Big Boss Cafe

If you haven't been to Big Boss Cafe in front of Home Depot, it's probably because it blends in perfectly with all the tough sheds outside. But let me tell you--this place is a total hidden gem!So, my fiancé sent me on a Home Depot run (classic), and I knew he'd be hungry. Enter: the Black Cadillac combo. You guys... this sandwich is life-changing. Tri-tip, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lettuce, tomato--all piled onto a toasted garlic roll that dreams are made of. I grabbed chips and a lemonade too. They let you fancy up your lemonade with flavors, but honestly, the regular lemonade was so good I didn't even bother.The guy working there was awesome--super friendly and even gave me a military/healthcare discount (I didn't even ask!). Everything was packaged perfectly while I ran inside to do my shopping. When I got home, my fiancé was so impressed with his sandwich that I'm pretty sure I earned myself a free pass on chores for the rest of the week. He couldn't stop raving about it!Moral of the story: next time you're at Home Depot, skip the sheds and hit up Big Boss Cafe. Your taste buds--and maybe your significant other--will thank you too (wink, wink)!

For a shack in front of a Home Depot, they know how to whip up a delicious f****** sandwich.I got the tri tip dip. I wish they gave me more au jus sauce however the sandwich was fantastic! The bread was soft, the tri tip was a little fatty, but good, the pesto was amazing, the onions were bussin, and the cheese was alright. Highly recommend for a quick grab (if there's no line).Not to mention they even have VEGGIE options.

One of the best spots for a tri-tip sandwich. I come here almost weekly and am never disappointed. Always great service. Recommend to everyone to give it a try. Personal fav is the Smokey saucy with fried onion chips. Amazing.

The guava palmer is hands down the best drink EVER!! And this is double tri tip black Cadillac!! So good!! Staff is super nice but food is better.

This was perfect! Bf chose spot, kudos to him. I had the Cordova club substituted cheddar for provolone, This was the perfect sammich. I liked the length, amount of filling and sauce. Sauce was delicious. The guy that was there was super friendly. I also had an iced coffee macadamia nut hazelnut and toffee. Too sweet for me but I should have guessed lol bf had their lychee drink and that was really good. I would come back especially if I'm on this side of town! I would also say for prices going up on everything this is a good spot to not hurt your wallet.

My husband is a huge sandwich fan and was curious about this place since it's next to Home Depot. When you think of a great sandwich place, a place right by Home Depot doesn't seem like it'll wow you but they received so many stellar reviews on Yelp, that my husband wanted to try them out.Service was 10/10. My husband said the service was great and the owner was a really nice guy. He was very friendly and customer-oriented.The sandwich itself was 2/10. The sandwich was lacking flavor and there were limited options for toppings. The bread was also too crispy. My husband didn't like it, he said it was flavorless, but asked me to try it to see what I thought. I tasted it and it really tasted like nothing. Also, the price was pretty steep, around $13 ($9.50 for the sandwich and $2.35 for extra meat), for a sandwich that didn't taste good or like anything at all.We love to support small businesses and that's why we tried this place out, and while we appreciate the great service, this place is off of our list of places to go back to.

Big Boss is THE Boss of the Tri Tip Sammie and All-Beef Polish Dogs! The service was fantastic. I was greeted by a very welcoming gentlemen, served my drink promptly (cherry limeade which was perfectly flavored), and given a well packaged and hot Tri-Tip Dip and Denmark Dog. Both were AMAZING! I wanted more Remy sauce bc it's SOOOOO good. All the sauces and toppings are used to build flavor - not cover. Do not miss Big Boss Cafe!

Food is great and the service is outstanding. It's close by where I work and just outside of where I shop so it's the best of both worlds for me.

Amazing sandwich and delicious hot links with some good kick! You need this in your life.

My girlfriend and I stopped by randomly and ordered one turkey pesto and one black Cadillac to share. We loved both of them! And you should definitely try the meyer lemonade with a splash of cranberry & a cherry limeade, both absolutely delicious. We'll be back Big Boss!
