Updating review:They seem to be taken over by new chef and employees but the past 2 times we ordered our food via Uber Eats, it has been mediocre.Dined in this Sunday and we will not be visiting them for a while now.Food quality has become average. Meats are tough. The goat in the curry and Biriyani is so chewy. All appetizers have been tasteless. I can say the only saving g grace has been the mango lassi but that doesn't say much.Disappointed. Hopefully we find a good Indian food replacement in the area.

Great food and fantastic service. It's so good to find an Indian restaurant in El Dorado Hills that serves truly authentic Indian cuisine with the spice level that's fiery and hot. I've been there 3 times in the last 2 months and I can't wait to visit again.

I really don't appreciate when people don't take accountability. They did not send rice with the butter chicken and they blamed me for not asking for it on the site when I ordered it. I worked all day and ordered delivery because I was too tired to go out. It's not something to put a check on, it is always served with basmati rice. I have ordered here online, by the phone, and eaten in for the past 10 years. I love their food, but they have ALWAYS lacked in customer service. Sadly, this will be my last order from bawarchi, as now I have to go to a restaurant closer to home to order rice.

Worst customer service. It's like they want to lose customers! Because my computer wasn't working I couldn't order the Tuesday Biriyani special Buy 1 get on 50% off. So I called and asked if I could order on the phone and still get the discount. They said it would be fine. When I arrived to pick up and pay for the order, they refused to give me the discount. Seriously?! $10 just lost them my future business. I went across the street to Indian Oven instead for dinner.

We got the Lamb Curry, Goat Ghee Roast Biryani, garlic Naan, and mango lassi and it was absolutely delicious. loves the intricate flavors and spices and even heating it up as leftovers still tasted so good.
