Birria Boys are coming n mi barrio so I definitely had to try this hile in the wall (no pun intended) inside Shell Gas station off Elk Grove Blvd/Auto MallThe birria meat is as advertised Juicy/tastyI also tried the fries w all the fixins & Yes birria meatThe tacos must be eaten fresh or as soon as possible otherwise the consomé will make the shell soggy...Otherwise it's delish street tacos Give them a tryYou will be surprised !

Hidden gem! The line was long and very consistent they were out of a few menu items and offered substitutes. This was a delicious meal and worth the drive .

Don't miss out on this place. I've had my fair ahare of Birria around Sac County and if you're ever in Elk Grove for whatever reason, this is the place to go for anything birria. It's hidden away in the Shell gas station, but oh is it worth it. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They are happy to explain any part of the menu to you. The food is made fresh, the moment your order is placed. OH! And the toppings are free!I ordered the Party Pack and, oh my goodness, was it worth every dollar. When they told me it's called the party pack for a reason, they meant it. It was a total party experience for my mouth.The birria tacos have a perfect crunchy cheese layer from the grill top and there is always a cheese pull guaranteed with every bite.The Torta Birria was my most favorite part of the whole experience. When eaten fresh, the bread is not soggy at all and it even had the perfect crispy edges from being toasted. The meat itself practically melted in my mouth and I didn't even need a toothpick afterwards. Paired with the salsa given to me, it was simply divine.5/5 I plan to hit up this spot more often. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who loves birria and supporting local eateries.

Saw this place on Instagram and decided to try it out. They opened at 4 and we got there right at 4, but it took a while for all the workers to get there on time so waited another 10-15 minutes to order. The order took another 15-20 minutes to order, maybe. On Tuesdays they have buy 3 get one free so that's what we did. Each taco comes with cilantro, onions, sour cream and cheese. If you buy 3, you get consomé included. I feel like for the price, you could add a little bit more meat to it. They didn't include napkins nor utensils in their to go bags. Overall, it was good. I might try it again in the future if I'm in town again or might go try somewhere new.

Omg! Omg! Omg! Do not walk!! Run to this delicious spot. Very friendly staff and fast service. I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely visit this place again soon.

Food was good but the lady is rude. The Boys had good customer service but she didn't. She had a miscommunication with me about sauce. I had asked for the consume but she kept saying salsa. i told her i'll pay extra for it at the register but she said it will come inside the burrito and on the side. So when we got our food i was looking for the consume broth and i went up there to ask for it, just for her not to add it on the receipt at all. i understood it was a miscommunication but she kept throwing attitude saying i didn't pay for it and to look at the receipt when i thought she did add it on. I didn't like the way she was talking to me and All i'm saying didn't need to raise your voice when i was willing to pay that extra 4$ for a miscommunication.

Both owner and cook are friendly. Food is tasty and the prices aren't sky high. Highly recommend if you are in Elk Grove

Food is good, However the woman behind the register was very rude. Will not be eating here again if the service stays the same. I highly recommend some customer service training for that seemingly miserable woman.

YUMBirria Ramen was very good and there was a lot of food and meat, so definitely worth the money. Steak fries were also very good, would place them around 7/10. They aren't special but that the other menu items make up for it. Best Birria Ramen I've had so I'm impressed. Service was good and everyone was nice, no complaints there. Overall, super excited to have some good Mexican food in Elk Grove. It's also very convenient that it's located inside the Chevron, as one could buy a quick cheap drink along with their meal. - Yay
