Bar 101 Eats & Drinks

Let me put it in perspective FOOD wise...My wife and I live in Elk Grove.... Last time we visited here, she ordered the classic burger with a beyond patty, and I ordered the delicious peanut butter and jelly style burger with a beyond patty. We also ordered garlic fries and Mac and cheese bites. We still dream about these burgers! We will drive across town for these burgers. They are that good! And the atmosphere is chill, as well.Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back! Bookmark and visit today.

The Mac&Cheese bites are so good and a must try. The burgers are good but nothing to write home about. We went on a Monday night and they were understaffed especially given it was the night of the national college football game. The poor bartender was running around working the bar and whole floor by herself. We stuck around and played trivia which was as fun activity. It looks like they have several nights with different activities to bring people in.

Server was very nice, attentive, and food was great! We came for lunch with our teenager and was able to play pool (3 games for $5) and had a great time! We got the Hangover Burger, Cowboy Burger, BLATO and some onion rings. Very tasty and great proportions. And, let me tell you about the restrooms. The women's restroom was the cleanest I've seen at a restaurant in a very long time. The restaurant too was also very orderly and clean and the windows....not a single finger print in sight. Those kind of details make me feel confident in the food safety and security overall health of the establishment - I am impressed!

We eat here at least once a month. We love the servers/bartendresses & the great food. Such a warm, friendly place. We have tried most of the menu, but the fish & chips & sandwiches & burgers are all the best. Check out their website for entertainment, too!

Nice lunch for me this weekend as I visited this bar for the first time. Love the area and was hanging out for something new. Near other nice stores, took a late lunch here. LOVE the fried pickles! The classic burger and fries were perfect. Server gave good attention without rushing.Located at a three way intersection, parking can be found in several directions with in a block or two. Outside seating is usually available but the wind and chill today, best to keep inside. Clean and plenty of seating available. Took a window high top table. Enjoyed the environment and food a great deal. And I hear they have live music on sometimes.

Love this little pub, one of our special place to go. Customer service is so friendly. Got to know Brandy and Michael and also the cook Thomas. Always had great food there

Well, this was a bummer. We first dined here early 2023. It was fantastic. We entertained family here. Fast forward to August, then today, October 5th. Our favorite was their fish & chips. soggy fish and soggy chips. Today, more squishy fishy. Fries were good. Tonight was terrible. Our order was for takeout. To make matters worse, I was feeling generous and tipped 20% for the bartender and 20% for the chef. Chef status doesn't apply anymore. I gotta say, the past 3 places we've eaten at have raised their prices and reduced the portions. I'll be spending less for dine-out from now on.

me and my wife discovered this place last Nov. We went there for our anniversary. It was a Friday and it was busy downtown Roseville. We lucked out with a table right as you enter in the corner. We go to enjoy music, great food, and drinks. The menu isn't huge but they have a good variety. The beer selection and drink menu is good for a smaller place. We went again for our anniversary as we enjoyed it so much. again food and drinks were great as so was the service. luckily it was during the week so it wasn't as busy as i am on crutches and needed some extra space. Definitely check it out.

Been here a couple times and it was a good standard to get a burger, fish and chips, bar grub... that type of stuff. They have a nice outdoor patio area and a large interior, with live music at certain times. It's a popular restaurant. Soooo, we dropped in on St. Patty's day for lunch. The entire old town area was buzzing with revelers, which is awesome. We were seated outside, and our server came by to get our orders. But, then we waited and waited and waited....For an hour and 15 mins.... We watched other tables get seated, order, eat, and leave... still there we sat. Server only came back once to tell us 'our' order was in... In where? another state? I went in to speak with the manager, and she simply indicated the kitchen was backed up due to the volume of people. Yes, it's crowded, but yes it is also a huge dining/bar day, that they should have prepared full staffing for. And, why are others being served paid and gone...? Not happy at all. The experience really changed how I feel Bar101 is being managed. Maybe we will come back on an 'off' day, maybe we won't.

Best burgers around. French fries are Delish too. And, they have Jones Root Beer________________________________
