After reading many positive Yelp reviews we were excited to visit this store, but had a disappointing first visit. Croissant used for my sandwich did not seem, feel, look, or taste fresh; additionally, my lunch order was not prepared/delivered as ordered.Also, the too-abundant oil from the side pasta salad was seeping into the half sandwich sitting in my plate while I was eating the other half; and, dessert/bakery items purchased, save for a brownie, again did not taste, feel, or seem fresh. All that said, great, pleasant service...

Omg! Seriously WOW! I spotted it while on the hunt for something quick. The service is astounding, I walked in and let the girl at the counter know I had not been there before. She told me all about the amazing owner, Helen, who makes EVERYTHING from scratch. Cute and small, not much room inside, a couple small tables and chairs. A few outside as well. I got stuff for my work family. It smells so good I am having a hard time not tasting them!

Wow this place is soo good!! Cinnamon roll was phenomenal!! The look of their other baked goods looked amazing as well, will have to come back to try other items. They make a great mocha latte as well. Overall great breakfast!!

I stopped in yesterday and purchased a blueberry muffin and apple strudel. The gal told me after plating the muffin that it was day old and she would discount it. The two items still came to $14.50! The quality of both was horrible. The apple strudel was cold, heavy, and had an underlying peanut flavor. I left wishing I would have returned it and asked for a refund. I will not be returning.

Wow, I'm shocked that this bakery is so highly rated. Lemon scone was an absolute sugar bomb, had to scrape it off the top to make it edible. Raspberry Scone, also very heavy handed with extra large sugar crystals. Another no for us. It's enormous but I'd take quality ver quantity any day. Pass.I'll return for a taste of the almond croissant which was recommended but sold out.Owner wasn't very welcoming, was 11AM closing time?

First time here. This is one of those hole in wall, down home, grandmas cooking spots, on steroids! A lot of items were already sold out (which speaks volumes as to how popular it hey are), prices are low and the sizes of everything is large. Great value and quality food! You can taste the love that goes into these goodies. I'm guessing the recipes are good old fashioned treasures that have been perfected over time. Soooo gooood!The mochas are delicious too, not overly sweet and is a nice balance to go along with the sweet pastries. We ordered a sticky bun and a cinnamon roll. They are huge and so very good! I cannot wait to try the baked breads and other pastries. If you are looking for a hidden gem with great pastries, bread, coffee and other goodies, you won't be disappointed here! Our two huge cinnamon rolls and two large mochas came to $18! Great value! We started eating the rolls so fast, I forgot to take photos of them. I will surely be back!!Edit: this was so good we came back the next day to order some things before they were sold out! Added todays pictures to the review.

Huge & pretty pastries here! Not much filling inside the almond croissants and bear claws though and the bread could be a little softer. Still, if you're craving for these types of pastries then they're still worth a try. The lady at the counter was super sweet. I visited on a weekday afternoon and looked like half of the pastries allotted for today were already gone.

Helen is amazing! Her lemon scones are my favorite but the blueberry and raspberry are SOOO good too. The staff is sweet and it's a cute little bakery. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious! The cookies are GIANT. Completely recommend. My family loves this place

Today was my second visit and there definitely won't be a third. I knew I would be ordering a ham and cheese croissant but my husband wanted to explore the other pastry and sandwich options. They have a display case but it's empty and the pastries just sit on racks behind the counter. There are no labels or placards so you can't really tell what any of them are specifically and the only visible menu is full of lunch items they don't begin serving until 11:30. I had to ask the owner around 5 questions until I learned that they have one breakfast sandwich. I got the feeling she just expected us to know what was on the menu. The owner didn't seem interested in answering any of our questions and suggested maybe we go somewhere else across the street. Finally, we ordered 2 croissants and a latte. She overfilled my latte with foam and insisted it would be fine to just put the lid on it and handed me the lid. I put the lid on it and the overflow spilled onto the counter. I asked for a napkin and she pointed and said "over there" to one single napkin on a counter and then said "I should probably refill them," but just stood behind the counter and didn't move. It felt like being in an episode of the Twilight Zone.The croissants were cold and not flakey at all. The latte was good but nothing groundbreaking. Would not recommend.
