Beto's Tacos

It's been a decade since I've been here last. The breakfast burrito is smaller then I remember. Fine for me because I shouldn't be crushing a crushing that much food in one sitting anymore. It needs more potato. The tortilla was super toasty. The salsas made the burrito decent to pretty darn good.

I bought 20 breakfast burritos for an event. We asked to have them cut in half. And got 5 Chorizo, 5 bacon, 5 sausage, 5 veggies. And people inhaled them! They were huge! I called the night before you place the order to be ready at 6am! I showed up and sure enough the order was ready to go! With napkins and salsa compliment! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much! The staff was super nice!

I ordered 2 queso birra taco with beans and rice. Instead I got 3 tacos and a can of coke for $19. Not worth this at all, WTF?

Hungry after a full day and having skipped lunch, my friend and I stopped here for dinner on her recommendation and it hit the spot for me with large portions, quick service and a clean dining area.We both ordered veggie burritos and shared chips and guac, which came with hot, nicely salted chips covered with a healthy amount of guac and shredded cheese on top, gracing my hungry taste buds in bite after bite of warm, melty, comfort. The veggie burrito is huge- I've eaten for dinner and lunch and still have enough for another meal.The employee who helped us offered us salsa, and gave us 4 containers of it, which I thought at first might be too much, until I saw the portion of the chips and guac- it was the perfect complement.Beto's drive-thru is open 24 hours, which I might take advantage of on a late night after work sometime soon. Beto's Tacos - 2234 El Camino & Howe, The $17.00 BurritoThere are certain creature comforts that remain a staple in our lives, sometimes they are also referred to as guilty pleasures. One of mine are breakfast burritos from Beto's Tacos. For years I have enjoyed the occasional Breakfast Burrito from Beto's on the way to work. For the longest time the price remained at $7.75, yet I would request the addition of Ham and pico de gallo. This was always a $2.00 up-charge for "Extra Meat". Not a problem, because it was still worth it.I went there last week and put in my regular order, Sausage, Egg, Potato Breakfast Burrito and add Ham and pico de gallo. I found out that my once $7.95 burrito had risen in cost to $9.75. The up-charge for the ham went up to $4.00 as well. That was double what it once was from $2.00, yet it was still worth it to me, because they make a darn good Breakfast Burrito.Today, I ordered my usual and thought nothing of it. When I got to the window, the cashier said; "Okay, that will be $16.97!" I was taken aback and asked, what did I order? They read my order back to me and said that there is a $6.00 up-charge for extra meat. Six Bucks for extra meat! That is 2/3rds' the cost of the actual burrito! There had better be a pork chop hidden inside this burrito.To my dismay, there was no pork chop inside, just cubed Canadian bacon. From the picture, one can see that there is ham in it, yet the burrito is slugged with mostly potato and egg as filler. $17.00 for a Breakfast Burrito and I did not sit down inside, get served a glass of water or a cup of coffee. I am afraid that will be the last Beto's Breakfast Burrito I will have. These drive-thru places are going to price themselves right out of business. It is not that they do not make a good product, but their pricing needs to reflect how one is obtaining said product and what it is. I would expect to pay nearly $20.00 for a burrito if I was sitting down at Carmelita's in Roseville, not hitting the drive-thru Taqueria on Howe and El Camino.

This place is very inconsistent, my orders are made wrong most of the time. Last tonight "they couldn't understand" my order, made me wait till I was on the window to ring it in, waited hella long, and still made my order wrong. Con el nopal en la cabeza and they don't speak Spanish.

Craving some chips & salsa, I made a beeline for the drive through right off El Camino the other night. I ordered a side of refried beans, along with a side of pico de gallo and chips. None of it left me disappointed; the beans were well-seasoned and not too greasy, and the chips were perfectly salted. The pico was a tad onion-heavy, but it was still delicious. If anything, I'd order another side bag of chips - they're a good value for the $1 price tag, I just wanted more to dip in my beans! Will definitely be back with a bigger appetite next time, to try a burrito or one of their MANY other menu items.

Great food! Came here after work around 11:15 and left at about 11:25-11:30. Very friendly customer service. I wish I got a bigger side of guacamole as I am a big guac fan. This was my first time here and didn't realize it was the 1 oz cups

Yo no regreso. Está es mi tercera y última vez. La primera vez fue hace varios años atrás. Mucho ha cambiado desde entonces incluyendo los precios. La comida tiene buen sabor. Los baños son un detrimento y cobran por los chips en vez de incluirlos en el precio. Quizás quieren evitar gente que se aprovecha y le coma los chips sin ordenar quién sabe. La verdad es que comparado con Garibaldy y otros restaurantes alrededor ya no vale la pena venir. El lugar está echado a perder. Los baños están muy sucios y descuidados y el salón se parece al baño. Pienso que así mismo está la Codina y por ende mi comida. Si suben los precios arreglen cuando menos el lugar.

Open 24hrs! Yessss. Love it ! Thank you Beto's!. Drive through open 24 hours . We need more places like this . Good food
