Blue Sky Chinese Restaurant

The restaurant is small, has three tables available for dining in so felt very cozy. Located in a small shopping center but there was plenty of parking there at 6pm on a Thursday night. Service was great and food came out quick. We got the following:1. sizzling shrimp (veggies taste freshly cut), 2. honey walnut shrimp (this was the best! Must-have), and 3. sweet & sour chicken (should've gotten the sauce on the side. Otherwise, flavor was delicious!)Super happy we found this place. Will be back again for sure!

This place has a lot of good reviews so im not sure if this was a one off situation or what. I normally order from a local spot which is amazing and half the price of this place but they weren't on door dash so I tried this place.I don't want to be mean but it was not good. I ordered orange chicken, spring rolls, chicken chow main and fried rice.The orange chicken was burnt but it also felt like it sat around all day. its like it sat out and got old and they just threw it in the fryer and then burnt it. It tasted very off. The sauce itself was good.The spring rolls were ok nothing special but nothing bad. The red sauce tasted like vinegar it was foul. I have never tasted a red sauce like this before and I dont think it was good.The chow mein was ok. the rice was hard.Overall for how expensive this place is I really dont understand how they're still open because I feel sick after eating there and I have no standards lol I would probably eat a shoe if it was covered in orange chicken sauce.

This was our first time eating here. The lunch special prices are decent at $9.25 per meal Tuesday-Fri 11:30am-3pm. I ordered the Mongolian beef with chow mein and my husband ordered the honey walnut shrimp with rice. The chow mien tasted great but the beef was too salty for my liking. The shrimp had too much dried batter and the fried rice was mushy. I liked the egg roll. The water was excellent! It was ice cold, crisp, lemon water and our server refilled us several times. The staff was nice and attentive. We were the only ones eating there so service was quick. The food was just ok, I've had better Chinese so we won't be returning.

It's been a minute since I last ate here, and it's pretty much what I remember. The place falls under the category of reliable, cozy, family-owned hole in the wall. I phoned in my order, which all went smoothly. The food was ready within 15 minutes. Portions are generous - I have at least 3 meals worth of food here. The food itself is pretty good (not exceptional).

I spotted one review that said they were accommodating for vegans and thought I'd give it a go! The server was really friendly and helpful. While she didn't know "vegan" right away she went back to the kitchen to ask a bunch of questions on our behalf. We landed on the bean curd with mixed vegetables and veggie chow mein that they modified to be vegan. We ordered with the "white sauce" vs the traditional sauce that contains oyster sauce. It was garlicky, light and delicious! Great value for meal and we'd definitely go back and order from veggie menu and ask for white sauce. Cute little hole in the wall/neighborhood spot. Please note I never give 5 stars unless all vegan

Our go to Chinese restaurant either dine in or DoorDash. Beef Broccoli, Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Almond Chicken, Sweet and Sour pork, etc. etc. Everything is delicious !!!

New to the area and I have been searching for some delicious and soul soothing Chinese food. I've tried a few others and they've been bland or just off somehow. Then I found this spot. Broccoli and beef, beef sooo tender, broccoli still had a bite to it, not soggy. And the flavor was perfect, needed no extra sauce or spices. The orange chicken is delicious, other restaurants have soggy over sauced chicken, this orange chicken was crispy and saucy. It's hard not to eat the whole thing. House fried rice and wor wonton soup was full of vegetables, large shrimps and meat. And I didn't have to add anything to the soup, which is rare. Portions are huge and we always have leftovers to enjoy the next day. I've only picked up food, dining area is pretty small and not set up for a ton of guests. We always are warmly greeted upon entering and service is kind and quick. So happy to have found our new go to Chinese food restaurant.

A little hole in the wall place. We were actual planning to eat at a bbq place around the corner that had closed and moved out!!!We noticed Blue Sky and went there instead. Waitress was very sweet. Lunch specials were priced well and were delicious.

I love this place. Great prices, great food,great people. I most always order the shrimp with lobster sauce and white rice. I never been disappointed always fresh and delicious.

An outstanding dining experience! From the friendly welcome at the door to the impeccable service throughout our meal, everything was spot on. The food was phenomenal! I tried the sweet and sour pork, which was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The egg fried rice was perfectly cooked, and the hot and sour soup was just the right level of spice. The ambiance was lovely, with a calming, elegant interior that truly made us feel like we were in China. If you love authentic Chinese food, don't miss this place!
