We just happened upon these art studios today. We were checking out the shops next to Fox and Goose and saw the sign that pointed upstairs to Arthouse. We had no idea what we were getting into. We thought it was the old art gallery moving upstairs, but appears to be a different business. This is a set of individual art studios showing off their pieces. Due to it's 2nd Saturday most of the artist were in there open studios showing off their works. There were so many great pieces. I had 2 favorites. I forgot the first studio we entered. She did a lot of beautiful landscapes. The other favorite was Erica Avila Art. I love the texture of her paintings. She uses acrylic paint and paints it on so thick that it's textured. I love it. They also had a nice spread of food for their guests. I had a little cup of delicious green grapes and a slice of apple strudel. It was a nice touch. I remember when I used to do 2nds Saturday. We used to serve wine.

This is the perfect way to spend a Spring or Summer Saturday. Having brunch nearby then strolling to the Arthouse to check out our amazing local art scene. There is a mixture of medias and styles and if you go on a 2nd Saturday many of the artists will be there and you can chat with them which is lovely. I've bought a few pieces over the years and they are proudly displayed in my home. Go support local art!

I love visiting this art gallery! It's located on the 2nd floor of the building. A ton of different artists have art studio space here and it's so fun to see all the different art and talk to the artists. I go on 2nd Saturdays during the art walk. Highly recommend! There are also a bunch of little local stores on the bottom floor of the building that are fun to check out.

There was some pieces of several different artists displayed in the up stairs hallway, but as always, the individual studio are closed to view their works. This is the second time I've been there and have to peer through windows to see anything.. I guess you have to make an appt. to view ?? Even then it would be one artist individually.. Kind of a waste of time.

This place is awesome. Creative mind central! It's located upstairs in the same building as Fox and Goose. I was here on a Saturday afternoon and it was quiet. Most of the people who have offices in the gallery were gone, but you can take their business cards and leave them notes outside their office doors if you are looking to purchase their art. Most listed hours on the front of their doors as well. There is something in almost every medium available. I was very interested in one of the sculptors pieces, but I'll have to go back when they're open! They do have a lot of art in their offices that are not available for viewing on the floor when the offices are closed. Great space, though. Very open and I can see visiting again. Also, you can take all kinds of art classes here, including pottery and photography. Many opportunities to explore your inner artist!

Beautiful collection. Artists studios are typically closed during the week but each artist has a few of their pieces displayed in the main gallery. Definitely recommend paying special attention to Varya McMillan's work. She has several beautiful post-impressionist works on display.

This is a great space on the second floor of the Fox and Goose building. I never knew it was even there until recently. This a great space with many rooms offering many varieties of art- photography, landscapes, abstract work, etc. I discovered the work of my new favorite local artist, Anthony Montanino. You should certainly go check this place, second Saturday or not.

UPDATE: I'm posting this to update my review. I'm leaving the original up for those who might have read it in the past. Kira (the curator) reached out to me on February 23rd via Yelp. She issued a refund & it appears that just as much attempts I made to reach out to her, she did for me as well. I was not scammed & she gave me a chance to pick up the piece if I'm still interested which I'm grateful for.

I absolutely love coming upstairs to see what new art will be in this beautiful historic building's upstairs gallery. With 19 artists, and 11 studios, there is different styles of art, with different price points - absolutely something for everyone!
