Better Brows Threading

No Eyebrow style is much better and fast aslo cheaper I try there while ago so again I started go back to Eyebrow style

She was kind and that's all I got. I asked for brows to be tinted. And I have had this done before at other places never have I ever ended up with an orange eye brow She didn't have an array of colors or tell me my brows would be this color. Until after she put it on and she didn't take off the henna I had to do it myself. Yes you get what you pay for for 6 bucks. If ur a red head give it a shot as for me never will I come back for this

Amazing service, the lady did my brows just how I like them and she was super sweet. They even offer henna brows. This is definitely my new brow place. Support small business's!

Her work was good before but now it's nothing great. When I go I usually get my eyebrows and sides done which take around 20 minutes. I also make an appointment because I take longer than the average person who only get eyebrows done. Anyways now when I go, if someone comes while I'm getting threaded she tells them the wait is around 20 mins which is too long to wait for them apparently. So instead of losing her WALK IN client she asks me with an APPOINTMENT to get up because they are eyebrow only or upper lips. I agreed the first few times out of kindness but now she has taken it way to far. She stopped asking because I've refused and I told her I also have places to be so instead she will go really fast not removing hair and cutting my skin because of how fast she is going. I have so many cuts around my face because her other clients are in a "rush". Another time, someone walked up to her as the thread was on my eyebrow asking how long the wait will be she had the audacity to turn around answer them and pull the thread taking a giant chunk of hair. She then blamed me for moving. This wasn't my first time getting my brows done, she herself has been doing my eyebrows for years. Truth is she doesn't respect her clients and she doesn't care about the service she provides. All she cares is how many clients she can get in and out. Her salon focuses on first come first serve but it's really more like I'll service you but if someone comes in needing something faster, I'll help them then come back to you. I'm so done with this bs system. I'm making appts so I don't have to get up in the middle of the service but that doesn't seem to work either cause she has no problem providing horrible service. Learn customer service. It's either first come first service or appts. Respect your clients and their time. For anyone reading this, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
