Beat the Room

Took four 13 year olds to the Krampus room. They had a blast and the staff made it a lot of fun. Great time!

Me and 6 of my friends came here today. We arrived early and filled out our waivers. They began reading the rules at our scheduled time despite us being there early. They informed us if we went to the bathroom it would be part of our time because our time started when they read the rules. The rules took more than 5 min of our time felt almost like 10. Then when we went in the room they set the scene which also took up time. We were down to maybe a little over half our time (hard to say, no phones allowed). We tried asking for the time back that it took to read the instruction and eventually i think they gave us maybe 5 min back. Overall the Sherlock Holmes room was fun, i just wish we had more time or the full time to "Beat the Room"

We'd definitely recommend Beat the Room. We had a group of 6 half of us never had done an Escape room before. We chose the Sherlock Holmes theme. It was fun to all work together. They do supply you the option of calling your assigned expert staff member when you get stuck. We all felt like you can't just do an escape room once. We'll be back! Thank you for the very helpful staff.

With my knowledge I believe Escape Krampus is a seasonal escape room so definitely book it before it's gone! We were a party of 6 and all of us enjoyed the escape room we did. The room we did was Escape Krampus & highly recommend it! This escape room involves scare actors so if you love interactive horror escape room definitely recommend! Without giving too much, if you like creepy & scary this escape room will blow you away! Other than that, the waiting room before entering your escape room is lovely. The decor is super eye catching & there are various brain puzzles on the tables to play with while waiting for your room is being prepared.

It was fun and immersive - the only thing is one of the locks was broken so we had the right code but it would not open so we spent a good few minutes in it and the game master had to come inside the room and open it , but we didn't get any time back on the clock so we didn't make it but we were a few steps away from winning.

Definitely worth it! Krampus room had live actors and definitely gave a good scare. Will be coming back because we weren't unable to beat it.

This was just an amazing experience for my family and I. Both my wife and 7 year old son loved it! Waiting for the game to start was a breeze because they supply you with fun puzzles before the game is ready if you have to wait. The minute it began the narrator fulfilled his role and performed amazingly! He kept us laughing throughout the game, but he still allowed us to do our thing. All three of us participated and it was so heartwarming to see our son finding clues and connecting the dots. I absolutely recommend this and plan to return. This is a perfect outing for older kids on their own, a couple enjoying a date night, a family looking to bond, or a team strengthening their relationship. Many have tried, many have failed, but WE Beat The Room!

It was organized so well from the booking process to the experience itself! The quality of the room (the pirate themed one) was awesome and there were some cool special effects that really made it feel like an "escape". Noel was an awesome host and greeted us on time, offered water as one of us was thirsty, explained instructions clearly and concisely (in character), and just had a fun energy about her making it an overall fun experience. She was attentive whenever we might need a clue and it was such a blast! We had a party of 5 and everyone left feeling great about the experience. She even let us use some of the props and snapped a few fun photos for us to take with us. We definitely want to go back and try another theme.

Very helpful staff, but also feel our time in the room was shortened with instructions and rules. No one in our group had ever completed an escape room so were a little lost as to where to begin, which took more time. Maybe that's the objective so you want to come back to finish the room. That being said, we all had a great time and plan to return.

Very bad did. NOT tell us that there is live actors that scare you we got kicked out because the actor ran into one of my siblings and the person watching us on the camera thought we hit her terrible escape room
