Wow! I was looking forward to trying to pizza for a few weeks and it did not disappoint! We ordered a pizza, Benji's fries, and wings. Everything was delicious. The fries were good but I feel like they were missing something. Regardless, they were still really good! The feta and basil on the fries was new and tasted good. The pizza was to die for. And the wings were really good. Very friendly staff! We will definitely be back! We wish they had one closer to us!Ate the food too fast and didn't take any pics lol

Craving pizza for dinner after a movie so went to Benji's. So glad we did. We got there around 5:30 so we were able to find a table quickly. Three of us and we couldn't agree on a pizza, so of course we ordered three because who doesn't want pizza leftovers. Husband had a Hawaiian, brother-in-law had a pepperoni and olive, and I had the carnivore and asked to try the hot honey on a couple of slices because I just wasn't sure if I would like it or not.Apparently on Thursdays, they have a special of buy one pizza and get the second one half off - so that worked out nicely...always happy to save a few dollars.My husband enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza...had more than half left over...ate a couple slices for lunch today (loved it even more than last night)...and will have the rest for dinner. Air fryers are great for heating up leftover pizza (or pretty much left over anything). Brother-in-law enjoyed his pizza last night and haven't heard a report on the leftovers yet. I loved my pizza last night (and the hot honey was delicious), enjoyed a cold slice for breakfast and will have the rest for dinner.Service was great from the moment we walked in. Tables were clean and organized and was a really nice friendly, casual atmosphere. We live about 30-40 minutes away, but will definitely be back because it was that good!

AMBIANCE: HOT - we went in November, it was steamy in there and it doesn't feel like there's circulation... HILARIOUS - Imagine, if you will, that you're steadily melting down as the combined heat of the fire from the pizza oven and the spice from your food starts to mount. Someone is preparing a pizza while humming the River Lullaby from Prince of Egypt; they're on key and it's a good song anyway. Suddenly, another customer asks for oregano, the cashier replies they don't know what that is, the customer then said it is a spice..., and then the cashier said "oh our stuff is not spicy"... while I'm eating something covered in fresh jalapeños, hot honey, and red chili flakes... so many comical things in this experience. Just wish I had a beer to go with my entertainment. Their garlic chicken ranch and hot honey ricotta are what dreams are made of. The pizzas are fairly thin and cut like squares. My family and I recently ordered a half and half of the two and barely had leftovers. Their ranch sauce is also made in-house and a must have. We made a special request to add artichokes to the garlic chicken ranch side and that was missed though. If you're super particular, make sure to check the pizza before leaving. Mistakes happen though so I'm not knocking off a star for it. They were also super friendly taking the order over the phone and in-person.

Found this place here on Yelp, loved the variety of pizzas they offer. My boyfriend and I ordered the Bianco and the Shroomin pizzas and they were both delicious! Highly recommend. The inside is cute and clean. Employees were friendly as well. We will definitely be back.

Benji's is a prime example of why a wood-fired pizza is better. The pizza I just enjoyed here, the all-meat Carnivore, was delicious and flawlessly prepared due to the woodfire oven and periodic rotation. The high temperatures from the oven result in a richer-flavored pizza with an incredible crust.Since the high heat of a wood-fired oven cooks a pizza in fewer minutes, this allows the toppings to retain more nutrients, natural sugars, colors, and freshness. No dried-out or limp toppings here. The intense heat from the wood also adds a subtle smokiness.The high heat also creates the perfect crust that is crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The intense heat from the oven walls helps seal in moisture in the crust and gives it that slight char.Constant rotation of the pizzas while in the oven allows them to cook more evenly and the air in motion will help the dough to rise and create that fluffiness. I seldom get a pizza packed with such flavor, and authentic looking while this healthy and fresh. The Carnivore is made with San Marzano red sauce, mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. The red sauce was also spot-on: sweet, tangy, balanced, and fresh. There are 17 pizza choices. There are meat and meatless options but meat toppings can be added to any. Aside from the traditional Italian meats, there is chicken and shrimp. The Bianco and Hot Honey Ricotta are their two most popular choices. The 12" medium and 24" family style are the two pizza sizes.Pesto prosciutto or tomato basil sandwiches, Benji fries, fried mozzarella puffs, garlic rosemary bread, and chicken wings round out their menu.My pizza was amazing! Most patrons are true devotees who appreciate a great, authentic pizza prepared the traditional way in a wood fire oven.

