Broadway Fish and Shrimp

I was in their lot going for BBQ. I saw it in the corner of the parking lot so we took a look. We wanted the fried shrimp and ordered a 1/2 pound without fries. We were waiting in our car and they worker came to our window. He said he was sorry and he was out of shrimp. He could refund our money or we could get something else and he would give us a full pound. I asked what else he had and he said that we could get catfish or snapper. He knew he had catfish because he just cut it up. So we went with that. He gave us a full pound and more with fries. The catfish was really good. Not dry and cooked perfectly. we liked it a lot. the fries were just frozen fries so nothing special. The tartar sauce was house made so nice. We will have to come back and try the shrimp heheh.

Most slept on place in Sacramento! It's a turquoise's blue food truck in the corner of T&R BBQ. I ordered the half pound of shrimp, fries w/ 3 hush puppies for $12.99. You can't beat that price! The flavor on the shrimp was FIRE, I love me some deep fried shrimp. Fries were greatly seasoned. The portion size on the fries and shrimp were huge! I've been eating here for 3 weeks in row, it's that damn good! The owner is Chris from Bonfare, great guy a lot ppl in Oak park know and respect him. I Put all my friends on to this place hasn't disappointed yet. So if you in the area be sure to give it a try.

Ok..i went back and apparently I came at the wrong time. Its better to go during the day when the Brother is there. Let's get to the food. It was 100% better. My plate was significantly smaller but it taste better.

To simplify this, the shrimp tastes like Dawn hand soap. What a waste of $15 plus the generator was so loud i couldn't even hear myself think. Makes for a shouting match when placing an order.

OMG AMAZING!!! This place was on point the quality of the food,the flavor,portion size.....the list goes on. I'm always a little nervous buying food from food trucks but this one definitely changed my perspective.

Hot seafood and damn fast. What's better is the prices are legit! Shrimp were huge and catfish was light and again--HOT!!Well-seasoned cornmeal batter, too. This place does it right.

Great service, delicious and fresh food, all for an affordable price. For around $10 I got a half pound of catfish[which was the only option but absolutely fine with me because that's all I wanted], fries, and hushpuppies. The guy said he didn't have alot of fries so he gave me extra hushpuppies and fish. Generous portions for a reasonable price, and a convenient location. Oak Park is the spot for fried fish. Everything was really fresh, crispy, crunchy, and delicious. I would highly recommend these guys.

This place kidnapped me and my girl from flowers sad to say ! But the food is PERFECT! I will be telling all my friends about this place shrimp MOUTH WATERING ! Fried to a T! Catfish and fries HOT Fresh and CRISPY! Pricing is perfect for someone trying to eat good but not go broke ! Def a undercover sac GEM. We will def come back again and again and AGAIN

Everything is so hot and fresh and flavorful found me a new fish and shrimp spot even the hush puppies are fire and i dont even like hush puppies highly recommend this

Good grub, but they forgot the hush puppies I ordered & paid-for. When will I learn to check the contents before I leave?Good catfish & fries though. Recommended.
