Clubhouse for HOA members only and their guests. Newly remodeled clubhouse interior, nice facilities, great pool area. Exercise equipment, sauna, steam room. Pool table needs some refreshing, but otherwise great. Hot dogs (weekends) are great.

A great clubhouse that is more like a country club. I have lived in Anatolia since 2013 and I absolutely love coming to the pools! There is an amazing gym with many treadmills and even 4 Pelotons for anyone to use. Overall a great place to raise a family and it is close to 2 brand new shopping centers that include a Raley's, Go 4 Pizza, Jamba Juice, McDonalds and a lot more! Another great thing is the snack shack. It is very reasonably priced and has a lot of good food and drinks. Staff is friendly and everything is very clean.

Being apart of this community is awesome! This clubhouse is the hub, smack dab in the middle and hass everything to offer! There's a newly renovated pool, which includes a kiddie pool, lap pool, and community pool. Life guards are there in the summer time and there's a snack shack that has great bites and light snacks for a fair priced. The gym is also nice, equipped with basic treadmills, elliptical, weights, etc. there's a room that usually offers TKD, Zumba, and yoga! You can also drop your kids off at their "daycare" for a few hours while you get your workout on, and on days the daycare is not open, it's an open play room for kids!! There are billiards on the second floor and a few empty rooms upstairs and downstairs that you can rent out for various occasions, all info you need us up front! You're even able to bring guests (2 per member for free, 5.00 thereafter I believe) and enjoy it with all your friends. All service members are kind, curteous, and attentive! Proud to be an "Anatolian"!!

We have lived in the community just under one year. We decided to rent a large home here to see if we liked the area. The clubhouse is beautiful and amenities are several. BUT, there are RULES regarding the use of pools that are not enforced. You have kids running, jumping, throwing tennis balls in pools, parents simply just letting them. Laughing and paying no attention.8 saw this young man get hit in the side of the head with the tennis ball and nothing was said. He and his dad left the pool. The rules ? There are no rules! My husband and I personally try or tried to use the lap pool every day. But, it's a shame to have to change OUR schedule to the time the parents allow their kids to jump, play with floats, etc. in the LAP POOL. This is not the rule. This pool if the "PARENTS" would read the rules....clearly states. Exercise and Lap Pool. We have kids running from one pool to the next jumping in on top of people doing laps. It is absolutely ludicrous. Management has said they will fix this. And, yes we have had the front desk come out on a number of occasions and they ask them to leave, but to not avail they are right back. Which makes the front desk doing a job that pool monitors should be doing. But, we have none.Oh, and also....we since have learned .....people from other communities want to make friends with you to actually be guests here!!!!!!Needless, to say we will not be buying a home in the Anatolia Clubhouse Community.......

I'll start off by saying that the overall community is nice and the amenities at the clubhouse are worth every dollar you pay the hoa. My only complaint would be the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere ! Seriously, what is there to look forward to? The closest store is Walgreens ! There's nothing but families that live here . I was conversating with a new friend I met at food truck night, and she agreed that this wouldn't be the most ideal place to live in if you're not raising a family . I love the clubhouse though , you can rent it out , workout at the gym, swim in the pool, play pool/foosball, and even have conferences or meetings here . What's there not to like? There are also tennis and basketball courts in front but, I feel like the guys who play at the basketball court on a daily basis swear they're Kobe Bryant . They get pretty cliquey and only allow their friends to play with them. Ohh well! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯I wish the gym was open later . It would make my life easier . Another thing I just have to mention is the stinky cow smell that fills the air every week. There's a rendering plant nearby and you can smell it throughout the entire neighborhood . I'm not complaining though , the neighborhood is nice and remains the same since my first visit to the clubhouse 9 years ago. If you happen to be in the area, Don't forget sactomofo food truck nights every Tuesday from 5-8! It's a great addition to the community and I definitely enjoy it .

Liz or Elizabeth at the front desk is in the wrong line of work, extremely rude and condescending.

I have been living in Anatolia since 2019 but haven't been able to get my member card since covid hit us. Decided to go there today to take my 10 months old baby for the first time to a pool but that didn't happen. I had bills that showed I'm a resident at that address and my ID which shows the same address. All of that and I was told that the owner of the property needs to fill up a form to add us as residents. Do I need to bring my home title with me I guess? It just ruined my experience and the experience of a child to be by a pool for the first time. Thanks staff
