Date night at India Oven, yes please!We love this place for indoor Indian dining in EDH!

Location is very cute, ideal for hanging out. Acai bowls have an acai base mixed with apple juice for sweetener which is not traditional (Brazil uses Guaraná syrup for sweetener) and it's just not what I think of when I am craving acai. Maybe a good low cal option for others. Will try something else next time.

Blends AÇAÍ BOWLS are amazing! You get a great amount of volume for the cost. It does not taste ultra sweet like other places (Jamba Juice & Nektar). These bowls taste like fresh fruity goodness. This bowl will fill you up for sure.

So I had seen this place a couple of weeks ago while walking my dog. I wasn't quite sure what type of store it was by looking through the windows. On one side of the building it appeared to be a bar and on the other side it was said to be a tanning studio. Any way I was again in the area so I went inside to grab a protein drink. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted promptly and happily. I ordered a cake batter protein drink I assumed it was made with milk so I asked what kind of milk and she said all of our drinks are made with water. I ordered a small because I wasn't sure if I would like it. It was delicious and the price was only $5.00 that's an extra plus in this day. Right ? I asked some more questions and was told this is a Kava bar that relaxes you. It stays open until 1 am sometimes. I've heard of this stuff anxious to try real soon. On the other side of the business is a tanning salon with items for sale that seem pretty interesting and also clothing items. The vibe in the bar is chic coolAnd relaxing. I can't wait to come back for some relaxing Kava.

This is one of my favorite places in El dorado county. Not only are their food/shakes absolutely wonderful but the family who owns Blender is nothing but pure amazing goodness. They radiate positivity and offer a sense of family you just can't find anymore.I've had multiple shakes and they are all incredible but what you really need to try is the colossal banana bowl - i think it's top 5 best things i've ever had in my life and it's packed with so much protein and love.Their late night Kava bar is also really fun and has a great atmosphere for a night outI cannot recommend Blend enough.

Chill new spot in Town Center, we came for the Kava!It's a nice change of pace compared to having alcohol and a more relaxing experience. Helps to unwind after a long day and put yourself in a good headspace.I recommend trying it prior to dinner to maximize the effects and experience.

My friends and I have come in a few times for the smoothies and kava but the manager Jaiden was extremely rude and has some of the worst hospitality I've ever encountered. He cussed at my friend from across the room for eating ramen then took it out of her hands and threw it in the trash. Don't recommend coming here. The Root of Happiness team in Rancho has way better hospitality and kava!Edit: Since I am unable to respond to the owners comment. The manager yelled "you can't fucking eat that in here, it fucking stinks, throw it out or I will" and then ripped it from her hands. I understand the outside food policy, and she should've thrown it out the first time. However, simply asking her to leave due to not following store policy would've been the most appropriate response in my opinion. Physically removing something from a guests hands, is inappropriate and unprofessional. Regardless of what a guest is doing, I've never seen a manager escalate a situation to a physical level. How would you feel if yourself, or a family member went to an establishment and had something ripped from their hands?

Customer service matters, even in 2025. No customer wants to spend their hard earned money for poorly made beverage. I cannot patronize a business that cannot display at least a basic modicum of respect and appreciation for the customers that allow it to remain in business. Ownership, you should take this as a coaching moment. Customer service matters.

I've been coming here since they first opened. My coworkers and I would come down after work and have such a blast! We bet both the owners, they are wonderful people. They were always so sweet and informative, they made a welcoming environment that was so enjoyable. I love the concept/balance they have going on, I'd occasionally get their protein shakes and they were amazing!! I love that they aim for a healthier option especially because my fitness is so important to me. The other day I dropped by on my lunch because I had just gotten my wisdom teeth out and couldn't chew anything. The girl at the register was super sweet and accommodating!! Unfortunately by the time I got back to work I wasn't fond of the shake at all. I ended up dumping the entire thing after my first sip (which I shouldn't have done). I was in the middle of service so I was unable to step away for a few hours. When I came back, there was a taller male working, I was very polite explaining the situation to him and let him know i typically don't ask for refund and I wasn't trying to be rude in anyway! Especially since I understand seeing as I manage a restaurant myself. Half way through talking he cut me off and asked me which shake i got, i let him know and he told me "well that's on you, those aren't advertised to taste good. It's a greens shake." i let him know I understand and pointed out it was listed under "premium shakes" on the menu, he then followed up with "well i'm not giving you a refund, those cost us a lot of money" which i completely understand, but I was upset seeing as that was my lunch and i was unable to eat all day. I asked him if i was able to speak with a manager, to which he let me know was himself. I asked if there was an owner number i could call, or somewhere i could leave feedback and he told me "yeah that's me, i can give you a number but it's all gonna come back to me it won't matter" i politely asked him for the number and he proceeded to plug in his phone, begin playing music, and snickering/ignoring me for a few minutes. When he finally acknowledge me again, he said "my phone has to charge, so you're gonna be waiting a while" as I had just watched him plug it in and select a song. I let him know, I know he most likely has his own phone number memorized and it was okay and I left. I couldn't care less about the refund, but the way I was treated was disrespectful and rude. I would've been totally okay with a "i'm sorry, unfortunately i'm unable to provide you a refund since you don't have the product with you." and i would've been on my way, but the way he handled it was belittling and felt like bullying. There was no reason for him to handle the situation that way, especially in a silent room full of guests. I was really disappointed in this visit especially with how much I adored this place. I hope that the owners are able to view this seeing as he refused to give me any other way to provide feedback. Again, I don't care about a refund or the shake at this point, it's how a "manager" is treating guests. I've also spoken to a few of my coworkers and they seem to be fairly familiar with him, but not in any positive interactions. More so in situations similar to mine, of being disrespected. I cannot speak for them seeing as those are not my personal experiences, I ended up calling back the next day and asked for his name which I believe is Jayden.

Loved the relax comfortable vibe and friendly service. I'm not sure I felt much from the kava which was a first try for me. Maybe I needed a second one or more of an empty stomach?
