Bruchi's CheeseSteaks & Subs

Wow....what service. Highly impressed by the staff at Bruchi's in Roseville. My husband went to pick up our order today and the staff went above and beyond to help. They recognized that my disabled husband would need help with multiple bags and even went as far as bringing them to the car. Kudos to the lovely woman for the kindness she showed to him.And I didn't even mention the delicious food. If you are looking for great sandwiches and the best chicken walnut salad. you have to try Bauchi's.

Got two cheesesteaks. Bread was super soft and yummy. Some of the previous pics made the sandwiches look quite full of meat - ours... meh... but tasty nonetheless. Chiquito got a kids meal which comes with a chocolate chip cookie, apple juice or sm soda, chips or French fries. He opted for a small bacon and cheese burger - no other toppings. Got a large order of fries to share and TBH maybe a small would have been plenty to share since our cheesesteaks were kinda big. The bathroom was clean. Has baby changing table. Service was great - offered suggestions and was patient with our indecisiveness. I'd come back!

Shrinkflation is real here!!I've been coming here for 3 years and always get the cheesesteak. And it use to be huge. Full of meat and cheese and the last few times it's barely had anything in it. So I asked to get one with a lot of meat and cheese like before and they charrged me over $19 for it. The photo of it is below.

Came here around 7pm ok a Tuesday night and this place was empty. Ordered the special 12". The bread is soft, the meat and cheese was steaming hot. It was pretty good and I can say it's similar to Cheesesteak Shop. I still think Amatos in San Jose is still better! The 12" sandwich seems like it was larger than 12". I left super full. Service was great. Their large order of fried was really big. 2 ppl couldn't finish it. Place is very clean and parking is not an issue. They also have a small table outside for outside dinning

They were honestly fine not great not memorable. The customer service left something to be desired. I ordered the club. Just not a beef fan so I asked for it without roast beef and the guy says you should just order something else if you are going to order it without everything. To which I replied I only asked for it without one thing not everything. Whatever not that big of a deal if the food is good. Husband ordered a classic cheesesteak which he said was alright but not amazing. I would say overall mediocre at best.

We love Bruchi's! The owner is so kind, they make sandwiches fresh and I swear this is the best Philly I've ever had! The cheese is creamy and in every single bite! Not overwhelming, good balance of meat and peppers/onions. The bread is light and not really dense or heavy so it pairs very well with a warm sandwich. Their house fry sauce is also very good! This is a great weekend lunch spot if you are out and about!

Meh- had the classic cheesesteak at the store and the bread was soaked. Tasted under seasoned too. I'd try somewhere else.

Fast and friendly service! The 7 inch cheesesteaks are really a good size the French fries are delicious as well I highly recommend getting the large fry for two

Overall I do recommend Bruchis, but I will say I wasn't a huge fan of the bread. It felt pretty thin and flavorless. Thankfully the actual heart of the Philly was good.Their hot and sweet peppers didn't really hit the spot as I'd hoped but the cheese and meat was damn near perfect in both flavor and textures.I hate that I didn't catch her name but the young lady who took our order was very nice and out going. She came back to check on us and Everything. She alone will be the reason we return.The set up was nice, it wasn't busy when we arrived but it was a hot day outside and felt great inside. So I was happy.I'd love to see roasted garlic added to their menu. And maybe I just had an off day for the loaf. But I do want to return when I'm in town.

We ordered two of the 12" cheesesteak sandwiches today and a large order of fries. The food was fresh and had a good flavor; however both ends of the sandwich were completely dry and empty as though they just plopped the filling right in the middle, cut it in half, and called it a day. We paid for the larger size and only got filling for the amount of the smaller size, so we won't be returning. Pics attached.We did try to call the restaurant or send a discreet email; however, phone was automated with instructions to order online and could not locate an email address.
