Bridge House

Bridge House catered our wedding reception of 140 people and absolutely poured their heart into not only the quality of the food, but also the service. From the very start, Chris, the owner, had been extremely easy to communicate with. He was open to whatever my husband and I wanted for our wedding day. Very attentive to detail, the presentation and taste of the food was fantastic! We had many people comment on how much they enjoyed apps and dinner. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Chris and his team are amazing and highly recommend using them for your next event!

Food in the Hood - WestPark Wednesday [Roseville]My youngest daughter requested something salty from this week's food trucks. I told her how about something garlicky. I got her the Rosemary Garlic Tots. I noticed that the owner/chef and his team wore a chef's coat... well, at least the chef did. Very professional. They are also a catering service. I was looking forward to trying the filet sliders but, unfortunately, they were sold out. When we got in the car I tried the tater tots... remember now, this was for my daughter. I caught myself not eating the whole thing... it was so yummy with the garlic seasoning blend and pesto aioli. Generous portion too. I knew I should've placed two orders of the tots. Bridge House food truck/trailer catered our private office lunch on 3/28/22, even though there was forecasted rain!The menu choices included:Crab & Wonton NachosBistro Filet SlidersKid's Pretzel DogHawaiian Style TacosRosemary Garlic TotsChili Verde Con PapasSweet Potato & Black Bean Taco (veggie option)You got a numbered buzzer/beeper to let you know when your order was ready to pick up, could wait inside within range. Two guys working the truck, one taking orders and also making the food. I personally got the Sliders, which came with two sliders and potato chips. The filets were cooked medium, with chimichurri, pickled red onions, blue cheese on brioche -- packed a ton of flavor! I don't usually enjoy onions unless they're grilled but these worked. I only wish the order came with three sliders, they were soo good.Also tried some of the shareable Tater Tots; the basil pesto aioli was also really good. Some other of the food my coworkers got that I was able to snap photos of were the crab Nachos and the pork Tacos (2 tacos per order). IG: @bridgehouseeats

We did a great 6 mile hike today. Afterwards we went to the Moonraker Brewery in Auburn CA. Did we luck out!! The Bridge House food truck was there. It was the first time we have ever gone somewhere where the Bridge House food truck was serving up.The food was just so delicious! We love crab, being from San Francisco and living in Alaska eating king crab, so had to have the WonTon Crab Nachos. We also had the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Tacos and the sweet potato tater tots. Everything was just so so good and went perfect with our cold Moonraker beers. All 4 of us from our 8 year old grandson the us adults couldn't stop saying mmmmmm after every bite!! It was a gourmet delight for us after our 6 mile outdoor adventure. Im so glad you don't have to be a millionaire to have the food and beers we had today. Perfect end to perfect day.
