Always an excellent meal! My husband and I enjoy the food at Allez so much, that we dine there once a week! The restaurant is very small and intimate, so you have to get there as soon as the doors open at 4 PM for the dinner rush. But, it is well worth it, and you will not be disappointed. The employees there are absolutely amazing and super friendly. A special shout out to Shane, Joy and Nadia!

I dare say the best Caesar salad in the Sierra foothills. Exactly what I want in a Caesar salad... exquisitely fresh lettuce dressed with a sophisticated amount of indulgence and croutons that are equally crunchy and chewy, obviously all homemade with love. It's the only place I know of to find escargot within 100 miles of my house, and I live 55 miles away.I'm so delighted to have stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Not related to the food, but worth mentioning, the bathroom experience is very nice. Compared to so many restaurants (of the same caliber and nicer) who use commercial paper and soap products, which are mostly awful, Allez values their guests' basic needs with luxurious paper and soap products. Small detail, but means a lot.

Unfortunately, this used to be one of our favorite restaurants to frequent, but the last few dining experiences has me writing this review. The whole family is disillusioned. They have cut corners! Smaller portions and the quality of food does not taste the same. Pastries dry and over the top sweet. I'm sorry but the owners should ask for help because they look burnt out and need a break. It's time for them to either step back or refine their tastes again, get the passion back into the vibe of their food. We thought we could count on them when dining out but unfortunately we won't be back until we hear of a positive upgrade in food.

Allez has it all - authentic, classic French cusine, exceptional service and delightful ambiance. My husband and I fell in love with the Cassoulet Maison, Boeuf Bourguignon and Coq au Vin. The pastries were delicious as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My mouth is watering just thinking about the meal I had here the other day. I got the chicken & bacon sandwich "Lunch Box" and it came with a side of the freshest, most delicious, Mediterranean pasta salad. I finished it before I even took a bite of my sandwich! But once I did take a bite of the sandwich I was in absolute heaven. Super tasty chicken, incredible bacon, and the best house-made spread! My meal also included a wedge of cheese, the cutest baby cookie, and a dessert that I took home. I chose the lemon curd tart, fully intending to let my daughter have a taste, but once I tried it I knew I wasn't going to share it for anything! I was on the highest plane of true nirvana, so much so that I returned the next day to get more tarts (nearly collapsed in grief when I saw they weren't open) Allez! Has a wonderful menu with affordable prices and warm, friendly service. An excellent, family-run café that you'd be hard-pressed to find its equal. I'll be back.

Went here for the first time for our anniversary. We have wanted to go for a while and it was wonderful!! Started with the escargot and it was so good. After that my husband had Cesar salad and I had the split pea soup. Both were amazing. For entrees we had the tri tip and chicken piccata. Both were great and for dessert it was the chocolate mousse. All in all a wonderful dinner and the staff treated us like gold. We can't wait to go back and we are so happy we found our "new" date night restaurant. and yeah to top it off it s super affordable.

What a gem of a restaurant. Deeply flavored stews, coq-a-vin, crepes, freshly prepared veggies, price-fix menu, pleasant wine selections, freshly made desserts, 2 servers to get your dishes to you and lots of parking. Dishes seem cooked/prepared at order.I like their red and white tea towels that hold their special silverware. I swear it made eating an elevated event.I also noticed the exterior had beautiful metallurgy and the surrounding buildings were appropriate for the caliber of food here.Make sure to get a reservation just in case.

Not very tasty. Portions not good for prices. I was expecting a lot more flavor and presentation for a French restaurant.
