One of the best Halal burger spots in Sacramento!! The service is simple place your order and wait for your name to be called. Ambiance is nice nothing fancy. We decided to order combo #1 mild spice level and added a side of Mac and cheese. The burger 5/5 The fries 5/5 The Mac 3/5 was plain wish they added the same seasoning as the fries. Overall would definitely come back.

Had came here during the summer and totally forgot to leave a review, my bad! Some of the best fried chicken in town. It beats the basic fried chicken chain allegations by a mile. Angry chicks has the heat levels down right. Went with the medium heat and although it tested my temperature I never backed down, can't imagine going any hotter haha.Their inside decor is filled with murals and cool artwork. This is a really fun and hip environment. Crowd was flowing in and out the entire time but the wait was never too long. I went with the two piece combo and fries, sensational all around. Fries were the best. Great seasoning and crunch to every bite. Chicken was huge. Loved it. I need to go back asap to try the loaded mac and cheese. And get some more fries. While eating here I thought "I need to bring my son here." Places that instantly remind you to bring your loved ones to are always 5 stars!

I love a chicken sandwich. I got the two sliders, mild spicy, with fries. It was tasty and a LOT of food. The chicken spice was from seasoning rather than from sauce. There was seasoning also on the fries. I think I prefer a saucey spicy chicken sandwich, personally. However, the service was great and quick. The restaurant itself is very unique, full of colorful and art murals. It looks very nice.

Lunch today at Angry Chickz. Grabbed food to go for the office. The hangry fix bowls are amazing at medium spice. Highly recommend if grabbing food at any of the Angry Chickz locations in Sacramento.

After curiously walking by Angry Chickz hundreds of times, I finally got to try it this weekend. I was very excited to see how it compared to my favorite hot chicken place.I ordered the Angry Mac: "Two chopped tenders over fries with mac & cheese and secret sauce."Customer service was good. The cashier answered my (many) questions without getting annoyed, and it didn't take very long to receive my food.When I received my order, I couldn't believe how packed the bowl was. Given the size of the to-go container, my bowl was as packed as it could possibly be.The portion size was very generous. It took me all day to finish eating this, plus I was still too full to eat any breakfast the next day.The seasoned fries were bomb. Very salty, but some of the best I've had. Even though they were on the bottom, I tried to mostly eat them first (since fries don't last as long or reheat as well as the other ingredients).The mac and cheese was very good. Very cheesy. It went well with all of the other ingredients.The chicken was incredibly spicy-- even spicier than my favorite hot chicken place. I had asked for the "hot" level of spiciness, and could barely handle it.Unlike the competition, the flavor wasn't sunk into every molecule of chicken flesh. It was mostly added to the outside. The inside of the chicken was still great, but just not as impressive as my favorite place.I really enjoyed my food, but would agree with some of the other reviewers who said that the heat mostly comes from an excess of seasoning.Overall, even though I didn't like it as much as my favorite hot chicken place, I still really liked my food, and would like to come back again to try some of their other bowls.

Lol, was not expecting it to be so good. But do not try and eat this alone, definitely something you can share with someone else... unless you want to gain 5lbs lol. Cust service was average at best. They weren't rude but also aren't the most pleasant customer service reps you'll come across. But, the food is so good, I'll still be back! Lol!

The food was good overall, but the staff were a bit irritated. Gets pretty busy. Conveniently close to my apartment but not sure I'd continuously crave it enough to go.

Great chicken sandwich and who doesn't want to eat two! Crispy fried chicken and with the seasoning you can taste. Fries are really great too

I have been here a couple of times so I will start out by saying the food is good. I decided to try the Mac and Cheese bowl with the extra hot chicken. Everything was fresh and my wife got the slider and strip. Food was served quick and hot and customer service was great. This time my oldest convinced me to try the reaper strip. Warning it is hot as advertised. ‍ I took a big bite and that's when the trouble started. Mouth on fire, eyes watering then my youngest (14) decided to try an even bigger bite and by the end after he returned from the bathroom he looked like he had been pepper sprayed. It was quite amusing. The bad part was the reaper killed my appetite and I wound up not finishing the bowl. When I go back I will know my role and go back to my extra hot and stay far away from the reaper.

Overall food tastes great but very stingy with the sauce and specially the fires it literally had 10 fries in the box. Also after we nicely questioned the amount of fries we where given a lot of attitude from worker.
