We had a great time here. There is so much to see and they've got a couple of scavenger hunts to keep you busy as well. The employees were super kind and helpful and definitely added to the experience. They've got a section upstairs for toddlers with coloring books and paper airplane stations as well, incase the little ones start to get restless. Overall great experience!

Went here during a class field and the kids had so much fun! They built mini parachutes and got to go inside the plane which had a kitchen inside. It's big inside but so are the displays so it may take about 30-40min to walk through it. There's also an outdoor exhibit with more planes to see. On your way in/out they have a small shop with little things you can purchase. At the end of our tour, the kids enjoyed the rocket park near by and we had lunch under the gazebos with picnic tables. Bathroom Tip: use the one in the museum! The one by the park was super dirty. Such a cute place to visit!

We visited here in the morning with the family. I enjoyed seeing all the different aircraft's they had displayed indoors and outside. My son liked the blue angels airplane. They have the only Makani kite glider in America. The friendly staff member told me the history of the Makani and that it was built in Alameda funded by Google X. Not as large as other aerospace museums but one you should visit if in Sacramento.

This is a cool little museum. Although not as extensive as the Smithsonian in D.C. , there were quite a few interesting displays on exhibit. They have several restored engines and aircraft on display. They also had one of the Makani kites on display, which I had heard about as they were testing it in the same county where I live.My favorite part was the ouside display of reconstructed aircraft. My favorite was the A-10 Warthog. That thing is a monster. Also a Tomcat and some other vintage aircraft.

Fun museum that is affiliated with the Smithsonian. They have a number of military airplanes and some that you can go in. They have a flight simulator for extra where they give flight training. My niece took a lesson and was a fun place to visit for everyone. Check in on Yelp for a discount on your ticket.

I didn't know there was an airplane museum in the Sacramento/ Roseville area until I came upon it on google maps. This place was amazing. There was so much stuff that kept my kid busy and excited the whole time. He didn't want to leave this place. There was so much interactive stuff there. He loved it. This place even gives veterans a discount. I just showed them my VA card and they thanked me for my service. After the museum, there's a nice park right next to the museum. Playtime never stopped for my kid. If we're ever in the area, we'll be stopping here again. There's so much stuff to see.

My experience was pretty good , my son loved the airplanes and all the table toys which were inside , we also bought some airplanes from their gift shop and it's still not broken a month later. Also toddler play room on second floor is nice. The only downside is that there were no airplane open for inside observation not a single one . There are so many of them and not a single one was open which was very sad for my 2 year old son who wanted to see the inside. We were having good time there but after seeing that there are no airplanes open for inside observation felt like we wasted time and money just to see something similar to airport view.

Not sure if many people know about this museum at the old McClellan air force base. We checked it out yesterday and it was really cool. They have all kinds of stuff ranging from old engines cockpits airplanes outside to a gift shop and interactive games for adults and children alike. We were very impress with the gentleman named Chris who sat outside and was eager to greet us and showed us around then gave valuable information about various airplanes outside. He was awesome. Definitely recommend this place for adults and children.
