into the straw. However, just to err on the side of caution, I'd take the time to pull it off and throw it away. Because the straw opening plastic piece is roundish in shape, it is easily mistaken as the shadow of a boba.For the future, I'd be interested in trying these drinks: - Iron Goddess Oolong - Matcha Milk Tea - Taro Milk Tea - Brown Sugar Milk Tea - Honey Milk Tea - Burn Burn Tea Latte - Taro Smoothie - Coconut Pineapple Smoothie - Strawberry Matcha - Taro BlushI'm happy that the bubble tea restaurant that I'm most impressed with is closest in distance to me. Lucky me!
