Kevin is woderful and his food? OH MY GOD!!!! Just look at the pics. If you can look and not druel, you are a better person than me. Im still going through Bounty trying to dry off my tablet. DAMN!!!!

What a great experience!!! Kevin put together an amazing menu for the party I had at my house for 35 people. His creativity allowed us to come up with something that worked perfectly for my guests and the space where I was having the party. He had great ideas that I would've never thought of. The food was spectacular! It all went well together and the presentation was perfect. There was never an empty plate or chafing dish. He made use of my kitchen and space with no need for me to provide anything, he provided everything and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he started.

We found Kevin through a referral of a referral. I was looking for a special meal to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and he came through in a big way. He worked with me on designing a three course meal, was great at communicating, showed up on time, made a great meal, and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

We had Chef Kevin cater for our wedding with 60+ guests. Our guests were very pleased with his customer service and food. We had sort of a Hawaiian themed buffet for our wedding. The appetizers were potstickers, Shanghai rolls, and wontons. All of them were delicious but my top ones were the potstickers and Shanghai rolls. Our main dishes were the Kailua pork, Korean flavored beef, huli huli chicken. The guests loved all those dishes as well. The huli huli chicken was smoked and amazing! My favorites was that and the beef. There were delicious side dishes : Mac salad, vegetarian noodles. It has to be the best mac salad I have ever tasted compared to all the Hawaiian restaurants I've eaten at. I love how he accommodates and adjusts the menu to what you desire so he did add in the vegetarian sides like we wanted. Will definitely recommend him for weddings and events.

We had an amazing meal last night cooked by Chef Kevin. He worked with me to design the menu and communicated well leading up to the event. He made appetizers and then buffet style sit down dinner for 25 guests. The food was delicious and the crowd very appreciative. His experience in fine dining was very evident. And he assisted with cleanup (I used the real china) which was so very helpful. I would highly recommend Chef Kevin for your next event.

We had Chef Kevin prepare a dinner for my Mom's 85th birthday..and he made it so special ! The food was delicious .. especially the crab cakes ! He was so polite and made each of us feel so special. The dinner included so much food that by the time the main course came out.. we were stuffed but.. then came the creme brulee..and we were able to make a little more room. I would recommend Chef Kevin to anyone ! I plan to do another party early in the next year and he will be the one I call . Thank you so much for getting into the mood and singing along with the 70's hits with us ! :) Great service, Great Food ... Great evening .....( and the clean up was amazing .. left the kitchen spotless )

We booked Chef Kevin for a special family reunion at Lake Tahoe. There were about 18 of us ages 9 to 82 and Chef Kevin was able to make everyone happy. The food was amazing! I had the pan seared miso-Yakima sea bass with ponzu butter sauce and it was out of this world! Our whole dining experience including sights, sounds, incredible flavors, and chef's joyful spirit was something we would definitely want to experience again! Thank you Chef Kevin!

Chef Kevin is phenomenal! We hired him to cook for a group of 20 women for a bachelorette party and he exceeded our expectations. He worked with me to create the perfect menu and executed everything perfectly. The food, presentation, professionalism were all outstanding. highly recommend!
