Sushi
Edamame, Lion King Roll, Shrimp tempura roll with cream cheese, crab salad & avocado
Rainbow roll
Trying to demonstrate that the nigiri slices are unacceptably thin. If I were this level of thin, I'd be malnourished.
California roll on top and Lion king roll on bottom
Cherry Blossom, California, Rainbow Roll
Might look pretty but those nigiri slices are unacceptably thin. $29 for Sushi Deluxe. Not worth it.
K.K. Special and Incredible rolls! DELICIOUS!
Dinner bento box
Sashimi & sushi rolls
Sake $8.50 junmai by Sho Chiku Bai. Good enough though Kikusui junmai ginjo is best ($17.95). 10-18-23

My go-to sushi spot in Rancho Cordova.I primarily order to-go, and every time, the sushi is presentable and organized the way it needs to be to share with my partner and friends. Their customer service has always been timely, kind, and professional. The sushi is also affordable and fresh! Highly recommend.

The sushi restaurant was full when I arrived on Friday night for dinner with my kiddo. Lucky, we were seated immediately. We ordered right away but we had to wait quite a while since the restaurant was packed. The service was just ok - nobody checked on us for water refill. The sushi roll was on the smaller size than other restaurant we've ever been but the price was pretty affordable. - California roll: good and delicious- Sweet mango roll: our favorite! The mango was sweet and refreshing. The filling combination worked and it was tasty.- Galleria roll: the soft shell crab was crispy. The other fillings & sauce was good.

Located in a plaza filled with other establishments, Arigato Sushi sits right next to Belair. There are plenty of parking spaces since it's a shared lot. Walking into Arigato Sushi, you are warmly greeted by the workers there. There are a lot of tables mainly 2 or 4 seaters. Just to start off, my partner and I got the dragon roll, k.k special, orange blossom, and a Lion king roll, Overall, they are good portion size and their rice is fresh without the overwhelming vinegar taste like at other sushi spots. Some pieces of the rolls like the dragon roll and orange blossom had a lot of avocado to the point where I mainly tasted just that. Most of their rolls also have unagi sauce drizzled on and there aren't many salmon options. They mainly favor tuna for their sushi roll options. The lion king was the only roll that tasted more of the bland side. It was served warm but the flavor was lacking. The entire roll also kept breaking apart. Besides all that, I think the rolls tasted great for what it's worth! It reminds me of Sushi Hook prices in relation to their quality but unfortunately that's a bit too far away from me now. Considering that these rolls were 50% off and therefore ranged around an affordable $8-$13 per roll, I would consider this my go to sushi spot for now. I would come back here if I was on a budget and craved sushi.

Walking in I was seated right away on a Sunday Night. The restaurant wasn't busy and the servers are attentive but not overbearing. I do like their ascent roll with the fishes. Overall, all the rolls had a big avocado portion where it overpowered the roll with the unagi sauce. I ordered the Lion King, Dragon, Orange Blossom, and K.K. Special. Some key takeaways that I experienced is that the Lion king kept breaking apart but the rolls were decent size. The fish also wasn't fishy and came out at a decent time. I would definitely come back.

Price is definitely cheaper than say Mikuni or Sky but the quality isn't that great. Can definitely taste a huge difference. But worth stopping in if you need something quick.

This is my sister's fav. sushi spot, so we came with her on a random Tuesday night. Our experience wasn't the best, but she said it's not typically like that. The place was cute & the staff was nice, but I don't know if they were prepared for a busy evening. Our food took a while to come out and a lot of it didn't match the descriptions on the menu (or even the pictures in the menu). Their miso soup, tempura & spicy edamame were my favs. Super flavorful!

A lovely Friday afternoon. Just had some blood drawn after fasting all day.The venue offers both tables and booths for seating and is a bright and open space.I ordered a Bento box lunch with two items - grilled mackerel and shrimp and vegetable tempura. The box also included soup, salad, and rice. The presentation was nice and everything was hot and freshly prepared. The food was delicious and the service was good. The location is in a busy strip mall with plenty of parking allowing for easy access. I have been here several times and have always had a good experience. They offer a wide variety of sushi but I can't comment on the quality of their offerings. I recommend you visit here if you are in the neighborhood and would like Japanese food or sushi.

Great local spot with fresh, delicious sushi. Your typical sushi menu with many options. I hear their chirashi bowl is excellent, but I haven't tried it yet. I love going into a neighborhood joint and seeing the usual suspects. Same friendly no-nonsense servers every time I go in. Service is fast and responsive. They do get pretty busy.I love their sea steak. The fish portions are generous and fresh. Sauces are delicious. Miso, maguro nigiri and of course my kiddos always have to have a bento box, and they're never disappointed. I love the location. And delicious food!

I took a grandson for sushi, Arigato was his choice. I was delighted, too. Service was excellent, food was delicious, price point was fine, parking is plentiful and location is great. Grandson had a plentiful bento box. I loved my roll. We shall return!

My favorite Sushi restaurant is no longer a nice place to go. Terribly loud music blasting throughout, and very very loud customer a few tables over with no staff person willing to tell him to tone it down. So sad! I used to be a regular customer. No more.
