Arlington Brothers Sausages

We had them at Burning Barrel yesterday. It was bomb!!! Had the Cheddar Brat, Hot Link, and Hot Dog. Quality dogs and the pretzel bun was great.

Very much appreciate the vegan options! Had the vegan beyond brats while at Porchlight brewing. Friendly staff and good food :)

I guess these guys hit all the breweries. We had them at New Glory.Ordered a dog. Told me it would take ten minutes. I come back out in 15 minutes and he goes to take my order, I tell him I already ordered. He realizes who I am (I'm the only one ordering) and hasn't even started the thing yet. Not anything. Took my order and my money (12 bucks for one dog?) and then went on about his business - everything but actually making the order.Says to come back in 10 minutes.I come back - again in 15, I'm the only one. He goes to take my order again and I remind him I'm here to get the dog I ordered a half hour ago. Still not done. So I stand around like a moron waiting for my $12 dog that takes 35 minutes to make and the entire time I've been here not one other person has ordered so it's not like they're busy. I see the other guy packing up stuff so they're getting ready to go - making someone's order who's already given them their money apparently wasn't important.Finally get the thing. Give it to my wife (it was for her) and it was awful. Super super spicy. Inedible. You've got to be kidding. 12 bucks and 35 minute wait (when there was literally no one else ordering). This was on 3/25/23.I see other reviews similar to this one. I hate giving bad reviews to small business like this but when the "service" is this bad - it's deserved. I'm positive these guys couldn't give a flying yahoo like they couldn't give a flying yahoo about making my order - but hopefully customers will take note.

Tried this sausage truck for lunch today at log off brewery. I ordered the Chicken Sonoran Brat and the fiance made his own. The sausage was delicious as were all the toppings. I definitely want to try more styles. I recommend if you like sausage.

I've sailed halfway around the world twice, and grew up in the fusion food temple of the SF Bay Area and I give the heavyweight championship belt of specialty sausages to Arlington Bros! Hands down the best sausage combos on the planet. God is great, beer is good, and Arlington Bros. are amazing (and people are still crazy)

Came here for beers (Device brewery) but we got hungry and the sausage stand was outside, we walked up and found they had a variety of sausages: hot links, tritip, chorizo, beer and cheese, etc. it was a group of 5 of us, we all got a variety of them (Hot link was a favorite) but everyone liked the other ones too, fresh onion on them, a variety of mayo ketchup and mustard options. The buns were soft and the dog was juicy, I would love to eat here again! You won't be disappointed with the sausages here!

Highly recommend! Their flavors are great and they have such great toppings on amazing brats/buns. We got the garden brat $10 and the spicy chicken sonoran brat $10 with a bag of chips $2. It was great!! We would definitely go again.

Holy crap. I just had a tri tip sausage(I didn't even know that was a thing) all dressed with house mustard & ketchup, garlic mayo, soaked/sautéed onions, on an onion roll..... wow. I don't think I've ever had a sausage this good.I can't even compare it to anything. It's like if you take all the best parts of a tri tip off the grill with the perfect char then cross breed the offspring that garlic and mayonnaise made.

We smelled something strange from the parking lot. This was our first indication of sausage mischief. We get our beers from Out of Bounds and make our way to the back where there's this weird little cart resembling some sort of alien craft sitting there with a bunch of the best brand of potato chip in it's little window, emanating the same suspect smells that we had smelled earlier. He said it was the currywurst, but I've watched enough Ancient Aliens to know what that means. Overall, it was disgusting. There were so many options for sausages and condiments that I almost didn't want to order anything at all. The "man" working the space cart was so nice and accommodating, it was all I had in me to stop from spitting right in his face. Definitely don't order the sirloin chili. It'll change your life and maybe not for the better. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this was necessary this time. Continue to stop starting making deliciously disgusting sausages, space man.

The food is good but this food truck has become flaky. Multiple times my boyfriend & I have gone to different breweries just because Arlington brothers would be there & then it's a No show.
