Blend

Blend has delicious drinks! I stopped in on a hot, oppressive, Sacramento afternoon. I left feeling cool and refreshed.I ordered a watermelon and cucumber tea which had a bright pink and yellow color. My first sip was bursting with cool refreshing flavor. It wasn't too sweet and was a great flavor combo. They didn't pack it full of ice, so I got plenty of hydrating fluids on my drive homeThe owners are super friendly and we chatted for few minutes while I waited. The shop is clean and modern inside and the service was quick. It was a fast refreshing stop on a hot day.

Everytime I stop in they are so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they have a lot of regulars, every time I stop by they're greeting people and I've heard on more than one occasion while I'm there, the owners, Chuck and Jenn, asking a customer if they want "their regular". I'm not a regular customer, but love to treat myself to their colorful and delicious drinks from time to time. I try to order something different every time I visit and have, on more than one occasion, asked for a surprise drink.They have some seating inside and there's plenty of parking, which makes it so easy to stop by and grab something quick to go.I also love their logo wall, it's almost impossible not to take a photo of the colorful drinks in front of it each time. They offer blended and iced drinks with different benefits. A lot of people will grab protein drinks as a meal substitute or post workout drink and I typically grab one of the fruity flavored drinks for an energy boost.

It wasn't what expected, but that was because I didn't do enough investigating before I came! It's not teas like green tea/boba and it's not fresh juices. It's mostly protein and (clean) energy drinks. They have a large selection of flavors, but I was limited because I wasn't expecting most of the options to be energy based. The inside is cute with a photo op backdrop, a long bench to sit at, a bar and some couches/chairs. The owners were kind and helped me find a drink option that wasn't energy based. I tried the Merry Berry iced beverage. It was tasty. But in my opinion it was just too strongly flavored for my liking. I think this place would be an awesome spot for people post or pre workout looking for a protein or energy drink. I'll have to come back when I'm looking for some caffeine!

I was on a date and we decided to go on a hunt for an afternoon drink refresher. With a quick Yelp search, we decided to check out Blend as it was close to where we were and the reviews were pretty cool.Once we walked through the doors, we were hit with such a high level of energy and enthusiasm. One of the co-owners walked us through the menu and assisted us with narrowing down the right drink of choice for our respective preferences. His wife (the other co-owner) eventually walked through and the four of us had a great time conversing about health, working out, vitamin intake, etc. Awesome people!I ended up choosing the Watermelon Cucumber energy drink and it was absolutely refreshing. There is B12 added so there isn't the standard crash after a pick-me-upper of an energy drink. I can't remember what my date ended up picking but he did share that his drink was also really good.We were both impressed with the options for drinks, the quality in service, and with the overall establishment for putting out healthier options into the neighborhood.First timers but definitely won't be our last. Healthy, fun and delicious drinks Seeing as I had enjoyed my complimentary drink from our Yelp event with Blend last month I have been craving that same drink ever since! It was impossible for me to return during the week because of my work schedule so weekends was my only option. Their location is not exactly a hop, skip and a jump away from Roseville which is 17-23 miles away depending on the route I take. This could take between 33-40 mins drive for me.I finally made it there today with an hour to spare and ordered my favorite drink as I love the tangy taste of Blow Pop. So delicious and refreshing with tastes of prickly pear, watermelon, green apple and peach! Perfect for another triple digit Sacramento weather. I also got drinks for my kids, a Cookies & Cream Shake and Just Peachy which they enjoyed. Husband and wife team, Chuck and Jenn Duffey, were both present with Chuck w/ 2nd child in tow in a baby carrier gear. So cute to see a tiny hand on his Dad's neck the whole time he's asleep. Looking for a drink that is fun AND delicious?You have to try "Blend"- a unique business located off Folsom Blvd. in East Sacramento. This family-owned and operated store offers a variety of cooling drinks, protein shakes and energizing teas. Each drink is hand crafted, and they are super kind and open to adjusting drinks to your dietary needs.I really wanted to try this business- because they offer guilt-free options and are made with natural ingredients. The energizing teas are infused with aloe (so good for you!) and natural green tea, AND are sweetened with stevia (sugar-free). They have so many flavors I normally cannot find, and additionally have that AWESOME crushed ice that everyone is always looking for!Blend also creates protein shakes that can be a meal replacement, or just for a tasty snack- they are lower in sugar but high in essential vitamins and minerals. For example, the "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" Protein Shake has all the sweetness and flavor of the cereal, but lower in carbs/sugars/calories. Triple threat!On this occasion, I tried the, "Blow Pop"- it was a 3 layer drink that was sweet and sour, tart and so AHMAZING. I also got the, "Peach-O", which had a protein base with mellow peach flavors- it actually tasted just like the peach ring candies!Using super fun flavors like, "cucumber watermelon", "java chip", "strawberry cheesecake" and tons more, the menu is extensive and there is a flavor for everyone.This is my new favorite place to stop by for a unique drink.

Over the weekend, my husband and I decided to stop in to purchase our daughter a drink to cool off in this summer heat. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the sweet and bubbly husband and wife team, Chuck and Jen! And met their adorable toddler! She ordered the Unicorn from their Kiddo's Menu. My daughter LOVES unicorns and brought her unicorn just for the occasion he he! She savored every sip of this kid-friendly cotton candy flavored drink! I would definitely recommend this small local business owned by a husband and wife team! They mentioned their drinks were created by their customers, so feel free to customize your drink to your liking! Wow, Blend is the perfect spot when you need a pick me up! Its located in the shopping center on Folsom Blvd by Raley's and the 99 cents store.Walking inside is very bright and welcoming! Good opportunities for cute pics as well. The owners are super friendly. You can tell by the way they treat all of their customers. I came here after work and tried their Sweet Tart energy tea. Just one sip and I was HIT with flavor and energy. Mind you it only has 1 gram of sugar! It doesn't taste like diet or anything. They also have really cool boosts like probiotics and collagen that can be added to any of their drinks! I'll have to come back to try their shakes.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The owners were very friendly. This place has a very warm feeling, like if your at someone home. We ordered the Sweet Tart, M&M Delight and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Let me tell you, I'm not a tea drinker and the Sweet Tart was so good. I personally couldn't tell it was tea and drank it all. My kids had the shakes. I tasted the M&M Delight and that one was really good, both of my kids loved their shakes. They are meal replacement shakes and they really fill you up. They upgrade your shakes from a small to large on Wednesdays. We will definitely come back.

Shake up the day with a positivi-tea! I love tea. I drink at least 2 cups of tea everyday. I came here after bootcamp class so I can use some energy to keep me active the rest of Saturday. I got a full schedule day ahead. I was given a warm welcome by the owners. It was obvious this is a family business the minute you walk me. Friendly and intimate vibe. I ordered the Watermelon Cucumber shake. Wow, it was so refreshing. Cool cucumber with a hint of watermelon. It wasn't too sweet and taste like jolly rancher! They also have shakes that are like meal replacement packed with B12, protein, boost of fiber, collagen, and etc. Lots of yummy choices. I'll come back to try one of the shakes next time. They also do pre-order bake goods with protein. I had the protein snickerdoodle and white chocolate cookies . It was moist and delicious.