We were introduced to Benji's Woodfire Pizza by some good friends. Benji's is a family-owned business that is passionate about sharing their family's recipes. They are super friendly, funny, and hospitable!The restaurant has both inside and outside seating availability. The decor is simple but modern with b/w photos. One restroom only (funny and clever sayings in there).The oven's top degree was 500°+ with the floor temperature 770° degree oven. It was impressive that it was self-rotating. Regardless it was churning out some delicious hot pizzas!Benji's Bites: fried puffs, marinara, fresh mozzarella, basil, parmesan (4/5). The puffs were crispy yet chewy inside. The toppings were classic Italian.Pepperoni Pizza (12" medium): San Marzano red sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella (4.5/5). Simply classic. The little pepperoni curls up and puddles with the reddish oil that most people would wipe up, but it's so good. Just the right amount. Bianco (12" medium): olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, fig preserves, arugula, proccuito, balsamic glaze (4/5). This unique flavor mixes savory with sweet. The savory from the cheeses and meat coupled with the sweet from the fig preserves and balsamic glaze. Their pizza crust is all flame kissed which gives it a nice charred look and also provides the crunch a good pizza has. Yet the crust was slightly thick, which was airy and chewy in a good way.Only canned sodas, perrier & bottled water. Overall, 4.5 stars, rounding up because they were very friendly and loved their passion.Come support this local business! They've only been open since Dec 8, 2023.

After watching a movie, we decided to have pizza. We don't know the area and as always we Yelped. Yelp lead us to a great wood-fire pizza place like only my fellow Yelpers can do!Service was excellent. The owner even described his wood-fire oven to me. It's pretty cool and one of a kind. Everybody was friendly and made very good recommendations. Food was mouthwatering and Yummy to a capital Y. Thin, Wood-fire pizza at its best. We had the Hot Honey Ricotta; just the right amount of spice. And the Benji's bites were delicious and really hit the spot at the end Ambiance is very comfortable and you can smell the wood burning in the oven but not overwhelming. Do yourself a favor and try Benji's Wood-fire Pizza. You will not be disappointed; bring the whole family.

Grateful for the menu options. Half and half honored with $2 charge. Shroomin + Sweet and Spicy Piggy. Wowie, yum! Great pizza. Made quickly. Space itself is cute and small. A few tables for outdoor seating too. All drinks are sold by the bottle. Water and soda noted. No alcohol noted in the fridge. There's a brewery down the street that you can carry the pizza over to. Yes, they'll allow outside food there.

Absolutely love this shop and all they stand for. Hard work, dedication to a very specific and unique craft, and an amazing finished product. I am always looking for pizza shops and of course, wood fired pizza is a favorite amongst all connoisseurs of the crusty goodness. We found this place on a Friday night after running errands and couldn't wait to try it out. The shop is cozy the vibe in the air is very friendly and welcoming and the aroma of dough soaks the air. Such a wonderful start. We ordered the medium prosciutto pie and it was a thing of beauty. Salty, fresh prosciutto, peppery fresh arugula and the ooey gooey burrata dolloped strategically across the top. A lovely drizzle of balsamic vinegar syrup and that's it. The fired crust is chewy and delicious. The perfect char but still allowing for the gluten to shine and the texture of the crust is exceptional. Perfect bite of salty and sweet and peppery goodness. Benji's bites are insanely good. The canvas is a savory pastry bread that is part pizza crust and part baked goods. Very funky texture that I absolutely love!! Sauced just right and the pop of basil is nice as well. We met the man behind the operation and he was super cool. Very kind and humble man and I want us to help continue to grow and expand.
