Amazing toy store. I bought a toy on Amazon but it turned out to have choking hazard small pieces. So I went to Brainyzoo, picked out a better toy and the wrapped it for free! Great selection. I'm doing all my toy shopping here in the future.

A cool shop for kids, parents, and grandparents. We were kind of in a hurry so we didn't linger to admire the full inventory, but there was lots to look at. As a retired teacher, I was thrilled at the variety and quality of the toys and games.My 8 month grandson opened two boxes before we got home and was entranced with his new toys. I sure want to go back!

Came here on a Black Friday morning. The store carries a lot of educational toys that you would not able to find at a local Target, Toys R Us, Walmart, Kmart, etc. Brainy zoo location is close to The Old Spaghetti Factory with plenty of parking.The entrance is like a castle and inside is filled with toys and a lil play area such as a shopping cart, a little diner and a few wooden tables with variety of toys. You can find puzzles, DIY arts and crafts, stuff animals, different vehicles , dress up outfits, dolls, toys ranging from infant to big kids. I do see a gift wrapping area not sure if it is for online ordering or you pay to get it wrapped for you. I didn't ask.We got a 20% off coupon and if you spend $100 you get to spin the wheel for a small, med, or large prize. If you say "Rodolph" you get one free spin. End up getting a shopping cart which I'm pretty sure won't be able to find anywhere else. My 17 month old picked it out herself. While pushing the display shopping cart around the lil play area. My son end up getting a recycling truck and a super long bus (forgot what model it was) My son get to spin the wheel and got a large prize. A boat with two cars. His last spin he got a small prize and end up with emoji yo yo. The boat look like the price range from $29.99-$34.99. It was nice. There was a bucket of little puzzle that was nice also but, he was worried his sister might end up chewing them up and he passed on it.The staff are friendly and helpful. The toys here are lil pricey but, when they have a sale going on is a pretty good price for the quality and hard to get toys.

Perfect store for my toddler! They have every toy you could possibly think of and they even made recommendations of other toys that they don't carry. Their customer service and selection rocks! Thank you!

Brainy Zoo located in the Folsom Outlets, is a great toy store. They have lots of educational learning material and fun games! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they do not price match. My daughter wanted a Rubik's cube which was $11 on amazon & $25 in this store. I like supporting local businesses, however I will not pay more than double for an item I can find elsewhere. We ended up buying lots of unique learning games/materials instead.

This is literally a child's wonderland. I wish I could've been to such an amazing toy store when I was a child. Floating jellyfishes and trinkets lined the windows around the store and you can't help but be drawn into the place. The staff here are super friendly and the store itself is very bright, clean and inviting. From Japanese Kendama toys to being able to stuff your own dragon, there is everything for any child. They even have costumes for sale, perfect for Halloween or just for dress-up; I found a beautiful Elsa dress and a super cool hero cape, totally made me wish I had a kid to buy it for.It's really nice that there are toys out for children to test and play with. I actually have never touched kinetic sand before and it was fun messing around with it for a bit. Final Thoughts: I wish there were more of these toy stores around, they kind of make you appreciate toys so much more.

We ordered the family game box for Thanksgiving. It was everything we hoped for and more! The selection included something for a variety of ages and skill sets. We certainly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, BrainyZoo!

This is a specialty toy store in the Folsom Premium Outlets. It has so many great toys in it for infants and up to maybe 10 years old or so. They have science kits, dolls, Legos, pogo sticks, bubbles, games, books, puzzles, and so much more! I highly recommend this store!

Needed something quick for a birthday party and we found a card set for $23 which is very cool. took some creativity to find something that didn't have a lot of plastic but staff was very helpful since I was in a hurry

It's a gem and full of quality educational toys and games. It was definitely hard to get my toddler to leave; he was interested in everything and kept saying "mom, you gotta check this out!" Love that this is a family owned toy store that's been around for decades. The owner and her staff are so friendly and helpful.
