Wow just WOW! Working with Nick and Heather has been amazing. We were planning our wedding for almost two years and these two were great. We had lots of food allergies involved with the wedding, yet, nobody would know the food was all gluten and dairy free. The chicken was delightful, the gf/df risotto was truly the best thing I've ever eaten, and vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the salad was so perfect for our fall wedding. We also had a grazing table that not only looked beautiful, but was DELISH! The food was all around so amazing, we had rave reviews from all of our guests in attendance all night. We had a few guests who were vegan/pescatarian and Nick/Heather ensured that they made a special salad for them that suited what they needed to have a hearty meal. It was truly so great working with Nick and Heather, and their passion for what they do made it all so much more special. Thank you both for everything! We would give 10 stars if it let us!!

Bolens's catered a wedding for us recently. They were very accommodating as they worked with us to plan the food, place settings and the linens for the dinner. The food was excellent. Several guests complimented. The service was also very good. The staff was professional. We would definitely use them again in the future.

We used Bolen's Provision for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the food was great! My parents and guests were fascinated with the food selection and the staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone! I will highly recommend Bolen's Provisions for your next party or special occasion!
