This is a solid out-of-the-way sandwich place to have lunch at. Probably a bit more like 3.5 stars. However my group of friends kinda created a lunch rush. I imagine he's more used to in-office customers. My walking group of 6 came in and sorta overwhelmed this tiny cafe that when we were there, was a one-man operation. He did a good job of juggling all the roles he had to play in making turkey sandwiches and grilling fresh hamburger patties just outside. The hamburger I had was good. Not too big or anything. Just the right sized servings. It tasted like a homemade burger. He took care to toast the buns on a panini grill and had tomato and pickle slices on top.The seating inside is just one table with 4 chair, however...! Outside is a beautiful shaded patio area with a beautiful waterfall. It was a perfect quiet lunch spot for our group. (Lots of shaded parking, too!). There's only one entrance to the building that is unlocked, so if you parked on the wrong side, you'll have to walk around. It's a simple, limited sandwich menu. If that's what fits you needs, then I recommend this little secret spot. Especially if you like sitting outside with a waterfall.

It's not the easiest place to find, but it's worth a trip if you're in the area. It's a hole in the wall cafe inside of an office building. When we went, there was a nice gentleman working the cafe. The menu is small, but that's ok as long as what they do, they do well. And let me tell you.. the breakfast bagel was tasty!! The everything bagel was soft and just the right amount of chewy. And the egg was scrambled and oh so fluffy. And the bacon pieces were mixed in with the fluffy eggs, so you got bacon in every bite. And with the cheese.. just a perfect Sammy! My moms a picky eater. But she ate the whole Sammy in one sitting and loved every bite. Spoke volumes. Will be back when in the area again!

Hidden in the lower floor of the 2377 office building, near the back door, is this little lunch cafe. Although there's only one table (large enough for four) inside, there are benches and tables outside in back near the waterfall and artificial stream.Joe makes some pretty good gyros while you watch (I recommend the beef). The meat is mild but the sauce is creamy and delicious, and the lettuce and tomatoes are crisp and fresh. He also has sandwiches, bagels, and cafe staples like chips and bottled drinks.
