Authentic Street Taco

Had a great experience with the Food truck here at the folsom outlets. Purchased 5 tacos and had the pastor,carnitas Asada all hit with great flavor and seasoning. My.kids got the chicken and cheese quesadilla and the demolished it!! Will definitely come back!! Come.see them if you are in the area.

Authentic Tex Mex. Chipotle is better. I don't know what I ate.But it wasn't okay.

The line at this place was crazy long so I just know it's going to be so good! Can't wait for my fries!

Street taco and burrito were amazing! Good portion and clean taste! Highly recommend if you see this food truck anywhere.

A food truck at the Folsom outlets - enjoyed loaded fries freshly made with all the toppings! Guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, pico de gallo, jalepeno & and spicy sauce which I assume is made in house because I've never tasted anything like it had a sweet heat chipotle kinda feel. We also enjoyed 3 street tacos (not pictured) tacos were prepared on corn tortillas but were soft - we also had the choice of 3 different meats- topped with salsa, cilantro and onions. added a bottle of water and can of sprite for a total of $37.I really appreciate the bowl came in a reusable container and there was not much of a wait time. Parked at the entrance of the outlets. Service was friendly and fast- nice option to have as there is no longer a food court.

Outside on Labor Day weekend at the Jazz Jubilee Festival at Doubletree by Hilton were parked a at least two food trucks, one of which a blue black truck with red and orange lettering: Authentic Street Taco.My $12 pork bowl was probably 90% white rice and vegetables, including beans, cheese, tomatoes and onions, and 10% fried pork bits. Nothing wrong with the bowl and it was filling and prepared in a matter of minutes , just not enough pork, and too much white rice. Covered with a layer of salsa over pico de gallo.Wife's $12 chicken quesadilla was the first quesadilla I've ever seen without being grilled. Flour tortilla was too soft and lacked the crispness needed from grilling. They skimped on the chicken.Checked out our neighbor's triple tacos, and they too were tiny in portions, being no more than 4" in length. One of those giving new meaning to "gone in 60 seconds". Probably the first Asian to complain about too much white rice in his meat bowl dish.

Best tacos ever! Very nice and fast service! Come check out out. If you love tacos come check it out. Better than my mom's!

Had them at an event in the Roebbelen Center and they were amazing! Longest line for any of the venders.
