Boulder Ridge Park

Small local park, limited parking. Highest point in Rocklin. Views of Auburn and Sierras and Coyote Creek wildlands to the east. Entire Valley and Sutter Buttes to the west on a clear day. Decent mountain biking. Nice level walking areas, go to the west, through the PCWA pedestrian gate to the back are behind the water agency and cell towers. Wide, paved, then gravel driveway for water agency. Skirts huge snd wild McCormick park.Very quiet, woodsy below you, but sunny trail. So, great in winter or late evening summer hike. Many bike trails into the woods.Main Park walking path is easy .5 mile loop around the retention pond. Cell service is 100% lol...Kids play area, Pavillion, and BBQ. many tables and benches.

Clean,nicely laid out park. Rather small in size,with limited walking trails. It would have been great if there was an enclosed dog area. My dog would have enjoyed catching a few balls. I found it out of the way from where we live. Luna & I are looking for a new park where she can go off lease & run off some of her high energy. If you live in the area,sweet little spot..not worth driving to, though, on a regular basis.

Nice little park with a decent sized open grassy area and small play structure. There are also two half basketball courts. Just west of the park there is an empty field which gives great views of the sky when there is a comet or other celestial event happening.

If you ever wanted a look-out with amazing views come here. Sunsets are beautiful. I come here with my little dog and she loves it, the hiking trails that go on for days and the fun excitement of all the Whitney oaks community is infectious.

Boulder Ridge Park is one of the most beautiful parks I've ever been to. You could see a sunset or sunrise, you can easily see shooting stars if you are mindful of the parks closing time or stay in your car. I caught this lightning in 2022 at this park, but they have a-lot to offer.

It was a small park from what we saw. Got there a little late. But it had such a gorgeous view and the sunset was perfect. The people around were friendly and ppl around come to sit and enjoy. Very peaceful. Definitely go check it out on a clear day

Beautiful little park that has the most amazing hiking trails behind it. I didn't know we had this gem in Rocklin. Great areas for picnics and sunsets too.

Gorgeous views! Peaceful and very relaxing. Nice path around park and the view of the bluffs (especially at sunrise) is amazing. Play structure for kids. Basketball court. No bathrooms.
