4 stars for the tripa. Tried this place for the first time ordered from grubhub. Ate the Tripa taco first so it gave me a good impression. It was extra crispy and enough flavor to my liking. The pastor super fries were good too. Although I thought the pastor flavor felt like it was from a jar flavor I once bought from the store before, so it wasn't a wow for me. The carne asada flavor was "different", not my favorite of the bunch and usually carne asada is one you can't mess up on but the flavor was lacking a lot and had more of a fattier taste to it. Overall, for a togo order, I appreciated the portion. I would go back for the Tripa only.

This restaurant is the truth when looking for good food. My first visit was in 2001 and no matter how far I move their food brings me back. I have tried most of the menu and have not been disappointed. Here is my latest stop through for 2 steak tacos plain (my choice).

We've been coming here for about 3 years. It's very convenient since it has a drive thru, and is close by. But lately, we've been going to non drive thru Taquerias. The service is always great at Beto's, the staff is very friendly. But the food is just so so. Rolled tacos are ok-make sure you tell them extra crispy. Breakfast burritos are hit and miss, (lately not good) and the chicken enchiladas are ok. The beef burritos are also hit and Miss-the beef could be more tender. BUT the beef Birria soup is very good. Again, very convenient if you live close by or want to go to a drive thru, staff is always nice, but if you have time to spare, might as well go to a Taco truck or order to go at a restaurant on Northgate.

Ordered delivery and was very impressed that it arrived hot! The steak burrito was a little oily, but definitely filling. Huevos con Machaca was excellent - perfect amount of meat, veggies, and eggs. Wish there had been some salsa included - did not see an option to order it. Would definitely get the Huevos again!

The breakfast burritos suck here. I asked them not to put too much potatoes in mine and they didn't. But it looks like they mix the egg with the potatoes here beforehand. There was hardly any egg or sausage in mine. This is an old trick some restaurants use. Don't order any breakfast burritos here. You will definitely be disappointed

It's not bad, the service wasn't all that great but I get it, the line was long. I was in the drive through and greeted her as I got my food and she slammed the window without responding. I understood though Bc they had a long line.On the drive home, I thought about the price. Somehow $11.99 on the menu turned into $16 after taxes? I'm guessing inflation is inflating so fast that the menu updates can't keep up. I'm also guessing the real price of the fries are around $13.99 so maybe add $1-$2 on the menu for every item.The food itself was hot. The fries are basic fries without any seasoning. No beans. No pico de gallo. And the sign at the drive through indicated an extra charge if you get salsa. Reasonable portion. Overall, it was okay. I probably won't go back for the fries.
