The BEST piercing shop anywhere! Extremely friendly staff with superior knowledge, including phenomenal curation-think artistry on your ears! They've pierced my second and third ear lobes, a helix, tragus and a flat. I had the flat done today with my goal of using a 14k gold chain with three Rhodolite gemstone charms...can't wait until I can get that stunning look! They're easy to find at the Roseville Galleria Mall...park at the upper level at JCPenney because the store is located on the second level literally right outside the door of JCPenney leading out to the mall, on the left. The customer service here is absolutely awful!! I've been trying to buy jewelry from here for months on the phone and they never call back, or keep you updated on ANYTHING. I was finally in town so I decided to visit in person since communicating by the phone obviously wasn't workingI walked in and the workers were extremely rude and ignored me the entire time I was there, even though the store is tiny and I was the only customer in it (it was completely empty the entire time I was there). I'm not sure if it's because I'm black or wasn't dressed fancy enough to be deserving of basic customer service?? I've literally never experienced this at any other jewelry store I have over 10 piercings and am willing to spend a lot of money on a cohesive white gold setup since this is one of my main hobbies, but I 100% won't be spending it on anything at Auadore. I'd recommend ordering from BVLA, Modern Mood, or Sacred Symbols instead since they actually value their customers and take their work seriously. This has been an insanely disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

This is hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a piercing shop. I booked an appointment online and no deposit was required. I had an appointment with Jess Love and she was absolutely amazing. I got my nipples pierced and she was extremely professional. She talked me through the entire process and I was even emailed after care instructions. I went with normal titanium steel bars ($45 each) as well as a $30 piercing fee, per piercing. So $75 per nipple. I find that price point extremely fair. There is a lot of jewelry that you can pick from and the fancier you go the more expensive it will be. I highly recommend this boutique. I will be booking another appointment without a doubt.

I was excited to check out AuAdore and I was not disappointed. Jane helped me find the perfect pieces to upgrade my rook. The experience was personalized and Jane made me feel like an old friend. This place is gorgeous and will definitely wow you! I have already recommended this to all my friends and now encourage you to visit as well!

Very nice and professional but they don't have a regular round ear ring surgical steel so I accepted some ugly flat black piece just because mine fell off and I didn't want to keep it open. I just checked my credit card statement and $83 for a piece that I will never put on. Oh well nobody forced me and as I said very nice and professional.

Intrigued by this new business at the Galleria upstairs near Penneys. Upscale boutique, upscale prices. Focus is on the style of earring and willingness to pay. I am finding out a week after the earlobes were pierced for a top hole that I was kept in the dark about certain aspects, and some very important info was never explained to me.If you are on a tight budget, make sure you can afford the service. My total cost was just shy $300. I learned AFTER the piercing there would be additional charges which were never explained to me. If you leave an answering machine message, don't expect a return call. Shop gets busy and answering machine never gets listened to. I am disappointed with the experience and the info I never was told of. Not a great way to start a new business.

Can't say enough about this place! Great location and beautiful interior. They have a huge selection of gorgeous jewelry too. I took my 8-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced and it was such a great experience. The owner and piercer were so kind, patient, informative, and professional. Talked to us in depth about the procedure and let my daughter take her time until she felt comfortable. We love the results! If you have a child wanting to get pierced this is the place you want to go to.

The cleanest & most trusted piercing establishment I've ever come across. Every single one of the ladies that work here are so kind & knowledgeable in what they do. I truly trust their expert opinion every time I come in. The jewelry options are beautiful & never cause me any irritation which is one of many reasons I only go here for piercings as I am very sensitive. I highly recommend AuAdore!
