Love this park! Especially with the zip lining. This is a very fun park for the kids and adult. The park came with some kids workout fun equipments. The workout equipment is very fun for kids and adult to play together. Then they also have a playground that kids can switch around. When u walk to the other side of the playground they have zip lining! It's super fun, The only down side is there is lots of poop, probably from people walking their dog and didn't clean up after. So make sure watch your step! Wish they can help keep the park clean. This is a very fun park ! Will be back if in the area. This is definitely hidden gem.

This is a really cool park that's also a nice walking and exercise trail. There are 2 small playgrounds for kids, a short zip-lining set, and many exercise stations around a half-mile creek trail. It's good for both kids and adults.

(Adults can also try it)Has a sensory trail w sounds, educational materials etc.Has a tree house areaHas workout equipment for adultsHas toddler swings + 1 large seat one for schoolage kidsRubber bottom and not wood chips or sandHas picnic tables area w shadeCons:The only thing is that due to being right along sunrise blvd, it's super popular on the weekends and parking can be difficult.

Arcade Creek Park Preserve is a much needed slice of nature in this urban area. It's an enjoyable place to take a walk and in the early morning it's particularly peaceful.Whenever I've driven past this park on a weekend afternoon it's always buzzing with families and birthday parties in the large covered picnic area. There's more than one play area and even a zipline for the kids. Other amenities to the park include a guided sensory audio tour that is separate from the multi-use path, an array of calisthenics equipment, and a large deck area shaded by the oak trees with information about the native plants in the preserve. There's also a restroom and drinking fountains. The park preserve appears to also be well-maintained. On the handful of occasions so far that I've taken morning walks here it has been really clean and there's usually a park employee blowing leaves and emptying trash cans. That said, the main path isn't illuminated and the park closes at dusk, so not exactly a place I would do an evening walk. If you're in the area, this park preserve is worth a visit.

Last Tuesday on National Take a Walk to the Park Day my boyfriend and I took my daughter to this amazing park preserve her grandma Michele M recommend we should check out! Where do I even start!? They have plenty of playgrounds/play areas, exercise equipment for adults to get some exercise as well and lots of space to walk around and explore nature! We enjoyed watching her ride on the zip-line, swing on the swings, go down the slides and eyes lit up to blooming flowers, etc! I would highly recommend this park located here in Citrus Heights, my daughter had a blast, we will definitely be making a return visit soon while the weather is nice!

We try a new park every time trying to find the best one in the area. This one will be hard to beat. Definitely becoming regulars here and I'm not a big park guy.

This park is very nice for the neighborhood it is in. It is a little sketchy when you are driving in as the neighborhood is not very nice. We visited with my young son and was hoping there would be more my husband could do with him. My son fit in the infant swing and loved it but the bigger swings had this bar contraption that held my husband in and made it impossible to hold my son with him. I can see how that would be good for older children. The slides are twisty which would also be good for older kids but not conducive for my husband and son to go together. As it is a pocket park there are no bathrooms, but there were porta potties which I didnt check out

Yep. I'm the one giving this park the 3 stars! My kids live it. They call it zipline park...cool. They have a great walking trail too with little play area stops along the way. The nature preserve aspect is very impressive! Here is the problem...rampant drug use! Literally EVERY TIME I am here there are people smoking weed, hooking up with their drug connect or something like that. I even found a loaded pipe under a bench on one visit. TRUE STORY. You can't make that up! On today's visit I had to wait for an open parking spot because there were 2 being occupied for a drug deal. Awesome! Another sight that makes me so excited for future leaders of this country..a mom with 3 kids under 8 and the 4th in a car seat..just sitting at the bench along side her kids just rolling up her blunt! She proceeds to let the older kids play while she takes her infant to the tree area to get high. Now, I saw you drive up with all 4 kids...you're driving home with them after this? Fabulous. Citrus Heights finest park.....

I don't know how else to explain it other than calling it a "progressive playground"! There are several playgrounds / structures one after another along the bike bath. totally immersed in nature... just lovely! My kids of course LOVE the zip line the most! I'm deducting one star because we couldn't find a bathroom anywhere. When you have young kids, this is pretty important, IMO.

This park is an adventure I wasnt expecting. Multiple Playgrounds, nature walk to explore, and a zipline this park is truly a different experience from other parks that your child will love.
