I went to bad bakers to pick up a box of staxx (their version of seniorita rolls) if you've never had these they are amazing! They are Filipino style breads that are made with condensed milk and butter. They are so light fluffy and delicious. The only bad thing about them is that you want to eat more than one! A box of 30 was only $19.50 and they came in a cute box and were pipping hot and fresh! You definitely want to eat these within 15 minutes cause they literally melt in your mouthThe staff is friendly and menu is really extensive. They have tons of speciality donuts that have unique toppings like cereal or ube. I haven't tried their donuts but they do look good. One bad thing is that the shop is located in a tiny plaza and parking can be tricky. I'd advise going during off hours or just wait for a spot to open up Try out their staxx rolls when you visit. Also if you sign up for their rewards you get 2 free staxx for signing up!

Senorita Bread. Stax. Star bread. Whatever you wanna call them. They are absolutely addicting! Need something to bring into class, the office, the station, church, the brunch... these are that! They're ten times better than donuts. And you may eat the entire box before you get to your destination...The staff is always super helpful, nice, and quick! Love this place! Check it out!

The highlight of Roseville is undoubtedly this charming bakery! I absolutely love their ube seniorita rolls, - buttery, soft, and fluffy! Their chocolate cruller is another favorite of mine - the chocolate is more like dark chocolate than milk chocolate, which I enjoy! The empanadas, a Filipino staple, are also a treat, offering a savory, flaky pastry that's filled with delicious goodness!I truly appreciate this bakery as a proud representation of Filipino culture, bringing creativity and authenticity to each bite! Keep up the amazing work, and I hope you find a home in the Bay Area!

They unfortunately took the name too literal. These were bad donuts. This place has potential but a huge let down. I bought two donuts and they tasted old and found a hair on one of the donuts. I wouldn't recommend coming here even on a Saturday midday. So let down.

Bad Bakers: A Sweet Tooth WonderlandIf Willy Wonka opened a donut shop, it would pale in comparison to Bad Bakers. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a heavenly aroma that could convince anyone they're standing in a confectionery paradise. Seriously, the air smells like pure joy wrapped in chocolate, sugar, and dreams. Now, let's talk about the service. These folks are pros. Friendly, fast, and on-point. The line moves with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine, but with none of the robotic coldness. Instead, it's warm smiles, genuine chatter, and pure donut enthusiasm. You'll walk out feeling like a regular, even if it's your first visit. And the donuts. Oh, the donuts. Walking up to the showcase is like walking into a dog pound where every single pup is adorable, perfect, and begging to come home with you. How do you choose? It's borderline torture. From candy-covered masterpieces to whimsically iced confections, there's not a single dud in sight. Every donut is a work of art--and not the pretentious kind, but the "I'm so good, you'll have to eat me" kind.To anyone reading this: get yourself to Bad Bakers. This isn't just a donut shop--it's an experience, a sugar-fueled adventure. Bring friends, bring family, heck, bring strangers. Just go. You'll thank me later (probably with a donut in hand).

Came here to get donuts and honestly this place does not disappoint. I highly recommend getting their mochi donuts, and also señorita bread.

Ugh, went back today because I was craving some Bitso, of course they didn't have any. The staxx were on point though. However the gluten free coconut donuts were touching the caramel nut donuts that weren't labeled gluten free. This kind of defeats the purpose. They also forgot the fillings for the donuts I ordered. The place was cleaner this time though so I'm happy about that. The cream cheese jalepeno bread was 9/10.

Food was ok . Service not so good. Server just left even when I was still asking some questions. The place looks nice. Cronuts look fancy but a little too sweet

very confused the ube stack didn't look like this a couple years ago. now these are what you'll get if you order ube staxx. I personally think it doesn't look good at all and the ube sauce they add just throws off the flavor and look of it. shouldve kept it to its original look
