Where do I begin? Black Oak Mountain Vinyards is one of my favorite wedding venues to DJ at. They always do such a great job providing an awesome wedding day for their couples and make everyone feel like royalty. The views are unbelievably beautiful and the options for guests to take pictures are endless. Black Oak Mountain Vinyards is one of the number one wedding venues in Northern California hands-down! Also, the staff is genuinely amazing at making you feel at home and welcome. It truly is their pleasure to serve you. Black Oak Mountain Vinyards definitely deserves a full five star review! Stunning!We recently held our wedding at Black Oak Mountain & Vineyards.I cannot say enough good things about this venue.The day we toured the beautiful property and met Jane, we knew immediately that this was the place for us! Jane was so helpful and accommodating throughout this process.We rented the property for our event and added 2 nights so we could take full advantage of this amazing estate. We were so happy we did this because it allowed us to really experience the estate to its fullest in a less chaotic way.The property itself is literally breathtaking. The 360 degree views of the sprawling hills was the perfect backdrop to our event...you'll save on flowers and decor because the views provide the eye-candy!The sunset is spectacular so make sure you arrange for sunset photos with your photographer. The estate itself is immaculate, comfortably sleeps 6 and is decked out with everything you would need for an overnight stay.We received SO many compliments from our guests on the venue. Many saying it was the most amazing they'd ever seen! Our guests took so many photos of themselves there too! LOLI already miss it so much and hope we can revisit the property on our anniversary!I highly recommend having your event here! You will not be disappointed!

Truly can't say enough great things about these folks. We had our wedding at the estate and we couldn't have been happier with the service as well as the estate itself. The views are as good as they get and the service from the Black Oak team truly blew us away. They went above and beyond for us with any little question we had and made our special day as perfect as it could possibly be. Thank you Black Oak!!

There were quite a bit of major things that didn't go as planned. I understand that nothing is going to be perfect, but I believe that the things that didn't go as planned were avoidable. For example, Meat bees (we should have had been pre-warned about the bees. We would have opted to have the reception inside had we been made aware). Many guest told us that they couldn't even enjoy the food because their plates were swarmed and they were afraid to sit outside due to the fear of being stung. *Although most of the guest were shuttled from the barn to the home and greatly appreciated, my 90 year old blind grandmother had to walk up the dirt hill to the ceremony after my mom was guaranteed/approved that she would be "golf carted" up to the top of the hill by staff. I was told she was very terrified. *Guest were allowed to wonder around in the backyard before the start of the wedding and a few of them were able to see me through the master bedroom windows. I thought the back of the house would have been sectioned off to prevent me from being seen. *There was a visible trash can next to the table and entrance of the barn where guest walked in. Unfortunately, the trash can will be captured in my pictures. I thought the trash can would not be right next to the entrance. *I spent hundreds of dollars on candles and they were not set out at dinner nor at the walk up/stairs entrance to the wedding ceremony. (Candles were the theme of my wedding). I thought I made that super clear that that was what I wanted. * I bought a ton of plastic silverware to be placed next to the cake for the guests. My sister had to ask a staff member for forks. The staff responded to my sisters question by stating that the guest were told to keep the same fork they had for dinner for the cake, which was unacceptable. *No prior notification of when the house workers/staff would enter the home. There were a few occasions when Shana entered the home without announcing herself and she was in the laundry room standing quietly. She stated that she was doing laundry but when I looked in the washer and dryer, there was no laundry in either machine. This was early in the morning so most of my guests were still in bed and the laundry had been done the night before by Anna. We were uncomfortable and unsure as to why she was just standing in the laundry room. Also, the morning of checkout, someone even took the bedsheets off the bed when I went back to the master bedroom to lay down for a moment. This was approximately 2-3 hours before check out. I was hoping to relax for the last couple of hours before we vacated the premises but was unable to. Ultimately I don't think the quality of service measured up anywhere near the amount of money we spent of this venue that didn't include any decorations. We were aware nothing was included but with the cost alone we expected we'd have more prepared staff. Me and my family which included more than 10 people helped set up night before and day of wedding up until we literally had to walk down the aisle. I thought BOMV staff would be more prepared as they do weddings weekly. Remember no plates, silverware, or napkins for guest. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION. Your wedding is so much more than a pretty view.All photos attached are decor I or my family bought and own. Not one decoration will be provided by venue.

Attended this venue for a wedding and a reception. A wonderful experience! 360 views were spectacular! Wedding was on a hilltop. Reception was a short walk down the hill to "The Estate," where the beverages and light faire were served. (The newly married couple stayed overnight in The Estate.). Afterwards, a shuttle ride took us down to the venue for the reception dinner and dancing. Dinner was catered and it was served outdoors. Dancing was indoors with wide openings to the outside. A top flight affair.

Black Oak Mountain Vineyards is breathtaking! Picture doesn't do this justice. Amazing views, exceptional customer service to take care of any bride and groom.Simply amazing crystal infused infinity pool and beautifully furnished venue to host a wedding or event with its classic yet modern vintage style barn for a dream wedding!Pink Bliss Events can't wait to host a wedding at this venue!

We were lucky enough to randomly stumble across BlackOak for our wedding venue and couldn't be happier. The place is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Jane is a 10/10 and will do everything in her power to make your wedding perfect.

If you're looking for a gorgeous venue set in the foothills surrounded by nature and stunning views, this is the place. Jane and the staff are amazing and super accommodating. The venue has an amazing barn and exquisite estate with every amenity you could possibly think of. Definitely a one stop shop for all of your wedding or special event needs!

Absolutely beautiful venue! We hosted our wedding in the barn at Black Oak Mountain Vineyards and we couldn't have asked for a better day! Our wedding day was drizzly and chilly, but with our smaller reception the barn was able to accommodate our guests and keep them comfortable with the heat on. This venue is truly magical and breathtaking, after we toured this venue we knew we didn't need to look anywhere else and nowhere else would compare. Jane was wonderful and helpful during the tour and just as great to work with throughout the planning process. I loved that they had the farmhouse tables I always dreamed of! The staff did a wonderful job setting up the ceremony and reception tables and chairs as requested. Everyone that we encountered and worked with was kind and worked with us to ensure our day was perfect. It is truly a beautiful wedding venue site with amazing views!

This venue is absolutely stunning! The house and barn have the best views and decor. All the staff were kind and helped make our weekend the best. Jane was very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the planning process.
