Ash and Oil

Food truck was at nittys cider, took about 10 minutes to get our food, very nice gentleman! We got the tofu wonton chips, they were amazing. The tofu is grilled, chips were crispy, a chili sauce & cotija cheese with sesame seeds! Will definitely get again.

We enlisted Ash & Oil to cater our company party this year.Great service, great communication, and great food. Ash & Oil was easy to work with, our email exchange was fluid, and they were able to work with us when it came to our budget. Will absolutely be keeping Ash & Oil in our repertoire of businesses to work with!

Tofu Asian Nachos (Vegan version). The wonton chips were so tasty. The tofu was LOADED on the nachos, which I greatly appreciated. They also have a tofu sandwich on their menu that I look forward to trying next time.

Ash and Oil is consistently out here delivering both a delicious menu and very friendly service, time after time. Next time you see them at your favorite brewery or whatever, be sure to check them out. Super balanced flavors and assertively quality ingredients.

Amazing food serving unique Asian fusion. Had the loaded hot dog and loaded nachos. The nachos had the lightest fluffiest wonton chips I've ever had and the toppings on both dishes were perfection.

We ordered right when they opened up so understandably took a little while but very worth it. The sandwiches were very good but the nachos with wonton chips were choice. I think doing the slaw instead of cabbage on the sandwiches would only make it ever better. Will definitely go again if I ever see them around.

I've been wanting to try this new (to us) truck and will definitely be looking forward to trying other menu items! Very nice people offered great service and Moonraker is always a great atmosphere

We had Ash and Oil outside of At Ease brewery.The food was amazing, very fresh, tasty, well seasoned. Service was quick and friendly! I'll definitely be having it again! Highly recommend!
